1. This product uses tap water or purified water. Please do not pour other liquids into
the ice bucket to avoid damaging the water pump.
1. The product cannot be powered on
2. During use, water tank/water pipe/water bladder was found to be leaking.
3. After use, water is found on the outside of the water tank or at the connection
between the water pipe and the ice bucket
4. After turning on the device, it automatically shuts down after a short period of work.
It can be used again after restarting, but it still shuts down automatically after a short
time. Please charge it first before turning it on for use. If the problem persists, please
5. During use, you can hear the water pump working, with a 'humming' sound, but the
water bag is low on water.
6. The machine is operating normally, there is water in the water bladder, but the water
is very little and the water pressure is very low.
(In addition to considering the operations in question 5, it may be related to the height
of the water bag. The water bag of this product cannot operate at a height more than
40 inches above the main unit, and as the height increases, the water flow will gradu-
(Please try charging it before turning it on. If it still cannot be turned on, please contact
us for assistance.)
(Please turn off the device immediately to avoid security issues. Then take photos of
the relevant problem and contact us for assistance.)
(This is a normal phenomenon. Under cold compress conditions, at the connection
between the water pipe and the ice bucket, long-term flow of cold water causes air
condensation to form at this spot. The condensate water flows down from the outer
wall of the ice bucket or directly from the connection.)
(Please check the entire water pipe system as well as the connection points between
the water bag and the pipes to see if there are any severe folds, as these may cause
poor water flow. If such issues are found, please try to adjust the folded areas. After
performing these steps, if the water bag is still lacking water, please contact us for
1. After receiving the product, please fully charge the controller before first use.
2. First, add water to the ice bucket, making sure it completely covers the water pump.
3. Then add ice cubes to the ice bucket. The final amount added should not exceed
the maximum water level line in the bucket, or the highest water level of the ice water
should be at least 4 inches below the bucket lid. At the same time, please ensure there
is plenty of water around the pump that can cover the pump, otherwise it will cause the
pump to run dry and damage the pump.
4. Connect the water bladder and the ice bucket.
5. Secure the water bag on your painful area. Please do not tie it too tightly; if the tied
area turns purple or feels numb, it means it is tied too tightly and should be loosened
accordingly.
6.Press and hold the mechanical button on the top of the controller for 2 seconds to
turn on the device. A short press of this button can lock it to prevent accidental opera-
tions. Pressing it briefly again can unlock it. The remote control can only be used after
the device is turned on. The remote control cannot turn on the device remotely, but it
can turn it off remotely.
7. There are three touch buttons on the controller from left to right. They are for setting
the duration of a single work session, setting the duration of a single rest session, and
setting the flow rate, respectively.
8. Single work duration setting and single rest duration setting combined work:
Suppose the single work duration is set to 10 minutes, and the single rest duration is
set to 5 minutes. Then the equipment will work for 10 minutes first, then stop to rest for
5 minutes, and then repeat this process.
10. Briefly pressing the water flow setting button can adjust the water flow speed. The
higher the flow speed, the lower the temperature you will feel. The default flow speed
is level 3 (fastest) when powered on.
9. Regardless of the durations you set for work and rest, the device will shut down
completely after running 4 automatic cycles.
11. All of the above operations (except turning on the device) can be performed using
the remote control.
2. Prolonged cold compresses may potentially cause harm to the body. If you notice a
sharp stinging or prickling pain in the affected area, complete local numbness where
even pinching causes little pain, skin turning reddish-purple for a long time after
removing the ice, or even small blisters forming, please stop the treatment immediate-
ly. In fact, we strongly advise against continuing ice application beyond the system-set
duration.
4. Prolonged heat application may cause harm to the body. If you notice that the
affected area changes from 'warm' to burning pain, the skin becomes red and hot,
continues to burn even after removing the heat source, or experiences itching,
tingling, or even slight blistering, please stop the heat application immediately. In fact,
we strongly advise against continuing heat application beyond the system-set dura-
tion.
3. If you want to use this product for heat therapy, be sure not to add water exceeding
122℉ into the container, as this can easily cause the water bag to leak.
