NOTES
1. For uninsulated air duct and air connectors, disregard references to
insulation and jacket.
2. Use beaded sheet metal fittings and sleeves .
3. Use tapes listed and labeled in accordance with standard UL 181B
and marked“181B- FX” .
4. Nonmetallic clamps shall be listed and labeled in accordance with
standard UL 181B and marked“181B-C” .
5. Use of nonmetallic clamps shall be limited to 6”w.g.[1500 Pa] positive
pressure.

duct with knife or scissors. Cut wire with wire cutters. Fold back jacket and
insulation.

2.Slide at least 1”[25mm]of core over ft ting and past the bead.Seal core to
collar with at least 2 wraps of duct tape.Secure connection with clamp
placed over the core and lape past the bead.
3.Pull jacket and insulation back over core.Tape jacket with at least 2
wraps of duct tape.A clamp may be used in place of or in combination with
the duct tape.
SPLICES
1.Fold back jacket and insulation from core.Butt two cores together on a 4”
length of metal sleeve.

2. Faites glisser au moins 1 " [25 mm] de noyau sur les pieds ting et passé
le cordon. Sceller le noyau au collier avec au moins 2 tours de ruban
adhésif. Connexion sécurisée avec pince placée sur le noyau et passez
devant la perle.
3. Tirez la veste et l'isolation sur le noyau. Veste avec bande avec au
moins 2 tours de ruban adhésif. Une pince peut être utilisé à la place ou en
combinaison avec le ruban adhésif.
SPLICES
1.Repliez la veste arrière et l'isolation du noyau. Butt deux noyaux

ensemble sur un 4 " longueur du manchon métallique.
2. Collez les noyaux avec au moins 2 tours de conduit ruban adhésif.
Connexion sécurisée avec 2 pinces placées sur les extrémités du noyau
scotché et au-delà des perles.
3.Retirez la veste et l’isolation sur le noyau. Ruban adhésif vestes avec au
moins 2 tours de ruban adhésif.

CONNECTIONS

SPLICES

met standaard UL 181B en gemarkeerd zijn met “181B-FX”.
34.Niet-metalen klemmen moeten worden vermeld en geëtiketteerd in

CONNECTIONS

1. Nadat de gewenste lengte is bepaald, snijdt u het volledig rond en door
het kanaal met een mes of schaar. Knip de draad af met een draadknipper.
Vouw de jas en isolatie terug.
2.Schuif minimaal 25 mm [1 inch ] kern over ft ting en verleden de kraal.
Sluit de kern aan de kraag af met minimaal 2 wikkelingen ducttape. Veilige
verbinding met klem erover geplaatst de kern en lape voorbij de kraal.
3. Trek de mantel en de isolatie terug over de kern. Tape-mantel met
minimaal 2 wikkels ducttape. Een klem mag wel gebruikt in plaats van of in
combinatie met ducttape.
SPLICES
1. Vouw de jas terug en isolatie van de kern. Butt twee kernen samen op
een 4 ” lengte van metalen huls.

2. Plak de kernen samen met minimaal 2 omwikkelingen met kanaal tape.
Veilige verbinding met 2 klemmen erover geplaatst de getapete kern
eindigt en voorbij de kralen.
3. Trek de mantel en de isolatie terug over de kern. Plakband jassen
samen met minimaal 2 wikkels ducttape.

kärnan till kragen med minst 2 omslag av gaffatejp. Säker anslutning med
klämma placerad över kärnan och lape förbi pärlan.
3. Dra tillbaka jackan och isoleringen över kärnan. Tejpa jackan med minst
2 omslag tejp. En klämma kan vara används i stället för eller i kombination
med tejpen.
SPLICES
1. Vik tillbaka jackan och isolering från kärnan. Rumpa två kärnor
tillsammans på en 4 " längd på metallhylsan.

2. Tejpa ihop kärnor med minst 2 omslag av kanal tejp. Säker anslutning
med 2 klämmor placerade över den tejpade kärnan slutar och förbi
pärlorna.
3. Dra tillbaka jackan och isoleringen över kärnan. Tejp jackor tillsammans
med minst 2 omslag tejp.
