GENERAL SAFETY GUIDELINES
Read the user manual before operating any appliance or equipment.
1. Check the voltage available at your home and ensure that it matches
with the voltage mentioned on your appliance, before switching it on.
2. The appliance is not to be used by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they are under supervision or have been given correct
and necessary instructions.
3. If the power cord is damaged, please get it replaced at a service centre or
by a person who is designated by the manufacturer or a qualified person,
in order to avoid electric shock.
4. Always keep the unit on a dry and flat surface.
5. Never touch any appliance or equipment with wet or damp hands.
6. While plugging or unplugging a power cord, hold it by the plug; never pull
the cord.
7. Do not connect the equipment to an extension cord or a multiple socket
adaptor. Always connect the unit to the main socket; this is to prevent short
circuits and sparks, which can shorten the life of the unit and potentially
pose a risk to life.
8. Do not let the power cord hang over the edge of the table or a work surface
as a sharp edge can damage the cable over a period of time.
9. Do not let it get tangled or come into contact with a hot surface.
10. Do not attempt to repair the unit in case of any malfunction, always
take it to an authorised service centre.
11. Do not use any attachments other than the ones supplied by or specified by
the manufacturer.
12. Never leave the unit unattended while in operation especially when children
are around.
13. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
14. The equipment is for household use only, do not use it for commercial
purposes.
15. All appliances and equipment are designed for indoor use. Do not use
them outdoors unless specifically mentioned in the instruction manual.
16. Always unplug the unit from the power source during lightning and
thunderstorms, or when the unit is not going to be used for a long period
of time.

17. To avoid risk of electric shocks, do not immerse the equipment in water or
use it in damp conditions.
18. The unit should be cleaned with a damp cloth and immediately wiped dry.
Do not use detergents or chemical cleaning agents to clean the unit.
19. Always clean cooking appliances soon aer use, this will prevent food
from sticking to the unit and the possible bacterial growth.
20. WARNING: If the surface is cracked, switch off the appliance to avoid
electric shock.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
1. Read all instructions before using.
2. Before using your appliance for the first time,carefully read these in
structions for use and retain them for future reference: the
manufacturer shall not accept liability in the event of any use that does
not comply with the instructions.
3. Make sure that the voltage that your appliance uses matches that of your
electrical supply system.Any error in connection will negate the guarantee.
4. This product has been designed for indoor and domestic use only, and at an
altitude below 2000. Any commercial use, inappropriate use or failure to
comply with the instructions, the manufacturer accepts no responsibility
and the guarantee will not apply.
5. Always disconnect the appliance from the main power supply when it is
unattended before assembling, dismantling or cleaning it.
6. Remember: you may injure yourself if you use the appliance incorrectly.
7. Do not use the appliance if it is not working properly or if it has been
damaged. In such case, contact an authorised service centre .
8. All maintenance other than cleaning and everyday upkeep by the customer
must be performed by an authorised service centre.
9. Do not use this appliance to blend or mix non-food items.
10. Never use the blender jug without ingredients or with solid ingredients only.
11. Always pour the liquid ingredients into the blender jug first, before adding
the solid ingredients.
12. Do not use the jug or bowls (according to model) as containers for freezing,
cooking or sterilization.
13. In order to prevent overflow, do not fill the bowl or jug over the maximum
level (if indicated).
14. Do not touch any moving parts (blades, etc.).
15. Blades are very sharp: to prevent injuries, handle them with care when
emptying the blender jug, the bowls (according to model), cleaning,
assembling and dismantling the blender jug (according to model) and the
accessories (according to model).
16. Never place your fingers or any other object not intended for this function in
the blender jug when the appliance is running.

17. Never remove the lid or the blender jug before the appliance has come
to a complete stop.
18. Always use the blender jug with the lid.
19. Place the appliance on a stable, heat-resistant, clean and dry worktop.
20. Do not immerse the appliance, power cord or plug in any liquid.
21. Do not leave the power cord hanging within reach of children.
22. Do not leave the power cord close to or in contact with the hot parts of
the appliance, near a source of heat or a sharp angle or inside the blender
jug in contact with the blades.
23. Keep moving parts (blades) away from the cord during use.
24. Never pull the power cord to disconnect the appliance.
25. Do not allow long hair, scarves, ties etc. to hang over the appliance or
attachment when either is in use.
26. Do not use the appliance if the power cord or plug have been damaged.
To avoid all danger, have them replaced by an authorised service centre
(see the list in the service booklet).For your safety, only use spare parts and
accessories that are approved for your appliance.
27. Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the blender as it can be ejected out of
the appliance as it produces a lot steam.
28. Do not pour boiling liquids (over 80°C/176°F) in the bowl or jug
(according to model).
29. This appliance is not intended for use by persons(including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
30. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
31. Do not allow children to use the appliance without supervision.
32. It is not intended to be used in the following applications, and the guarantee
will not apply for:
Staff kitchen areas in shops, oces and other working environments;
Farm houses;
By clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
bed and breakfast type environments.
33. Switch off the appliance and unplug it from the electrical power supply
before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.

BEFORE FIRST USE
1 Clean the blender jug and accessories with hot soapy water.
2 Important note: Set the speed selector to "0" before attaching the blender jug or
accessories on the body of the blender.
3 The blender will only start up if the accessory is correctly positioned
on its body.
4 Do not run the blender if the lid is not fitted.
Caution: The blade is very sharp, handle with great care.
5. Before assembling the jar, ensure that the power cord is unplugged
from the power outlet and the control dial is at the O position.
6. Place the jug on the motor unit, turn the jug clockwise (as shown)
until a click is heard to indicate that the jug has locked into position
correctly.
Note: Ensure the jug is assembled onto the motor unit correctly,
there is an interlock switch to secure this position. If the jug is not
assembled properly, the blender will not operate.

USING THE BLENDER
The jug can be used for blending fruit and vegetables.
1. Before plugging the power cord into the outlet, make sure the control
dial is in the O position.
2. Peel fruit or vegetables and cut into small pieces, then place into the jug.
Purified water should be added to the jug with the food to facilitate smooth blending.
The proportion of food to water is 2:3.
The mixture amount should not exceed the max level as indicated on the jug
Note: Never use boiling liquids or run the appliance whilst empty.
3. Replace the jug cover on the jug. Turn the jug cover to secure it to the jug.
4. Turn the control dial to the desired setting, there are four settings: P, 0, 1, 2,3
P = Pulse
0 = OFF
1 = Low speed
2 = Medium speed
3 = High speed
5. Turn switch to P position and hold it to activate the pulse function for delicate
blending. Release it to return to the O position.
6. Continuous operation time should be less than 3 minutes. A minimum of a
1 minute rest period is required between 3 consecutive cycles.
7. Turn the control dial to the O position once the mixture has been blended to
your desired consistency.
8. Remove the jug from the motor unit (To remove it, turn it counterclockwise and li it
directly upward) carefully remove the jug cover, then pour and serve.
9. The jug is suitable for making juices and pulps by blending fruit
and vegetables.

USING THE GRINDER
These accessories are equipped with a safety lid preventing
access to moving blades.
Introduce the ingredients into the jug . Lock the lid onto the jug then
place the assembly on the body of the blender plug in the blender
and turn the speed selector to the desired position or give a fewpulses
using the "pulse" function.Hold the lid while in operation.
To stop the blender, bring the speed selector back to position "0"
Before unlocking the accessory lid, turn the accessory assembly over
on the working surface.
You can then hold the preparation in the jug, which serves as a container.

MAINTENANCE
Always unplug the appliance from the wall socket before cleaning the unit.
Detach the jar from the main unit.
Open the lid and remove the contents.
"Caution: Blades are sharp, handle the with care to avoid accidental
cuts or injuries.
Clean the jar and blade housing with soapy water and then rinse it thoroughly.
Wipe the parts down with a so & dry cloth.
Never immerse the main body into water or any other liquid.
Clean the main unit only with a damp cloth.
For long life of the blender, it is recommended to clean the appliance aer
every use.
• Be careful when handling sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl
and during cleaning.
Be careful when hot liquid is poured into the food processor or blender , as it may
be forcefully ejected from the appliance due to sudden steaming.(IEC 60335-2-14)
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Handle blades with great care as they are extremely sharp
and can cause injury.
• Unplug the blender, remove the jug and rinse it under running water.
• Remove the jug and rinse it with its lid under running water.
• Wash the accessories in hot water with a few drops of washing
liquid added or in the dishwasher.
Clean the body of the blender with a moist cloth. Dry carefully.
Never put the body of the blender in water or under running water.
• To facilitate maintenance of the jug , unlock the blade holder and remove
its seal before cleaning the assembly.
To clean the pouring lid more effectively, you can separate its two
component parts by turning the lid to position.
• You can wash the blender jug and accessories in the dishwasher.

purchase to qualify for the 1-year extended warranty. Products which are not
registered within 30 days are covered by a 1-year warranty only.
Coverage
This 1-year warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions in eligible small
domestic appliances from the date of purchase within the United Kingdom. The
warranty does not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear, or gradual
deterioration of the product consistent with normal usage. Eligible appliances are
those that meet the following criteria:
The product was purchased from an authorised distributor or directly from
www.geepas.co.uk within the United Kingdom.
The product was used for its intended domestic purpose and not for
commercial or industrial use.
The product was operated and maintained according to the manufacturer’s
instructions provided in the user manual.
The product has not been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents,
or unauthorised modifications.
The warranty period begins from the date of purchase, as indicated
on the original purchase receipt.
