chosen temperature. At the same time, it is possible to activate the keep
warm function, when the kettle will maintain the set temperature for
amaximum of 2 hours.
Pour Over Method
• The Pour Over method is a method of preparing filtered coffee that is
popular for its simplicity and ability to create a clean, aromatic cup of
coffee. The name literally means “pouring over” or “pouring over”, and
describes the process itself.
• Place the paper filter in a special holder, called a dripper. Pour freshly
ground coffee (usually medium-coarsely ground) into the filter.
Pour hot water over the coffee slowly and in a circular motion. The
temperature should be approximately 92–96 °C. The water flows
through the coffee and filter into the container below it (a mug or
teapot). The result is a clean and smooth coffee, without sediment and
often with strong flavor notes.
