Operation

Preparation

  1. Turn the drain valve clockwise to close it completely.
  2. Connect the drain port to a sink or an appropriate container through a drain hose (not included).
  3. Remove the lid from the top of the ultrasonic cleaner.
  4. Fill the tank with the cleaning fluid appropriate for your task.
Warning: Be careful that its level will NOT exceed the 1/2 inches (1 cm) of the top once your items are added. NEVER operate this device with less than 1/2 of its tank height.
  5. Place the provided mesh basket and its handles in the tank.
  6. Place the items to be cleaned into the basket gently, ensuring your items are FULLY submerged while the fluid remains BELOW the 1/2 inches (1 cm) of the top.
  7. Remove excess fluid appropriately if necessary.
  8. Replace the lid.

Power On

  1. Connect the device to a stable, compatible, and well-grounded power source using the provided power cord.
Warning: DO NOT use a 3-to-2 prong adapter or ungrounded extension cord.
  2. Flip the power switch behind the device to I. The control panel should be displaying the current temperature of the fluid.

Cleaning Procedures

Note: If you are not sure about the cleaning time and temperature, refer to Recommended Settings on Page 7.

  1. Press the ▲ or ▼ above TEMP to set the heating temperature at 68-176 °F or 20-80 °C.
Caution: The set temperature needs to be higher than the fluid's current temperature.
  2. Press TEMP to start heating.
The heating indicator light should turn on and the ACTUAL temperature will start flashing. The heating will stop when the fluid reaches the set temperature. To stop heating ahead of time, press TEMP again.

    Note:

    - You can also perform ultrasonic cleaning while heating, but if the cleaning time is too short, it is recommended to preheat to the set temperature before starting cleaning, or you won't be able to clean items at the temperature you set.
    - Set a temperature slightly lower than your desired temperature if the heating and cleaning functions are to be active simultaneously, as there may be a slight temperature increase during ultrasonic cleaning.
    - The actual temperature may be higher than the set temperature while the oscillation is in process. This is normal.

  3. Press the ▲ or ▼ above TIME to set the length of ultrasonic cleaning up to 30 minutes. To extend the cleaning time, hold TIME until 99% is displayed, enabling you to set the timer to 1-99 minutes.
Warning: Continuous use longer than 30 minutes is NOT recommended and will shorten this device's service life. For best results, use repeated 30-minute sessions paired with 15-minute rest breaks when prolonged cleaning is needed.
  4. Press TIME to start ultrasonic cleaning.
The oscillation indicator light should turn on and the remaining time will count down in the time display area.
The oscillation will stop at the end of its countdown.
To stop oscillation ahead of time, press TIME again.
  5. (Optional) If needed, press GENTLE to toggle to gentle cleaning.
The gentle cleaning indicator light should come on and the cleaner will reduce the oscillation intensity.
To return to standard cleaning, press GENTLE again.
  6. (Optional) If needed, press DEGAS to start periodic degassing.
The degassing indicator light should come on and the cleaning will begin to alternate 10 seconds of cleaning with 5 seconds of rest to allow air, nitrogen, and other dissolved gases time to escape.
To return to continuous oscillation, press DEGAS again.

After Cleaning

  1. Flip the power switch to O and disconnect the device from power.
  2. Open the lid.
  3. Remove the fluid from the device.
    • For the basic type, pour out the fluid by tilting the device.
    • For the upgraded type, turn the drain valve counterclockwise completely to open it completely, fully drain the fluid, and turn the valve back in place.
  4. Remove the mesh basket from the tank.
Caution: Handle hot water vapor with care and use tools to take out the items.
  5. Wait till the items have cooled to room temperature and remove them from the mesh basket.
  6. Rinse any remaining detergent off their surfaces with clean water as needed.
  7. Use a soft cloth to dry the exterior of your items, the tank, and the basket, or allow time for everything to air dry.
  8. Replace the basket and lid.
