Important: EN149:2001+A1:2009 single-use respirators against solid and liquid aerosols are classied
according to one of three categories - FFP1, FFP2 and FFP3.
Check the category to which the respirator belongs to ensure suitable for your intended use - this is indicated
on the packaging and on the respirator.
• FFP1: Protection against non-toxic solid and liquid aerosols (e.g. oil-mists) in concentrations up to
4 x MAC/OEL/TLV, [i.e. NPF = 4 ] or 4 x WEL, [i.e. APF = 4].
• FFP2: Protection against non-toxic and low-to-average toxicity solid and liquid aerosols (e.g. oil-mists)
in concentrations up to 12 x MAC/OEL/TLV, [i.e. NPF = 12] or 10 x WEL, [i.e. APF = 10].
• FFP3: Protection against non-toxic, low-to-average toxicity and high toxicity solid and liquid aerosols
(e.g. oil-mists) in concentrations up to 50 x MAC/OEL/TLV,[i.e. NPF = 50] or 20 x WEL, [i.e. APF = 20].
*NOTE:
MAC = Maximum Admissible Concentration OEL = Occupational Exposure Limit.
TLV = Threshold Limit Value NPF = Nominal Protection Factor.
WEL = Workplace Exposure Limit APF = Assigned Protection Factor.

WARNING! Failure to follow all instructions and limitations on the use of this product could
reduce the eectiveness of the mask and result in sickness or death.
• Never alter or modify this mask in any way.
• Only designed for single use and up to 8 hours. Do not use if damaged, clogged or removed in a
contaminated area.
• Inspect the mask for damage before use and if damaged do not use.
• Keep the mask in the packaging until required for use.
• Use only in adequately ventilated areas.
• Do not use in explosive atmospheres.
• Store in a dry, warm and frost-free area.
• Keep out of direct sunlight and away from solvents.

3. Using the Mask
1. Remove the mask from the packaging.

2. Open the folded mask and place the lower strap over your head (1).

3. Place the mask over your mouth and nose (2).

4. Position the upper strap over and to the back of the head (3).
