General
Symptoms Cause & Solution
The unit does not work
properly.
y
Turn o the power of this unit and the connected external device (TV,
Woofer, DVD-player, Amplier, etc.) and turn it on again.
y
Disconnect the power cord of this unit and the connected external device
(TV, Woofer, DVD-player, Amplier, etc.) and then try connecting again.
The power does not turn
on.
Is the power cord plugged into the outlet?
y
Connect the power plug to the outlet.
A function does not
work when the button is
pressed.
Is there static electricity in the air?
y
Disconnect the power plug and connect it again.
Sound is not produced. Is the volume set to minimum?
y
Adjust the volume.
The speaker doesn’t work
properly.
Is the speaker plugged in?
y
Plug in the speaker.
Does the speakers front status LED indicator remain?
y
Check whether the Wi-Fi router you’re using has been certied for Wi-Fi.
y
Unplug the speaker, plug it back in, and then reconnect it to the router.
y
Reset the speaker.

When using a Music Flow R1

Make sure that the smart device and the Music Flow R1 are connected to
the same Wi-Fi network.

Make sure that the Music Flow R1’s indicator LED show that it is working
correctly.

If the problem persists, reset the Music Flow R1.

Unplug, then plug in the Music Flow R1. Then, unplug and plug in the
speaker.

If you experience troubles with connecting the Music Flow R1 and
speaker, try relocating the speaker so that the speaker is closer to the
wireless router or Music Flow R1.
