The crumb trays are located at the bottom of the toaster, on the side opposite the toasting levers. If looking at the shade control directly, this would be on the right side.

The toaster is designed to toast evenly on both sides when using all functions, except bagel. Please make sure the bagel button has not been engaged, as this may cause one side to toast, while the other side will only warm.

This toaster does not feature an audible signal when the toasting cycle has completed. The lever will automatically pop up once the cycle has completed. There is a cancel button, should you desire to stop the cycle prematurely.

The cord on this toaster oven originates from just behind the front-left leg, on the underneath of the housing. This is when the adjustable shade control is facing you.

To clean the toaster, unplug the cord from the wall outlet, and allow the toaster to cool completely. Wipe the outer surfaces with a damp cloth. There is a removable crumb tray located underneath the toaster oven, which can be washed as well.
