ATER IS NOT Water in reservoir is frozen. Call for service.

ISPENSED BUT
Fresh food control setting is too cold. Set to a warmer setting.
ICEMAKER
IS WORKING
NO WATER Water supply line or shutoff valve is clogged. Call a plumber.
OR ICE CUBE
Replace the filter or use the filter bypass plug.
PRODUCTION
ORANGE GLOW Defrost heater is on. This is normal.
IN FREEZER
REFRIGERATOR Foods with strong odors should be tightly wrapped.
HAS ODOR
Interior needs cleaning. See Care and Cleaning.
Keep open box of baking soda in refrigerator; replace every 3 months.
DOOR NOT Door gasket on hinge side is sticking or folding over. Apply paraffin
CLOSING wax to the face of the gasket.
PROPERLY
A door bin is hitting a shelf inside the refrigerator. Move the door
bin up one position.
MOISTURE FORMS Not unusual during periods of high humidity. Wipe surface dry.
ON OUTSIDE OF
Door left open or package holding door open.
REFRIGERATOR
MOISTURE Too frequent or too long door openings.
COLLECTS INSIDE
In humid weather, air carries moisture into refrigerator when doors
are opened.
INTERIOR LIGHT No power at outlet.
DOES NOT WORK
Light bulb needs replacing. See Care and Cleaning.
HOT AIR FROM Normal air flow cooling motor. In the refrigeration process, it is
BOTTOM OF normal that heat be expelled in the area under the refrigerator.
REFRIGERATOR Some floor coverings are sensitive and will discolor at these safe
and normal temperatures.
REFRIGERATOR Adaptive defrost keeps compressor running during door openings.
NEVER SHUTS OFF This is normal. The refrigerator will cycle off after the door remains
