Step 1:
Use the C bracket to place on the wall to draw thelocating circle.

Step 2:
Drill holes in the locating ring.
Step 3:
Set the expansion screws intothe pre-drilled holes.Tap the wall with a
hammer.

Just align the C with the holes,put the screws on and tightenthem.
