▶소비자 피해보상 안내
(Consumer Damage Compensation Guide)
수리를 의뢰할 때는 구입일자가 기재된 본 보증서를 제시해야 충분한
서비스를 받으실 수 있으므로 잘 보관하시기 바랍니다.

the date of purchasing is needed.Without product warranty,
repair service is not available.
1. 본 제품에 대한 품질 보증은 보증서에 기재된 내용으로 보증혜택을 받습니다.
2. 무상보증 기간은 구입일로부터 산정 되므로 구입일자를 기재 받으시기 바랍니다.
(구입일자 확인이 안될경우 제조일로부터 1년까지로 품질보증 기간을 기산합니다.)
3. 가정용 제품을 영업용도 (영업활동, 비정상적인 사용환경 등)및 산업용으로
임의로 사용할 경우는 무상보증기간의 혜택을 받을 수 없습니다.
4. 이 보증서는 재발행되지 않습니다.
1. This product’s quality guarantee will be received according
to the warranty written in product warranty.
2. Free guarantee period starts from the date of purchasing ;
please get the date of purchasing. (if the date of purchasing
cannot be confirmed, the qulity guarantee will be calculated
from the date of manufacture until 1 years after.)
3. If you use home appliance for business purpose (business
activity, use in abnormal environment etc.), or for industrial
purpose, free guarantee benefits cannot be received.
4. Product Warranty will not be reissued.
AIRTEC Co., Ltd. guarantees the following products according
to the consumer damage compensation regulations.
* Free warranty period of the product is one year from the
date of your purchase.
* Notification of compensation and receipt notification shall be made
within 7 days from the date of application, damage compensation
and repair serrice will be done within 14days of application.
* Even during the warranty period, in the following cases,
repair expense will be billed
* In case of failure due to genuine parts unused
- In the event of a failure due to non-compliance with
the specifications stated in this manual
- When free warranty periodis over, you shall pay for repair.
- Malfunction caused by consumers fault
* In case of applying for any service, it is necessary for yo to
submit your warranty certificate.

및 수리는 신청일로부터 14일 이내에 해결해 드립니다.
* 다음과 같은 경우는 보증 기간이라도 유상 수리의 대상이 됩니다.
- 사용설명서 상의 명시된 사항에 대한 불이행으로 인한 고장 발생 시
- 사용자의 부주의, 임의로 수리 및 개조에 의한 고장 발생 시
- 순정 부품 미사용으로 인한 고장 발생 시
* 보증 기간 경과 후에는 유상 수리가 가능합니다.
* 수리 신청 시 보증서를 제시해 주십시오.
