GE - General Electric WBSR3140G5WW Questions and Answers

#1 Why can't I get hot water?

Thank you so much for reaching out to us. We are sorry to
hear about your washer not getting any hot water. We are
more than happy to help you out with this. We would first
recommend making sure that your house water heater is
delivering water at a temperature of 120 to 140 degrees
Fahrenheit. The other thing to make sure and check is the
water supply, try turning on both cold and hot faucets fully on
to check they are connected correctly. Also, it is helpful to
keep in mind that newer washers are much more efficient and
can clean clothes with cooler water than before.
