READ CAREFULLY AND STORE FOR FUTURE USE.
• This appliance may be only used by children aged
8years and older and by persons with physical, sensory
or mental impairments or lack of experience and
knowledge, if they are supervised or have been instructed
on the safe use of the appliance and understand the
potential hazards.
• Children must not play with the appliance.
• Cleaning and maintenance must not be performed by
children without supervision.
• If the power cord is damaged, have it replaced in
aprofessional service centre in order to prevent
adangerous situation. Never use the appliance if the
power cord is damaged.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OF THE APPLIANCE
• Carefully unpack the product and take care not to throw away any part of the packaging until all the product parts have been identified.
• Before connecting this appliance to apower socket, make sure the voltage stated on the label of the appliance corresponds to the voltage in your
power socket.
• Never use accessories which have not been supplied with this appliance or which are not designed for this appliance.
• Make sure that the power cord and plug cannot come into contact with water or dampness.
• Do not spray the product with water or any other liquid. Do not submerge this appliance and any of its components in water or any other liquids.

• Do not disconnect the appliance from the power socket by pulling the power cord – it may damage the power cord / power socket. Disconnect the
cable from the power socket by gently pulling the plug of the power cord.

BEFORE FIRST USE
• Before first use, remove the appliance and its accessories from the
packaging and discard all promotional labels and tags. Check that
neither the appliance nor any of its components is damaged.

USING THE HAIR DRYER
• Plug the power cord into the mains socket.
• Move the switch up to Iposition. The dryer starts atlow speed.
• Move the switch up again to the II position. The dryer will start at high
speed.
• Press the
button repeatedly to select one of thepreset modes – see
table below.
• To set the temperature use the
or buttons.
• If you need to select cold air, press the cold air button.
• When you have finished using it, slide the switch down to the 0 (off)
position. To switch the hair dryer completely off, unplug the power
cord from the socket.

Operation of the Concentrator andDiffuser
• The concentrator/diffuser is connected to the air outlet. Simply place it
on the air outlet andgently push on it until you hear aclick.
• The concentrator is suitable for drying and styling individual strands of
hair using around brush.
• The diffuser is suitable fordrying andstyling curly andwavy hair.
Caution:
Connect or remove the concentrator anddiffuser only
when the dryer is turned off anddisconnected from
the power source.
Tip:
To achieve the best results wash your hair with shampoo
before using the dryer, then dry your hair using atowel to
reduce excessive moisture and then comb your hair. We
recommend the use of aconditioner or hair lotion, which
simplifies the combing and then drying your hair.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Before cleaning, unplug the power cord from the mains socket and let
the appliance cool down.
Caution:
To prevent the risk of electric shock, do not immerse
the appliance, power cable, or plug into water or any
other liquid.
Caution:
Toclean any appliance parts, never use cleaning
agents with abrasive effects, thinnersetc. that
could damage the appliance surface. None of the
components of this appliance are dishwasher safe.
Cleaning the hair dryer
• To clean the outer parts of the appliance, use asoft cloth dipped in
lukewarm water and well wrung out. Wipe dry with aclean cloth.
Cleaning the grille and air inlet filter
• We recommend cleaning the protective grille and the air inlet filter
regularly.
• Make sure that the dryer is turned off and the power cord plug is
disconnected from the mains socket.
• Hold the dryer by the handle with one hand and carefully turn the
protective grille with the other. Then pull down the protective grill.
• Use abrush to remove dust anddirt from thefilter andfrom
theprotective grille.
• Push the protective grille back andturn the protective grille until you
feel resistance.
Caution:
Never use water or adamp cloth for cleaning. Make
sure the protective grill is completely dry before
reinstalling.

STORAGE
• If you are not going to use the appliance for an extended period
of time, unplug it from the mains socket, allow it to cool down and
clean it according to the instructions in the “CLEANING AND
MAINTENANCE” section.
• Before storing, ensure that the appliance and all accessories are
thoroughly clean and dry.
• Store the appliance in adry, clean, and well-ventilated place away
from extreme temperatures and out of the reach of children or pets.
