IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
In order to make the best use of this product and use it safely,
please read the instruction manual carefully and keep it for
future reference.
1. Read all instructions.
2. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs. The
temperature of the outer surface can get very hot while the
appliance is in operation. Always use oven gloves when
handling hot materials and allow metal parts to cool before
cleaning. Allow the appliance to cool thoroughly before
putting in or taking out parts. Always use the handles when
moving the appliance.
3. Always operate the appliance on a surface that is level,
stable, and non-combustible. Do not operate the appliance
near combustible materials such as tablecloths or curtains.
4. When cooking, DO NOT PLACE the appliance against a wall
or against other appliances. Leave at least 5” free space on
the back and sides and above the appliance. Do not place
anything on top of the appliance.
5. To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plug
or any parts of the oven in water or any other liquids.
6. Before turning on, ensure the electrical voltage and
frequency of the circuit corresponds to those indicated on
the rating label of the appliance.
7. Do not use an extension cord unless completely necessary
with this product. If an extension cord is used please ensure
that it has a rating equal or exceeding the rating of this
appliance.

Do not
let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch
hot surfaces.
9.
Do not
operate appliance with damaged cord or plug or after
the appliance malfunctions or has been damage in any
manner. Return appliance to the nearest authorized service
facility for examination, repair or adjustment.
10. The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the
appliance manufacturer may cause hazard or injury.
11.
Do not
place on or near a hot gas or electric burner.
12. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts, and before
cleaning.
13. To disconnect, turn the time control to OFF, then remove the
plug. Always hold the plug, and never pull the cord.
14. Do not pull or carry by cord, use cord as a handle, close a
door on the cord, or pull cord around sharp edges or corners.
Keep cord away from heated surfaces.
15. Do not bend or damage the power cord.
16. Never force the plug into an outlet.
17. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a
special cord or assembly available from the manufacturer or
its authorized service center.
18.
Do not
cover crumb tray or any part of the oven with metal
foil. This may cause the oven to overheat.
19. Use extreme caution when removing the tray, racks or
disposing of hot grease or other hot liquids.
20.
Do not
clean the inside of the oven with metal scouring
pads, pieces can break off the pad and touch electrical parts,
creating a risk of electric shock.
21. Oversized foods or metal utensils must not be inserted in a
toaster oven as they may create a fire or risk of electric risk.

22. A fire may occur if the oven is covered or touching
flammable material, including the curtains, draperies, walls,
and the like, when in operation. Do not store any item on top
of the appliance when in operation.
23. Extreme cautions should be exercised when using cooking
or baking containers constructed of anything other than
metal or ovenproof glass.
24. Be sure that nothing touches the top or bottom elements of
the oven.
25.
Do not
place any of the following materials in the oven:
cardboard, plastic, paper, or anything similar.
26.
Do not
store any materials other than manufacturer’s
recommended accessories in this oven when not in use.
27. Always wear protective, insulated oven gloves or use a
special handle when inserting or removing items from a hot
oven.
28. This appliance has a tempered, safety glass door. The glass
in stronger than ordinary glass and more resistant to
breakage. Tempered glass can still break around edges.
Avoid scratching door surface or nicking edges.
29. Do not cover the appliance while in use. If it is covered there
is a risk of fire.
30. Improper installation may result in the risk of fire, electric
shock or injury to persons.
31. The appliance has no user-serviceable parts contained
within. Do not attempt to repair, disassemble or modify the
appliance.
32. Always operate on a dry level surface. Operating on sinks or
uneven surfaces must be avoided.
33.
Do not
use outdoors.
34.
Do not
use appliance for other than intended use.

35. The appliance is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience or knowledge, unless they
have been given supervision or instruction concerning use
of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
36. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not
play with the appliance.
37. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified
persons in order to avoid a hazard.
38. This appliance is intended to be used in household and
similar applications such as:
- staff kitchen areas in shops, offices, and other working
environment;
- farm houses;
- by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type
environment;
- bed and breakfast type environments
39. This appliance is not intended to be operated using external
timer or remote-control system.

clockwise. An alert bell will ring at the end of the set time.

BEFORE FIRST USE
1. Remove all packaging materials.
2. Check that the unit has no visible damage and that no parts
are missing. Remove any stickers or labels from the unit.
3. Thoroughly clean all accessories with hot soapy water.
4. Wipe the inside and outside of the unit with a damp cloth.
5. Run the oven at the highest temperature (230ºC) using the
function for approximately 15 minutes to eliminate any
packing residue that may remain after shipping. This will
also remove all traces of odor initially present.
USING YOUR OVEN
1. Place food on the wire rack or bake tray and insert into oven.
You may also use the crumb tray to be placed on the
lowermost position.
2. Set the temperature control to desired position.
3. Set the Function control to desired mode.
4. Turn the Timer to desired duration. Bell will ring to signal
the end of the cooking cycle.
5. Turn the Function control to to switch off the oven.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Always clean the appliance after each use to prevent
accumulation of grease and avoid unpleasant odors.
1. Allow the appliance to cool and unplug from outlet before
cleaning.
2. Do not immerse appliance in water or wash it under
waterspout.
3. Remove wire rack, bake tray, crumb tray and wash with
warm, soapy water and non-abrasive sponge.
4. Clean outside of appliance with a damp cloth.
5. Do not use abrasive cleaners or sharp utensils to clean the
oven.
6. Let all parts and surfaces dry thoroughly prior to plugging
oven back in.

WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON PARTS AND LABOR
BAUMANN LIVING
provides a warranty to the original purchaser of
this product against defects in materials and workmanship for one
year. If a product covered by this warranty is determined to be
defective within the warranty period,
BAUMANN LIVING
will repair or
replace the defective part with a new or remanufactured part free of
charge subject to terms and conditions stated herein.
To obtain warranty service, proof of purchase in the form of a sales
invoice or copy thereof is required to show that a product is within the
warranty period. If any one of the documents cannot be produced,
corresponding fees for labor and replacement parts will be charged.
Parts and Labor
There will be no charge for parts and labor during the warranty period.
Replacement parts or units may be new or recertified and are upon
BAUMANN LIVING’
s option and sole discretion. Replacement parts
and units are warranted for the remaining portion of the original
warranty. Our decision on all questions relating to complaints as a
result of defects, either workmanship or materials, shall be conclusive
and you shall agree to abide by such decision. Any unit or defective
part that have been replaced shall become

property. After the lapse of this warranty, a charge will be made on all
labor and replacement of parts.

Types of Services
Defective Products must be sent to any
BAUMANN LIVING
service
center to obtain warranty service.
BAUMANN LIVING
is neither
responsible for transportation costs to the service center nor
BAUMANN LIVING
will cover return shipping to the customer. Product
returns to
BAUMANN LIVING
service centers must utilize either the
original carton box and shipping material or packaging that affords an
equal degree of protection.
For home service, the transportation fee of
BAUMANN LIVING
service
personnel will be charged to the customer, depending on the location.
Our service personnel reserve all rights to refuse to attend to any
equipment installed in an inaccessible location or any other
hazardous situation.
LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
BAUMANN LIVING
one-year limited warranty only covers defects in
materials and workmanship; however, this warranty does not cover
the following:
1. Damage resulting from accidents, transport, misuse, abuse,
alteration, tampering, or failure of the purchaser to follow normal
operating procedures outlined in the user's manual.
2. Damage caused by negligence and poor maintenance.
3. Defects or damage due to spillage of food/liquids or improper
usage of electrical supply or electrical circuit, major fluctuations
in voltage, exposure to rain or moisture, wrong fuel or oil used.

4. Damage, losses, and defects as a result of fire, flood, or other Acts
of God.
5. Normal wear-and-tear, corrosion, rusting, or stains.
6. Defects & damage arising from improper testing, operation, usage
of the wrong component, demonstration, maintenance,
installation, adjustment, or any alteration or modification of any
kind.
7. Scratches & damage to the outer surface areas and externally
exposed parts that are due to normal customer use.
8. General maintenance & routine servicing.
9. Claims for damaged/missing parts after 7 days from the date of
purchase.
10. If any part or parts of the unit are replaced with a part or parts not
supplied or approved by us, or if the unit has been dismantled or
repaired by any person other than a
BAUMANN LIVING
authorized
technician.
11. Any equipment/product which has its serial number removed or
made illegible/tampered with.
12. If the warranty card is altered, defaced, or erased in any manner
whatsoever.
13. If the unit is used for purposes other than household use, such as
commercial use.
The one (1) year warranty covers the mainboard and control PCB,
motor, heating element, boiler and power supply. However, this
warranty does not cover parts (i.e. accessories, filter, glass carafe,
heating and grill plates, glass lid, pot, wire rack, drip tray, glass and
plastic jar, blades, cutter, baskets, glass bowl, handle, trays, fuse,
coffee holder, water and milk tank, silicon tubes, belts, gaskets, rubber

connectors, gears, glass door, bulb, handle, interior and exterior
casing) that are subject to wear and tear, rust, stains, or corrosion.
This one-year limited warranty does not cover Products sold
“AS IS”,
“FACTORY RECTIFIED”
, or by a non-authorized reseller.
THERE ARE NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THOSE LISTED
OR DESCRIBED ABOVE. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY
IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE
PERIOD OF TIME SET FORTH ABOVE.

COMMERCIAL LOSS, LOST REVENUE OR LOST PROFITS, OR OTHER

SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
