READ AND SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
Please read and understand this entire manual before attempting to assemble, install or operate the
product.
• Do not discard fan carton or foam inserts. Should this fan need to be returned to the factory for
repairs, it must be shipped in its original packaging to ensure proper protection against damage that
might exceed the initial cause for return.
• Make sure all electrical connections comply with local codes, ordinances, the National Electrical
Code and ANSI/NFPA 70. Hire a qualified electrician or consult a do-it-yourself wiring handbook if
you are unfamiliar with installing electrical wiring.
• Make sure the installation site you choose allows a minimum clearance of 7 ft. from the blades to the
floor and at least 30 in. from the end of the blades to any obstruction.
• After you install the fan, make sure all connections are secure to prevent the fan from falling.
• The net weight of this fan is: 12.50 lbs. (52 in.),
14.99 lbs. (60 in.),
15.96 lbs. (72 in.).
WARNING
To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock or personal injury, mount to an outlet box
UL-Listed acceptable for fan support of 35 lb. (15.9 kg) or less and use mounting
screws provided with the outlet box. Most outlet boxes commonly used for the support
of lighting fixtures are not acceptable for fan support and may need to be replaced. Consult a
qualified electrician if in doubt.
To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock or personal injury, mount the fan to the outlet box marked
acceptable for fan support with the screws provided with the outlet box.
NEED HELP? In the event you have broken glass or are missing parts, call 888-251-1003. Do
not return the ceiling fan to the place of purchase. Be sure to have available the owner's manual,
item or model number, finish, color, type of glass, etc.

ATTENTION: The use of a fan brace with all ceiling fans is recommended. Application style
vary. Braces are sold separately in the lighting or electrical department.
ATTENTION: Do not use an extension cord with this fan.
To reduce the risk of personal injury, use only parts provided with this fan. The use of parts
OTHER than those provided with this fan will void the warranty.
Before proceeding, be sure to shut off electricity at main switch or circuit breaker in order to
avoid electrical shock.

Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with package
contents list and hardware contents list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble
the product.
Estimated Assembly Time: 120 minutes.
Tools Required for Assembly (not included): Electrical Tape, Phillips Screwdriver, Pliers, Safety
Glasses, Stepladder and Wire Strippers.
Helpful Tools (not included): AC Tester Light, Tape Measure, Do-It-Yourself Wiring Handbook and
Wire Cutters.
DANGER: When using an existing outlet box, make sure the outlet box is securely attached to
the building structure and can support the full weight of the fan. Failure to do this can result in serious
injury or death. The stability of the outlet box is essential in minimizing wobble and noise in the fan
after installation is complete.
CAUTION: Be sure outlet box is properly grounded and a ground wire (green or bare) is
present.
After opening top of carton, remove mounting hardware package from foam inserts. Remove motor
from packing and place on carpet or on foam to avoid damage to finish.
CAUTION: Carefully check all screws, bolts and nuts on fan motor assembly to ensure they are
secured.
WARNING
Risk of Fire and Electric Shock: Do not repair or service this light kit. The light source is designed
for this specific application and can overheat if serviced by untrained personnel. If any servicing is
required, call our customer service department (at 888-251-1003) for return authorization and
shipping instructions.
CAUTION
To reduce the risk of personal injury, use only the screws provided with the outlet box.
Be sure outlet box is properly grounded and that a ground wire (green or bare) is present.
Before beginning installation, carefully check all screws, bolts and nuts on fan motor assembly to
ensure that they are secured.

1. Turn off circuit breakers and wall switch to the
fan supply line leads.
2. Determine mounting method to use.
A. Standard mount
B. Angle mount
IMPORTANT: If using the angle mount,
ensure the ceiling angle is not steeper than 19°.
*Helpful Hint: Standard mounting is best suited
for ceilings 7 ft. high or higher. For taller ceilings
you may want to use a longer downrod (not
included). Angle mounting is best suited for
angled or vaulted ceilings. A longer downrod is
sometimes necessary to ensure proper blade
clearance.
3. Check to make sure blades (G) will be at
least 30 in. from any obstruction and at least
7 ft. above the floor.

Remove the canopy bottom cover (C) from
the canopy (B) by turning the canopy bottom
cover (C) counterclockwise.
Remove the mounting bracket (A) from the
canopy (B) by loosening canopy mounting
screws a half turn from the screw head. Next,
turn the canopy (B) counterclockwise to
remove the mounting bracket (A) from the
canopy (B).
Secure mounting bracket (A) to outlet box
(not included) using screws, lock washers
and flat washers provided with the outlet box.
*NOTE: It is very important you use the
proper hardware when installing the mounting
bracket (A) as this will support the fan.
IMPORTANT: If using the angle mount,
make sure open end of mounting bracket (A)
is installed facing the higher point of the
ceiling.

Remove the cotter pin and clevis pin, and
loosen the two collar set screws from the
motor collar.
Unscrew the set screw located in the hanger
ball, lower the hanger ball and remove the
cross pin. Remove the hanger ball from the
downrod (D).

4. Slip downrod (D) into collar, align holes and
re-install clevis pin and cotter pin. Tighten
two set screws in collar.
Hardware Used
NOTE: If a longer downrod (not included) is
needed, Be sure to snap together the 3-pin
connectors, the male plug from the fan and
female plug from the 24 in. and 42 in. 3-pin
extension cord (BB and CC).
WARNING: It is critical that the clevis pin
in the downrod support is properly installed
and the set screws and nuts are securely
tightened. Failure to do so could result in the
fan falling.

Carefully lift the fan motor assembly (F) up to
the mounting bracket (A) and seat the
downrod (D) in the mounting bracket (A)
socket. Make sure the tab on the mounting
bracket (A) socket is properly seated in the
groove in the downrod (D). This will help to
balance the ceiling fan.

DANGER: Failure to align slot in ball with
tab may cause the fan to wobble or fall, which
could result in serious injury or death.
5. Slip the coupling cover (E), the canopy
bottom cover (C), and the canopy (B) onto
the downrod (D).
Carefully reinstall the hanger ball onto the
downrod (D). Being sure that the pin is in the
correct position, the set screw is tightened
and wires are not twisted.

WARNING: Check to see that all connections
are tight, including ground, and that no bare wire is
visible at the wire nuts, except for the ground wire.
CAUTION: Do not use with a wall light dimmer
switch.
NOTE: The fan must be wired with receiver for it
to work properly. The fan cannot be directly wired
to a wall switch.
NOTE: The fan must be installed at a maximum
distance of 20 ft. from the remote control for
proper signal transmission between the remote
control and the fan's receiving unit.
If you feel you do not have enough electrical
wiring knowledge or experience, have your fan
installed by a licensed electrician.
Follow the steps below to connect the fan to your
household wiring. Use the plastic wire nuts (AA)
with your fan. Secure the plastic wire nuts with
electrical tape. Make sure there are no loose
strands or connections.

assembly (F) to the receiver.

Gently slide remote control receiver smooth
side up into mounting bracket (A). Turn
spliced/taped wires upward and gently push
wires and wire nuts (AA) into outlet box. Let
antenna from remote control receiver hang to
the side.
NOTE: The remote control included with this
fan meets the following requirements:
a. Not for use with solid state fans.
b. Electrical rating: 120V/60 Hz; motor
amps:1.5 MAX.
Should you choose to use a different remote
control with this fan, it must also meet these
same requirements.

2. Wrap electrical tape (not included) around
each individual wire nuts (AA) down to the
wire.
Turn spliced/taped wires upward and gently
push wires and wire nuts (AA) into
outlet box.
WARNING: Make sure no bare wire or
wire strands are visible after making
connections. Place GREEN and WHITE
connections on opposite side of box from the
BLACK connections.

Fasten the blade (G) to the fan motor assembly
(F) by lining up the two slots of the motor and
two tabs on the blade (G).
Tighten the three blade mounting screws with
lock washers already installed in the blade
support plate (with screws and lock washers)
(H).
Repeat this procedure for the remaining
blade (G).
NOTE: Make sure the screws are TIGHT!
Loose blade screws can contribute to
unnecessary hum or wobbly during operation.

Make sure connections are neatly tucked into
the ceiling outlet box.
Slide the canopy (B) up to the mounting
bracket (A) and place the key holes on the
canopy (B) over the loose canopy mounting
screws on the mounting bracket (A). Turn the
canopy (B) clockwise until it locks in place at
the narrow section of the key holes. Make
sure the positioning pin on the mounting
bracket falls into one of two holes on the
canopy (B), and then tighten the two canopy
mounting screws.

Attach the canopy bottom cover (C) to the
canopy (B) by inserting the screw heads into
the key slots in the canopy bottom cover (C)
and rotating it clockwise.
NOTE: Adjust the canopy mounting screws
as necessary until the canopy (B) and canopy
bottom cover (C) are snug.
2.
NOTE: The fan motor assembly is shipped
with rubber packing mounts to prevent
movement during transportation. Remove
the rubber packing mounts from the fan
motor assembly and discard prior to attaching
the blade.

Fasten the decorative cover (I) to the fan
motor assembly (F) by use the decorative nut
(J) provied. Make sure the decorative nut are
TIGHT!

CAUTION: Before starting installation,
disconnect the power by turning off the circuit
breaker or removing the fuse at the fuse box.
Turning power off using the fan switch is not
sufficient to prevent electric shock.
FINAL INSTALLATION
NOTE: The remote has been pre-paired in the
factory for your convenience.
NOTE: Batteries will weaken with age and should
be replaced before leaking takes place as this will
damage the remote control. Dispose used
batteries properly and keep them out of the reach
of children. Do not ingest. Do not dispose
batteries in fire. Batteries may explode or leak.
Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix
alkaline, standard (carbon - zinc), or rechargeable
(nickel-cadmium) batteries. Exhausted batteries
are to be removed from the product.
Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be
recharged.
1. Remove the battery cover by pressing firmly
on the arrow and sliding the cover off.
2. Install two 1.5V AAA batteries (included).
Batteries are to be inserted with the correct
polarity.
3. Slide the battery cover on the remote control
till it click in place.

LEARNING PROCESS

IMPORTANT: This fan has been pre-paired
at the factory and the fan can be used now. If you
have two or more fans, please follow steps below
to control each fan independently. Also follow steps
below to re-pair the remote and the receiver when
needed.
NOTE: The dip switch in the battery compartment
has been set on “0” position for your convenience.
If you want to re-pair the remote, please set the
dip switch on “1” position.
To add a remote to your fan’s memory, use the
steps below:
Ensure AC power to the fan is OFF to begin the
learning process.
Slide the dip switch in the battery compartment
to the "1" position.
Turn the fan’s AC power ON.
Within 30 seconds of turning AC power on, press
and release the "LEARN" button located in the
remote's battery compartment to enter the learning
function. The fan blades will start to spin.
The fan will now accept commands from the
added remote.
If you would like to set the dip switch back to the
"0" position after a learning, please re-pair the
remote by following the learning process again.
NOTE: If installing multiple fans on separate
remotes, only the fan being programmed should
have AC power turned ON. All other fans, even if
they have already been programmed, should have
AC power OFF so they do not memorize other
remotes during the learning process. Separate
the fan power switches by approximately 2 meters.

button to turn the fan off.
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 Speed functions:
1 = for fan MINIMUM speed
2 = for fan LOWER speed
3 = for fan LOW speed
4 = for fan MEDIUM speed
5 = for fan HIGH speed
6 = for fan MAXIMUM speed
2H, 4H, 8H Timer:
Pressing the timer button will automatically turn
fan off after 2, 4, or 8 hours. To cancel the timer
settings, press and release the button.
button: Controls rotation of the entire fan
direction.

4A. Warm weather - (Counter-clockwise Direction)
A downward air flow creates a cooling effect.
This allows you to set your air conditioner on
a warmer setting without affecting your comfort.
4B. Cool weather - (Clockwise Direction) An
upward air flow moves warm air off the ceiling.
This allows you to set your heating unit on a
cooler setting without affecting your comfort.

Check the support connections, brackets, and blade attachments twice a year. Make sure they are
secure. Because of the fan’s natural movement, some connections may become loose over time. It is
not necessary to remove the fan from the ceiling. Clean your fan periodically. Use only a soft brush or
lint-free cloth to avoid scratching the finish. The plating is sealed with a lacquer to minimize discoloration
or tarnishing.
IMPORTANT: Shut off main power supply before beginning any maintenance. Do not use water or
a damp cloth to clean the ceiling fan.

NOTE: A small amount of "wobble" is normal and should not be considered a defect.

and verify that set screw on

TROUBLESHOOTING

The distributor warrants this fan to be free from defects in workmanship and materials present at time
of shipment from the factory for Lifetime limited from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only
to the original purchaser. The distributor agrees to correct any defect at no charge or, at our option,
replace the ceiling fan with a comparable or superior model.
To obtain warranty service, present a copy of your sales receipt as proof of purchase. All cost of
removal and reinstallation are the express responsibility of the purchaser. Any damage to the ceiling
fan by accident, misuse or improper installation, or by using parts not produced by the manufacturer of
this fan or affixing accessories not produced by the manufacturer of this fan, are the purchaser's own
responsibility. The distributor assumes no responsibility whatsoever for fan installation during the
limited lifetime warranty. Any service performed by an unauthorized person will render the warranty
invalid.
Due to varying climatic conditions, this warranty does not cover changes in brass finish, rusting,
pitting, tarnishing, corroding or peeling. Brass finish fans maintain their beauty when protected from
varying weather conditions. Any glass provided with this fan is not covered by the warranty.
Any replacement of defective parts for the ceiling fan must be reported within the first year from the
date of purchase. For the balance of the warranty, call our customer service department (at
888-251-1003) for return authorization and shipping instructions so that we may repair or replace the
ceiling fan. Any fan or parts returned improperly packaged is/are the sole responsibility of the
purchaser. There is no further express warranty. The distributor disclaims any and all implied
warranties. The duration of any implied warranty which cannot be disclaimed is limited to the limited
lifetime period as specified in our warranty. The distributor shall not be liable for incidental,
consequential or special damages arising at or in connection with product use or performance except
as may otherwise be accorded by law. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also
have other rights which vary from state to state. This warranty supersedes all prior warranties.

LEA Y GUARDE ESTAS INSTRUCCIONES.
Lea y comprenda completamente este manual antes de intentar ensamblar, instalar o usar el producto.
• No deseche la caja del ventilador ni los accesorios de espuma. En caso de que deba devolverse
este ventilador a la fábrica para realizarle reparaciones, debe enviarse en su empaque original para
asegurar una protección adecuada contra daños que puedan agravar la causa inicial de la
devolución.
• Asegúrese de que todas las conexiones eléctricas cumplan con los códigos locales, las ordenanzas,
el Código Eléctrico Nacional y la ANSI/NFPA 70. Contrate a un electricista calificado o consulte un
manual de cableado para hacerlo usted mismo si no está familiarizado con la instalación de
cableado eléctrico.
• Asegúrese de que en el lugar de instalación que elija se pueda establecer una distancia mínima de
2.13 m desde las aspas hasta el piso y al menos 76.20 cm desde los extremos de las aspas hasta

ADVERTENCIA

(35 lb), o menos, y use los tornillos de montaje provistos con la caja de salida. La

no son aptas para sostener un ventilador y puede ser necesario reemplazarlas. Si tiene alguna

Antes de comenzar a ensamblar el producto, asegúrese de tener todas las piezas. Compare las piezas

PELIGRO: si utiliza una caja de salida existente, asegúrese de que esté bien sujeta a la
estructura de construcción y que pueda sostener todo el peso del ventilador. El incumplimiento de
dicho paso podría provocar lesiones graves o la muerte. La estabilidad de la caja de salida es
fundamental para minimizar el balanceo y el ruido en el ventilador una vez que la instalación esté
completa.
PRECAUCIÓN: asegúrese de que la caja de salida tenga la puesta a tierra correcta y de que
haya un conductor (verde o desnudo) de puesta a tierra.
Después de abrir la parte superior de la caja, retire el paquete de aditamentos de montaje de los
accesorios de espuma. Retire el motor del empaque y ubíquelo sobre una alfombra o espuma para
evitar daños en el acabado.
PRECAUCIÓN: revise cuidadosamente todos los tornillos, las tuercas y los pernos del ensamble
del motor del ventilador para comprobar que estén seguros.
ADVERTENCIA

1. Interrumpa la línea de entrada del ventilador
al apagar los interruptores de circuito y el
interruptor de pared.
2. Determine el método de instalación que
utilizará.

B. Montaje en ángulo
IMPORTANTE: si realiza el montaje en
ángulo, verifique que el ángulo del techo no
tenga una inclinación superior a los 19°.
*Consejo útil: el montaje estándar es mejor para
los techos de 2.13 m de alto o más. Para los
techos más altos, se recomienda utilizar una varilla
más larga (no incluida). El montaje en ángulo es
mejor para los techos en ángulo o de bóveda. En
ocasiones, es necesaria una varilla más larga para
asegurar una adecuada separación de las aspas.
3. Compruebe que las aspas (G) estén al
menos a 76,2 cm de cualquier obstáculo y al
menos a 2,13 m sobre el piso.
PELIGRO: si no desconecta el suministro
de electricidad antes de realizar la instalación,
se pueden producir lesiones graves o la

Levante con cuidado el ensamble del motor
del ventilador (F) hasta el soporte de montaje
(A) y asiente la varilla (D) en el portalámparas
del soporte de montaje (A). Asegúrese de que
la lengüeta del portalámparas del soporte de
montaje (A) esté bien asentada en la ranura
de la varilla (D). Esto ayudará a equilibrar el
ventilador de techo.

4. Inserte la varilla (D) en el anillo, alinee los
orificios y vuelva a instalar el pasador de
horquilla y el pasador de chaveta. Apriete los
dos tornillos de fijación en el anillo.
NOTA: Si necesita una varilla más larga (no
incluida), asegúrese de unir los conectores de
3 clavijas, el enchufe macho del ventilador y
el enchufe hembra del cable de extensión de
3 pines de 61 cm y 107 cm (BB y CC).
PRECAUCIÓN: Es fundamental que el
pasador de horquilla en el soporte de la
varilla esté instalado correctamente y que los
tornillos y tuercas de fijación estén bien
apretados. De lo contrario, el ventilador
podría caerse.
5. Desliza la cubierta del acoplador (E), el
cubierta inferior de la base (C) y la través de
la base (B) a través de la varilla (D).
Vuelva a instalar con cuidado la bola
colgante en la varilla (D). Asegurándose de
que el pasador esté en la posición correcta,
el tornillo de fijación esté apretado y los
cables no estén torcidos.

Deslice cuidadosamente el receptor del control
remoto, con el lado liso hacia arriba, en el
soporte de montaje (A). Gire los cables
empalmados o cubiertos con cinta hacia arriba
y empuje suavemente los cables y los

Sujete el aspa (G) al ensamblaje del motor del
ventilador (F) alineando las dos ranuras del
motor y las dos pestañas del aspa (G).

manecillas del reloj hasta que esta se ubique
en su lugar en la sección estrecha de los
orificios principales. Asegúrese de que el
pasador de posicionamiento en el soporte de
montaje caiga en uno de los dos orificios de
la base (B) y luego apriete los dos tornillos de
montaje de la base.

Fije la cubierta decorativa (I) al ensamble del
motor del ventilador (F) utilizando la tuerca
decorativa (J) proporcionada. Asegúrese de
que las tuercas decorativas estén BIEN
FIRMES.

PRECAUCIÓN: antes de comenzar la
instalación, desconecte la alimentación colocando
el interruptor de circuito en la posición de apagado
o retirando el fusible de la caja de fusibles. No
basta con colocar el interruptor del ventilador en la
posición de apagado para evitar descargas
eléctricas.
INSTALACIÓN FINAL
NOTA: el control remoto se ha emparejado
previamente en la fábrica para su comodidad.
NOTA: las baterías se debilitarán con el tiempo y
deben reemplazarse antes de que se produzcan
fugas, ya que esto dañará el control remoto.
Deseche las baterías usadas de forma correcta y
manténgalas fuera del alcance de los niños. No
ingiera. No incinere las baterías. Estas podrían
explotar o filtrarse. No mezcle baterías antiguas
con nuevas. No mezcle pilas alcalinas, estándar
(carbono-zinc), o recargables (níquel-cadmio).
Las baterías agotadas se deben retirar del
producto. No deben recargarse las baterías que
no estén creadas para tal fin.
1. Presione firmemente la flecha y deslice la
cubierta de las baterías para retirarla.
2. Coloque dos baterías AAA de 1,5 voltios
(incluidas). Las baterías se deben introducir
en la polaridad correcta.
3. Deslice la tapa de la batería en el control
remoto hasta que empalme en su lugar.

PROCESO DE APRENDIZAJE

IMPORTANTE: este ventilador se emparejó
previamente desde fábrica y se puede utilizar
ahora. Si tiene dos o más ventiladores, siga los
pasos que se presentan a continuación para
controlar cada unidad de forma independiente.
También siga los siguientes pasos para volver a
emparejar el control remoto y el recibidor cada
vez que sea necesario.
NOTE: el interruptor magnético en el
compartimiento de la batería se ha configurado
en la posición "0" para su comodidad. Si desea
volver a emparejar el control remoto, configure el
interruptor magnético en la posición "1".
Para agregar un control remoto a la memoria de
su ventilador, siga los pasos a continuación:
Asegúrese de que la alimentación de CA al
ventilador esté APAGADA para comenzar el
proceso de aprendizaje.
Deslice el interruptor magnético en el
compartimiento de la batería a la posición "1".
ENCIENDA la alimentación de CA del ventilador.
Dentro de los 30 segundos de encender la
alimentación de CA, presione y suelte el botón
"LEARN" ubicado en el compartimiento de la

NOTA: si instala varios ventiladores en controles
remotos separados, solo el ventilador que se
está programando debe tener la alimentación de
CA ENCENDIDA. Todos los demás ventiladores,
incluso si ya se han programado, deben tener la
alimentación de CA APAGADA para que no
memoricen otros controles remotos durante el

Compruebe las conexiones de soporte, los soportes y las fijaciones de las aspas dos veces al año.
Cerciórese de que estén aseguradas. Debido al movimiento natural del ventilador, algunas conexiones
pueden soltarse con el tiempo. No es necesario retirar el ventilador del techo. Limpie el ventilador
periódicamente. Use solo un cepillo suave o un paño sin pelusas para evitar rayar el acabado. El
enchapado está sellado con una laca que reduce al mínimo la decoloración o el deslustre.
IMPORTANTE: antes de realizar cualquier trabajo de mantenimiento, desconecte el suministro

ADVERTENCIA: antes de comenzar cualquier trabajo, desconecte el suministro de electricidad
para evitar descargas eléctricas.
PROBLEMA CAUSA POSIBLE ACCIÓN CORRECTIVA
El ventilador no se
mueve.
1. El interruptor de reversa no está
activado.
2. No hay alimentación eléctrica o hay
un fusible quemado.
3. La conexión de los conductores es
incorrecta.
4. Los enchufes no están conectados
adecuadamente.
1. Las aspas están flojas.
2. Hay un aspa partida.
3. Se está utilizando un regulador de
intensidad de rango completo.
4. El ventilador es nuevo.
1. Apriete todos los tornillos de las aspas.
2. Reemplace el aspa.
3. Reemplace por un dispositivo de
control de velocidad autorizado.
4. Permita que el ventilador tenga un
período de asentamiento de un par de
días, especialmente al encender el
ventilador a velocidades media y alta.
1. Mueva firmemente el interruptor
hacia la izquierda o hacia la derecha.
2. Conecte la alimentación eléctrica o
revise el fusible.
3. Desconecte la alimentación. Afloje la
base y revise todas las conexiones.
4. Verifique que los empalmes plásticos
del ventilador y el receptor a la caja
de salida estén conectados
correctamente de acuerdo con las
instrucciones en la página 10.
El funcionamiento
es ruidoso.
1. Las aspas están flojas.
2. Los brazos de las aspas no están
ajustados correctamente.
3. Las aspas no están equilibradas.
4. El ventilador no está colocado
firmemente.
5. El ventilador está demasiado
cerca del techo de bóveda.
6. Los tornillos de fijación en la
horquilla de la carcasa del motor
no están bien apretados.
7. El tornillo de fijación en la bola
para colgar no está bien apretado.
Balanceo excesivo. 1. Apriete todos los tornillos de las
aspas.
2. Vuelva a instalar los brazos de las
aspas.
3. Intercambie un aspa con otra del
lado opuesto. O bien, equilibre el
ventilador mediante el kit de
equilibrio del aspa (se vende por
separado).
4. Desconecte la alimentación. Afloje
cuidadosamente la base y verifique
que el soporte de montaje esté firme.
5. Utilice una varilla más larga o mueva
el ventilador a otra ubicación.
6. Apriete firmemente los tornillos de
fijación de la horquilla.
7. Afloje y baje cuidadosamente la
base y verifique que el tornillo de
fijación de la bola para colgar esté
bien apretado.

El distribuidor garantiza que este ventilador no presenta defectos en la mano de obra ni en los
materiales presentes al momento del transporte desde la fábrica durante un período limitado de por
vida a partir de la fecha de compra. Esta garantía es válida solo para el comprador original. El
distribuidor acepta reparar cualquier defecto sin cargo o, según nuestro criterio, remplazar el
ventilador de techo por un modelo comparable o superior.
Para obtener el servicio de garantía, presente una copia del recibo de venta como comprobante de la
compra. Todos los costos de extracción y reinstalación son responsabilidad absoluta del comprador.
Cualquier daño al ventilador de techo producido por accidente, uso indebido o instalación incorrecta, o
por el uso de piezas no producidas por el fabricante de este ventilador o accesorios de fijación que no
son del fabricante de este ventilador, será responsabilidad del comprador. El distribuidor no asume
ningún tipo de responsabilidad por la instalación del ventilador durante la garantía limitada de por
vida. Cualquier servicio realizado por una persona no autorizada invalidará la garantía.
Debido a las cambiantes condiciones climáticas, esta garantía no cubre cambios en el acabado de
latón, óxido, picaduras, deslustre, corrosión o descascarado. Los ventiladores con acabado de latón
mantienen su belleza cuando se los protege de las condiciones climáticas cambiantes. La garantía no
cubre los elementos de vidrio incluidos con este ventilador.
Cualquier reemplazo de piezas defectuosas para el ventilador de techo debe informarse dentro del
primer año a partir de la fecha de compra. Para conocer el saldo de la garantía, llame a nuestro
Departamento de Servicio al Cliente (al 888-251-1003) para obtener la autorización para la devolución
y las instrucciones de envío, de modo que podamos reparar o reemplazar el ventilador de techo. Un
ventilador o piezas devueltas con un embalaje incorrecto son de responsabilidad única del comprador.
No existe otro tipo de garantía explícita. El distribuidor rechaza cualquiera y todas las garantías
implícitas. La duración de cualquier garantía implícita que no pueda rechazarse se limita al período de
garantía limitada de por vida especificado en nuestra garantía. El distribuidor no se hará responsable
por daños accidentales, resultantes ni especiales que surjan en relación con el uso o el
funcionamiento del producto, excepto que la ley indique lo contrario. Esta garantía le otorga derechos
legales específicos, pero podría tener también otros derechos que varían según el estado. Esta
garantía sustituye cualquier garantía previa.
