use this product correctly. It is important to read this entire manual before
assembling and using the product. Safe and effective use can only be achieved if
the product is assembled, maintained, and used properly. It is your responsibility to
ensure that all users of the product are informed of all warnings and precautions.
1. Before starting any exercise program, you should consult your physician to
determine if you have any medical or physical conditions that could put your
health and safety at risk or prevent you from using the product properly. Your
physician’s advice is essential if you are taking medication that affects your heart
rate, blood pressure, or cholesterol level.
2. Be aware of your body’s signals. Incorrect or excessive exercise can damage
your health. Stop exercising if you experience any of the following symptoms: pain,
tightness in your chest, irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, lightheadedness,
dizziness, or feelings of nausea. If you do experience any of these conditions, you
should consult your physician before continuing with your exercise program.
3. The Yoga Stretch Strap are exercise aids and must always be used with the
correct technique. Please do not use this item or these exercises as a substitute
for any exercise, treatment, dietary regime,or rehabilitation which has been
prescribed by a doctor.
4. The information contained within this document are not medical guidelines but for
educational purpose only. SUNNY Balance cannot be held liable for user’s safety

5. Always ensure the Yoga Stretch Strap are in a safe operating condition. Inspect

Using The Yoga Tretch Strap
Think of a yoga strap as an extension of your limbs. This versatile prop can be looped
around your foot when performing standing poses to improve stability or to help you
stretch deeper into the position. You can also loop it around your feet during seated
poses to assist with holding the position and improving body alignment.
If you're new to yoga and lack flexibility, a yoga strap makes it much easier to ease into
classic yoga positions. It’s perfect for strengthening your hamstrings, calves, and back.
Dancer’s Pose can be difficult without a yoga strap, as it requires significant flexibility
in your back and legs. The strap is perfect for strengthening your back and opening up
your chest.

DECREASES RISK OF INJURY
Keep your body straight and place each
hand on the Yoga Stretch Strap handles or
on any other convenient loops fitted to your
height. Place your foot on the middle of the
Yoga Strap.
Raise your leg and hold it up for about 10-15
seconds. Repeat the stretch by at least 10
times and then move on the other leg.

REDUCES CHOLESTEROL
Kneel on one leg, with the other leg in front,
resting with the foot flat on the floor. Place
the loop around the foot of the leg in the
kneeling position.
Direct the Yoga Stretch Strap behind your
back and overhead. Keep the posture erect,
hold the strap tightly with both hands, and
begin to bend the knee by pulling the foot
upward toward your buttock.

INCREASES STAMINA
In a standing position, grab the padded
loop of the Yoga Stretch Strap with one
hand and elevate the arm overhead with
the elbow bent (this hand should end up
at the base of the neck). Use your other
hand to direct the Yoga Stretch Strap
behind your back.
Using this hand, gently pull the Yoga
Stretch Strap down toward the floor
while simultaneously reaching the
elbow toward the ceiling.
The stretch should be felt in the back of
the arm, specifically in the triceps area.
Hold this position for 30 seconds.
Repeat the stretch on the other arm.
While maintaining the same position,
pull the strap down toward the floor
while simultaneously side-bending in
the opposite direction of the arm
overhead. The stretch should be felt in
the triceps and the upper torso of the
arm positioned overhead.

PROMOTES BLOOD CIRCULATION
Place the Yoga Stretch Strap loop around one foot and lie on your stomach
while holding the strap with both hands behind your head.
Stretch your quadriceps by holding the strap with both hands and gradually
pulling your leg closer to your head each day. Hold this position for 10-15
seconds, repeat 7-10 times, and then switch to the other foot.

IMPROVES ENERGY LEVELS
Start in a long sitting position with your torso erect, knees straight, feet together,
and toes pointing up. Place the Yoga Stretch Strap around the middle of both feet.
Reach forward to grab a loop near your knees. Use your hands to pull the Yoga
Stretch Strap back toward you. Keep your feet and ankles relaxed as they are
gently pulled toward you.
The stretch should be felt along the back of your legs. Hold this position for 30
seconds. For a more isolated stretch, you can also repeat it one leg at a time.
