Health & Safety Instructions
WARNING!
DO NOT open more than one loaded drawer at a
time.
DO NOT exceed the maximum loading capacity of
120kg.
For ease of assembling, it is recommended that 2
persons assist each other.
Step 1 – Unpacking Tool Chest
1. Lay the cabinet

down on a at level surface.
2. Undo the screws holding the chest

inside the
cabinet.
3. Slide out the chest and discard the transit screws.
Step 2 – Side Panel Assembly
Use the self tapping screws

to attach the side
panel.
Step 3 – Handle Assembly
Attach the handle

to the side of the cabinet using
4× M6 screws

Step 4 – Castor Assembling
1. Ensure the cabinet is locked and then turn upside
down.
2. Secure the castors

to the bottom of the cabinet
using 16 × M6 screws

and 16 M6 Nuts

3. Note: The castors with the brakes

should be
attached on the same side as the handle.
Step 5 – Tool Hanging Hooks
Add the hanging hooks

to the pegboard side of
the cabinet.
Removing & Replacing The Drawers
1. Pull the drawer completely out.
2. Push up on one side and push down on the other (see
illustrations).
Push UP (one side)
Push DOWN (other side)
3. Pull the drawer o the slides.
4. To ret, align with the internal drawer slide and push
in until locked in place.
Maintenance
Lubricate the top and bottom channels of the drawer
sliders at least twice a year.
Grease the castors annually using high quality
bearing grease.
Wipe over the surfaces with a mild detergent and
water.
