GE - General Electric PP7036SJSS Questions and Answers

#1 For the cooktop model PP7036BMTS, why are there no
pictures of the black stainless model. Is it made with the
stainless strips being black on top and bottom of cooktop?
Or is it just the knobs?

We're more than happy to help clear this up a little. The
case for this cooktop would be entirely black stainless,
even on the sides. The actual burners would be more of a
glossy black with a stainless steel trim around them. We
apologize for not having more photos of the model, but it
really is gorgeous and we think you would love it.

#2 How much do the knobs protrude above the stovetop

The knobs are about 2 inches from the cooktop.

#3 Does the are around the knobs light up? I see the area
directly around the knobs lights up when burner is on, but it
hard to read the settings!

The settings that surround the knobs on this cooktop are not
backlit themselves. Only the knobs are backlit when turned on.
