2. Inbox
The phone can alert you in
several ways when you receive a
new message, including:
Displaying a notification
message on the screen.
Displaying the message icon
on the status bar (It blinks
when the message is urgent).
Ringing and/or vibrating
(depending on the Volume
settings).
Received messages are
displayed from newest to oldest.
Viewing Your Inbox
Up to 500 (400 SMS, 100 CMAS)
messages can be stored in the
Inbox.
1. Press

to highlight an inbox
message.
3. Press the Left Soft Key
Reply to reply to the
message, the Right Soft Key
Options, or Chat to
view the message.
The following options are
available in the Options menu:
View/ Change View Type/
Delete/ Forward/ Save
Contact/ Lock/ Message
Info/ Delete Multiple
4. Once you select the Chat
option for the message, press
the Left Soft Key
Reply
to reply or the Right Soft Key
Options to view the
following additional options.
View Last Message View the
last message in the thread.
Delete Last Chat Deletes the
last c
hat.
Delete All Deletes all
messages.
Save Contact Saves the
sender's phone number to
your contacts.
Go To URL Connects you
to the URL included in the
message (if available).
