Cooking Positions
Cooking Rice
1. Measure rice using the supplied cup (1 cup
= 180 ml).
2. Rinse rice until the water runs clear to
remove excess starch.
3. Place rice in the inner pot and add water
to the corresponding level mark, or refer to
the table below.
4. Close the lid, plug in, and press the switch
down to COOK.
5. When the switch flips to WARM, let the
rice rest for 10–15 minutes for best texture,
then fluff with the spatula.

Safety Warnings

• Place on a flat, heat-resistant surface away

pot is damaged.
• Unplug when not in use and before
cleaning.
• Avoid contact with steam—use handles or
knobs only.
• Do not cover vents or operate without the
lid properly closed.
Before First Use
1. Remove all packaging.
2. Wash the lid, inner pot, and accessories in
warm soapy water. Rinse and dry.
3. Wipe the heating base with a damp cloth.
Do not immerse.
Cleaning and Maintenance
• Always unplug and allow the cooker to
cool completely.
• Remove the inner pot and wash it, the lid,
and accessories in warm soapy water, or
place on the top rack of a dishwasher.
• Wipe the heating plate and outer body
with a soft damp cloth. Never use abrasive
pads.
• Ensure the safety thermostat and magnetic
switch are free of food residue.
• Store with the lid slightly open to prevent
odours.
Keep-Warm Function
The cooker automatically keeps rice warm at
approximately 60–70°C for up to 12 hours.
For best flavour and food safety, consume
within 5 hours.
Troubleshooting
Switch does not stay at COOK
The inner pot is not in full contact with the
heating plate. Clean the plate and the bottom
of the pot.
Rice undercooked or too hard
Insufficient water. Add a little more and restart.
Rice overcooked or too soft
Too much water. Reduce the amount next time.
Water spills out
The pot is overfilled. Do not exceed ¾ of the
pot height.
