ASSEMBLY AND USE
DRILLING
Clear the damaged thread with a standard drill.
Up to M12 (1/2") the KITS include the correct drill.
To repair a spark plug thread, no Pre-drilling is necessary if using the
special Spark Plug Tap. Please pay attention that for Fluteless Taps bigger
holes are required.
CHECK
Check that thread and pitch of the tap and the bolt match.
TAPPING
Use the special V-COIL-Taps for cutting the holding thread into the cleared
hole.It is recommended to use a suitable cutting oil.
INSTALL THE INSERT
Place insert on installation Tool and position the adjustable ring so that the
insert tang is centred in the tang slot.Wind the insert in with a light
downward pressure until a half turn below the surface.Don't work against
thread direction as the tang could break.
TANG REMOVAL
After finishing lift the installation tool and use the tang break tool to remove
the tang. For bigger sizes and spark plug taps use long nose pliers to
remove the tang.Due to the narrow and exact tolerances the new thread
normally is stronger than the original one.

ASSEMBLY AND USE
PERFORACIÓN
Limpie el hilo dañado con un taladro estándar.
Hasta M12 (1/2") los KITS incluyen el taladro correcto.
Para reparar la rosca de una bujía, no es necesario realizar una
perforación previa si se utiliza el grifo especial para bujías. Preste atención
a que para los grifos sin flauta se requieren orificios más grandes.
CONTROLAR
Compruebe que la rosca y el paso del grifo y el perno coincidan.
TOCANDO
Utilice los V-COIL-Taps especiales para cortar la rosca de sujeción en el
orificio limpiado. Se recomienda utilizar un aceite de corte adecuado.
INSTALE EL INSERTO
Coloque el inserto en la herramienta de instalación y coloque el anillo
ajustable de modo que la espiga del inserto quede centrada en la ranura
de la espiga. Enrolle el inserto con una ligera presión hacia abajo hasta
media vuelta por debajo de la superficie. No trabaje en dirección contraria
a la rosca, ya que la espiga podría romper.
ELIMINACIÓN DE ESPIGA
Después de terminar, levante la herramienta de instalación y use la

herramienta para romper la espiga para quitar la espiga. Para tamaños
más grandes y machos de bujía, utilice unos alicates de punta larga para
quitar la espiga. Debido a las tolerancias estrechas y exactas, la nueva
rosca normalmente es más fuerte que la original.
MAINTENANCE
2. Evite la exposición prolongada al sol para evitar el envejecimiento.

ASSEMBLY AND USE
FORATURA
Eliminare la filettatura danneggiata con un trapano standard.
Fino a M12 (1/2") i KIT includono la punta corretta.
Per riparare la filettatura di una candela, non è necessaria la preforatura se
si utilizza lo speciale rubinetto per candela. Si prega di notare che per i
rubinetti senza scanalatura sono necessari fori più grandi.
CONTROLLO
Controllare che la filettatura e il passo del rubinetto e del bullone
corrispondano.
MASCHIATURA
Utilizzare gli speciali maschi V-COIL per tagliare il filo di tenuta nel foro
liberato. Si consiglia di utilizzare un olio da taglio adatto.
INSTALLARE L'INSERTO
Posizionare l'inserto sullo strumento di installazione e posizionare l'anello
regolabile in modo che la linguetta dell'inserto sia centrata nella fessura
della linguetta. Avvolgere l'inserto con una leggera pressione verso il basso
fino a mezzo giro sotto la superficie. Non lavorare contro la direzione del
filo poiché la linguetta potrebbe rottura.
RIMOZIONE TANG
Al termine, sollevare lo strumento di installazione e utilizzare lo strumento
di rottura della linguetta per rimuovere la linguetta. Per dimensioni più
grandi e rubinetti per candele, utilizzare una pinza a becchi lunghi per

rimuovere la linguetta. A causa delle tolleranze strette ed esatte, la nuova
filettatura normalmente è più resistente di quella originale.
MAINTENANCE

BOHREN
Reinigen Sie das beschädigte Gewinde mit einem handelsüblichen Bohrer.
Bis M12 (1/2") enthalten die KITS den passenden Bohrer.
Um ein Zündkerzengewinde zu reparieren, ist bei Verwendung des
speziellen Zündkerzengewindebohrers kein Vorbohren erforderlich. Bitte
beachten Sie, dass für Gewindebohrer ohne Nut größere Löcher
erforderlich sind.
ÜBERPRÜFEN
Überprüfen Sie, ob Gewinde und Steigung von Gewindebohrer und
Schraube übereinstimmen.
GEWINDEBOHRUNG
Zum Schneiden des Aufnahmegewindes in die frei gewordene Bohrung
verwenden Sie bitte den speziellen V-COIL-Gewindebohrer. Die
Verwendung eines geeigneten Schneidöls wird empfohlen.
INSTALLIEREN SIE DEN EINSATZ
Setzen Sie den Einsatz auf das Montagewerkzeug und positionieren Sie
den verstellbaren Ring so, dass die Zapfen des Einsatzes mittig im
Zapfenschlitz sitzt. Drehen Sie den Einsatz mit leichtem Druck nach unten
ein, bis er eine halbe Umdrehung unter der Oberfläche liegt. Arbeiten Sie

nicht gegen die Gewinderichtung, da der Zapfen brechen könnte.
Zapfenentfernung
Heben Sie nach Abschluss das Installationswerkzeug an und entfernen Sie
den Zapfen mit dem Zapfenbrechwerkzeug. Verwenden Sie bei größeren
Größen und Zündkerzengewindebohrern eine Spitzzange, um den Zapfen
zu entfernen. Aufgrund der engen und genauen Toleranzen ist das neue
Gewinde normalerweise stärker als das ursprüngliche.
MAINTENANCE
5. Vermeiden Sie längere Sonneneinstrahlung, um der Hautalterung
vorzubeugen.

FORAGE
Nettoyez le fil endommagé avec une perceuse standard.
Jusqu'à M12 (1/2"), les KITS incluent le foret approprié.
Pour réparer le filetage d'une bougie d'allumage, aucun pré-perçage n'est
nécessaire si vous utilisez le taraud spécial pour bougie d'allumage.
Veuillez faire attention au fait que pour les tarauds sans cannelure, des
trous plus grands sont nécessaires.
VÉRIFIER
Vérifiez que le filetage et le pas du taraud et du boulon correspondent.
TAPOTEMENT
Utilisez les tarauds spéciaux V-COIL pour couper le filetage de maintien
dans le trou dégagé. Il est recommandé d'utiliser une huile de coupe
appropriée.
INSTALLER L'INSERT
Placez l'insert sur l'outil d'installation et positionnez l'anneau réglable de
manière à ce que la tige de l'insert soit centrée dans la fente de la tige.
Enroulez l'insert avec une légère pression vers le bas jusqu'à un demi-tour
sous la surface. Ne travaillez pas dans le sens inverse du filetage car la
tige pourrait casser.
RETRAIT DES TANGS

Maak de beschadigde draad schoon met een standaardboor.

Voor het repareren van een bougieschroefdraad is voorboren niet nodig als

Fluteless Taps grotere gaten nodig zijn.
REKENING
Controleer of de schroefdraad en spoed van de kraan en de bout

TAPPEN
Gebruik de speciale V-COIL-Taps om de houddraad in het vrijgemaakte
gat te snijden. Het wordt aanbevolen om een geschikte snijolie te
gebruiken.
INSTALLEER HET INZET
Plaats het inzetstuk op het installatiegereedschap en plaats de verstelbare

ASSEMBLY AND USE
BORRNING
Rensa den skadade gängan med en standardborr.
Upp till M12 (1/2") KITS inkluderar rätt borr.
För att reparera en tändstiftsgänga behövs ingen förborrning om du
använder den speciella Tändstiftskranen. Var uppmärksam på att för
flöjtlösa kranar krävs större hål.
KONTROLLERA
Kontrollera att gängan och stigningen på kranen och bulten matchar.
TAPPNING
Använd de speciella V-COIL-tapparna för att skära av hålltråden i det
rensade hålet. Det rekommenderas att använda en lämplig skärolja.
INSTALLERA INSATS
Placera insatsen på monteringsverktyget och placera den justerbara
ringen så att insatstappen är centrerad i tångskåran.Vind in insatsen med
ett lätt tryck nedåt tills ett halvt varv under ytan. Arbeta inte mot
gängriktningen eftersom tången kunde bryta.
BORTTAGNING AV TANG
Lyft installationsverktyget efter att ha avslutats och använd
tångbrytningsverktyget för att ta bort tången. För större storlekar och
tändstiftskranar använd en lång tång för att ta bort tången. På grund av de
smala och exakta toleranserna är den nya gängan normalt starkare än den
ursprungliga.
