Medical Device Interference
The StarTag contains components and radios that emit
electromagnetic fields, as well as magnets. These elements
may potentially interfere with pacemakers, defibrillators, or
other medical devices. To ensure safety, maintain a safe
distance between your medical device and the StarTag.
We strongly advise consulting your physician and the
manufacturer of your medical device for information that
is specific to your situation. If you suspect that the StarTag
is interfering with your pacemaker defibrillator or any other
medical device, discontinue its use immediately.
Choking Hazard Warning
The StarTag, its battery compartment door, the battery
itself, and the case may pose a choking hazard or cause
injury to small children. Please keep these items out of
reach of young children.
Important Handling Guidelines
Its normal for the StarTag to show discoloration with
regular use. To clean it, use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
Avoid applying pressure with sharp objects on the rubber seal
or the battery terminal contacts inside the device.
Do not allow moisture to enter any openings or use aerosol
sprays, solvents or abrasive materials to clean the device.

Overview Introduction
The StarTag integrates with Apple Find My network and
Google Find Hub to provide a secure and user-friendly
solution for tracking items, making it easy to locate keys,
wallets, and more, with security and privacy at the forefront.
StarTag is designed for the convenience of users, simplifying
daily life, allowing you to say goodbye to lost belongings
and enjoy a peace of mind lifestyle.
Power On
Press the button once, and you will hear one beep, the
red indicator light flashes once.
Power Off
Long press the button (about 5s) until you hear three beeps，
release the button.
Factory Reset
Quickly click 3 times and long-press the 4th time until you hear
a long beep, and the red indicator light flashes in time with
the melody.

Learn More
Quickly press the button twice. Four confirmation beeps
will sound, and the blue indicator light flashes 4 times.

How to Pair
Note: iOS or iPadOS version 14.5 or above;
Android phone or tablet with 9 or above.
You can choose to connect the StarTag via the iOS or Android
system, depending on the equipment you have.

2.1 Place the StarTag next to your Google device.
2.2 Turn on bluetooth on Phone and connect to Internet.
2.3 Press the front button of the StarTag once to turn on
the device.
2.4 Open the 'Find Hub' app.
2.5 The product pairing window will pop up automatically.

图片更换操作
重要提示
6.1 设备在与APP配对时，手机需要链接到苹果或谷歌服务器。
由于网络问题，可能会出现配对失败。
建议采取以下操作：
a. 更改手机网络，例如在WIFI和移动网络之间切换；
b. 对设备恢复出厂设置；
c. 重新进行配对。
电池
StarTag包含一个CR2032纽扣电池，在产品使用期间，
可能需要更换电池。
更换电池时，需注意区分电池正极和负极。

5.1往电池仓盖上的三角形标识方向滑动，打开电池盖。
5.2更换新电池。
5.3滑动扣紧电池盖。
4.4 点按一次StarTag的正面按键（功耗较高，每次只开启
20s)。
4.5 点击“下一步”，选择图片效果，点击“投屏”。
4.6 图片逐层刷新，约15s左右传图成功，StarTag会滴滴
2声，蓝灯闪烁2次。
4.1 打开InkCute APP，选择需要更换图片的StarTag。
4.2 打开苹果或谷歌设备的蓝牙。
4.3 点击“相册”或“拍照”或首页的模板图片，选中
一张图。

Image Transmission APP Binding
3.1 Download and install the InkCute APP from the APP Store.
3.2 Open the InkCute APP and log in with a convenient account.
3.3 Enable Bluetooth on your Apple or Google device.
3.4 Tap "Add Device", then tap "Scan and Bind".
3.5 Press the front button of StarTag once (high power
consumption; it only stays active for 20 seconds each time).
3.6 When the pop up shows "1.54-inch Anti-lost Device",
tap "Bind".
3.7 Name the device and tap "Add". The binding will be
completed automatically. After successful binding, StarTag will
beep twice and the blue indicator will flash twice.
Note: The InkCute APP supports binding multiple StarTag devices.
How to Replace the Picture
4.1 Open the InkCute APP and select the StarTag for which
you want to replace the picture.
4.2 Enable Bluetooth on your Apple or Google device.
4.3 Tap "Album", "Take Photo", or a template picture on the
home page, and select one picture.
4.4 Press the front button of StarTag once (high power
consumption; it only stays active for 20 seconds each time).
4.5 Tap "Next", select the picture effect, and tap "Screen Cast".
Battery
The StarTag contains one CR2032 coin cell battery.
Battery replacement may be required during product use.
When replacing the battery, pay attention to distinguishing
the positive and negative poles of the battery.
Battery Replacement
5.1 Slide in the direction of the triangle mark on the battery
compartment cover to open the battery cover.
5.2 Replace with a new battery.
5.3 Slide to fasten the battery cover.
Additional Tips
6.1 When the device is paired with the Find My or Find
Hub app, the phone needs to be linked to the Apple or
Google server.
Pairing failures may occur due to network issues.
We recommend the following:
a. Change the cellular network, such as switching between
WIFI and mobile networks;
b. Factory reset the device;
c. Re-pairing.
4.6 The picture refreshes layer by layer. The image transfer is
successful in about 15 seconds. StarTag will beep twice and the
blue indicator flashes twice.
Important Matters
The StarTag contains delicate electronic , including a battery
to avoid damage, loss of function, or potential harm.
Please refrain from dropping, hitting, puncturing, crushing，
disassembling, exposing it to extreme heat or liquids, or
placing it in areas with a high concentration of industrial
chemicals.
WARNING: Do not swallow the battery;
There is a chemical bum hazard.
6.2 To remove StarTag from your Apple device, open
the Find My app, select"Items", find the device, then scroll
down and tap"Remove this device".
To remove StarTag from your Google device, please open
the Find Hub app, find the device, tap "Remove from Find
Hub", and then tap "Remove" twice.
6.3 Battery life varies depending on personal usage habits，
frequent use of the calling function will accelerate battery
consumption.

6.2 删除设备
从苹果设备中删除StarTag，请打开“查找”APP，选择

到设备，点击从“查找中心”中移除，依次点击2次“移除”。

3.5 点按一次StarTag的正面按键（功耗较高，每次只开启
20s)。
3.6 弹窗出现“1.54寸防丢器”后，点击绑定。
3.7 给设备命名后，点击“添加”，会自动完成绑定，绑
定成功后，StarTag会滴滴2声，蓝灯闪烁2次。
注：InkCute APP支持绑定多台StarTag。

重要提示
6.1 设备在与APP配对时，手机需要链接到苹果或谷歌服务器。
由于网络问题，可能会出现配对失败。
建议采取以下操作：
a. 更改手机网络，例如在WIFI和移动网络之间切换；
b. 对设备恢复出厂设置；
c. 重新进行配对。
电池
StarTag包含一个CR2032纽扣电池，在产品使用期间，
可能需要更换电池。
更换电池时，需注意区分电池正极和负极。

5.1往电池仓盖上的三角形标识方向滑动，打开电池盖。
5.2更换新电池。
5.3滑动扣紧电池盖。
4.4 点按一次StarTag的正面按键（功耗较高，每次只开启

4.5 点击“下一步”，选择图片效果，点击“投屏”。
4.6 图片逐层刷新，约15s左右传图成功，StarTag会滴滴
2声，蓝灯闪烁2次。

Medical Device Interference
The StarTag contains components and radios that emit
electromagnetic fields, as well as magnets. These elements
may potentially interfere with pacemakers, defibrillators, or
other medical devices. To ensure safety, maintain a safe
distance between your medical device and the StarTag.
We strongly advise consulting your physician and the
manufacturer of your medical device for information that
is specific to your situation. If you suspect that the StarTag
is interfering with your pacemaker defibrillator or any other
medical device, discontinue its use immediately.
Choking Hazard Warning
The StarTag, its battery compartment door, the battery
itself, and the case may pose a choking hazard or cause
injury to small children. Please keep these items out of
reach of young children.
Important Handling Guidelines
Its normal for the StarTag to show discoloration with
regular use. To clean it, use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
Avoid applying pressure with sharp objects on the rubber seal
or the battery terminal contacts inside the device.
Do not allow moisture to enter any openings or use aerosol
sprays, solvents or abrasive materials to clean the device.

Power On
Press the button once, and you will hear one beep, the
red indicator light flashes once.
Power Off
Long press the button (about 5s) until you hear three beeps，
release the button.
Factory Reset
Quickly click 3 times and long-press the 4th time until you hear
a long beep, and the red indicator light flashes in time with
the melody.

How to Pair

You can choose to connect the StarTag via the iOS or Android

2.1 Place the StarTag next to your Google device.
2.2 Turn on bluetooth on Phone and connect to Internet.
2.3 Press the front button of the StarTag once to turn on
the device.
2.4 Open the 'Find Hub' app.
2.5 The product pairing window will pop up automatically.

Image Transmission APP Binding
3.1 Download and install the InkCute APP from the APP Store.
3.2 Open the InkCute APP and log in with a convenient account.
3.3 Enable Bluetooth on your Apple or Google device.
3.4 Tap "Add Device", then tap "Scan and Bind".
3.5 Press the front button of StarTag once (high power
consumption; it only stays active for 20 seconds each time).
3.6 When the pop up shows "1.54-inch Anti-lost Device",
tap "Bind".
3.7 Name the device and tap "Add". The binding will be
completed automatically. After successful binding, StarTag will
beep twice and the blue indicator will flash twice.
Note: The InkCute APP supports binding multiple StarTag devices.
How to Replace the Picture
4.1 Open the InkCute APP and select the StarTag for which
you want to replace the picture.
4.2 Enable Bluetooth on your Apple or Google device.
4.3 Tap "Album", "Take Photo", or a template picture on the
home page, and select one picture.
4.4 Press the front button of StarTag once (high power
consumption; it only stays active for 20 seconds each time).
4.5 Tap "Next", select the picture effect, and tap "Screen Cast".
Battery
The StarTag contains one CR2032 coin cell battery.
Battery replacement may be required during product use.
When replacing the battery, pay attention to distinguishing
the positive and negative poles of the battery.

5.1 Slide in the direction of the triangle mark on the battery
compartment cover to open the battery cover.
5.2 Replace with a new battery.
5.3 Slide to fasten the battery cover.
Additional Tips
6.1 When the device is paired with the Find My or Find
Hub app, the phone needs to be linked to the Apple or
Google server.
Pairing failures may occur due to network issues.
We recommend the following:
a. Change the cellular network, such as switching between
WIFI and mobile networks;
b. Factory reset the device;
c. Re-pairing.
4.6 The picture refreshes layer by layer. The image transfer is
successful in about 15 seconds. StarTag will beep twice and the
blue indicator flashes twice.
Important Matters
The StarTag contains delicate electronic , including a battery
to avoid damage, loss of function, or potential harm.
Please refrain from dropping, hitting, puncturing, crushing，
disassembling, exposing it to extreme heat or liquids, or
placing it in areas with a high concentration of industrial
chemicals.
WARNING: Do not swallow the battery;
There is a chemical bum hazard.
6.2 To remove StarTag from your Apple device, open
the Find My app, select"Items", find the device, then scroll
down and tap"Remove this device".
To remove StarTag from your Google device, please open
the Find Hub app, find the device, tap "Remove from Find
Hub", and then tap "Remove" twice.
6.3 Battery life varies depending on personal usage habits，
frequent use of the calling function will accelerate battery
consumption.
