INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTO AIR CONDITIONING COMPRESSOR
Step 1: Recycle the refrigerant
It is recommended to release the refrigerant slowly from the low-pressure access valve to avoid
system refrigeration oil loss. At the same time, confirm whether the color of the discharged
refrigeration oil is normal, if not, you need to clean the air conditioning system before reinstalling
the compressor.
Step 2: Disassemble the faulty part
Observe the pressure of the gauge group, when the pressure of the gauge group is 0Mpa,
disassemble the suction pipe interface. The dismantled suction and drop air interface and
compressor suction and exhaust holes should be sealed in time to prevent foreign matter from
mixing and refrigerating oil loss.
Step 3: Determine the original faulty parts
If the faulty parts are black and have impurities, the air conditioning system should be cleaned,
and the expansion valve and filter drier should be replaced; If the faulty parts have no impurities
and do not need to change color, the oil balance of the air conditioning system should be done to
prevent the abnormal sound of the compressor caused by too much refrigeration oil.
Step 4: Install the compressor
1.The fixing bolts for installing a new compressor should be pre-screwed and tightened
diagonally;
2. Control the fixed torque of the fastening screw according to the bolt number;
3. Belt tension control is 500-560N.m for new belts and 300-400N.m for old belts.
Step 5: Vacuuming
1.The positive pressure detection pressure is about 1.4Mpa-1.6Mp, and the static pressure time
is about 30min-40min;
2.Negative pressure detection pressure (-0.08Mpa~-0.1Mpa) static pressure holding for
30min-50min.
Step 6: Add refrigerant
1. The amount of refrigerant filling should be based on the nameplate;
2. Pay attention to the air discharge in the filling pipe during the filling process;
3. Filling method: without starting the car, first high-pressure filling, and then high-pressure filling
together until it cannot be added, close the high and low pressure valves;
4. After starting the car, start the air conditioner at the total speed, open the low-pressure valve
and fill it.
Step 7: Confirm the refrigeration effect
It is forbidden to step on the throttle directly, to avoid liquid shock, and so on after the
completion of 5-10min, you can lift the throttle test, the new compressor engine speed does not
exceed 2000 rpm, the feel is cold, the temperature of the air outlet is≤15℃, and the compressor
refrigeration is normal.
