GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION
LIVATY products are intended for cosmetic use only. They must be used in accordance
with this user manual.
Note: For detailed information on the individual serums, including ingredients and usage
instructions, please refer to the package inserts provided with each serum. This additional
information, which is not included in this user manual, must be followed carefully.
Safety Instructions

Do not look directly at the LED light source during use. Keep your eyes closed. For added comfort, wear the included
LIVATY Lume goggles.

Do not use the LIVATY Lume in combination with products such as ointments or medications unless they are specif-
ically approved for this purpose. If you are unsure, consult a healthcare professional.

Do not use on sunburned, hypersensitive, or inamed skin, or if you have a fever.

Implanted medical devices such as pacemakers and debrillators may be affected by strong magnets. If you or
anyone in your household has an implanted medical device or debrillator, do not place the LIVATY Lume near the
device. If in doubt, consult the manufacturer of the implanted device.

• Never open or damage it, or expose it to re.
• Keep the device away from direct sunlight and heat.
• If you notice any unusual signs (e.g., overheating, smoke, or odor), switch off the device immediately and stop

The LIVATY Lume can be disassembled for cleaning and rinsed under running water (IP65). Observe the markings
on the respective components and do not reach between the upper part of the LIVATY Lume device and the lower
housing shell.

Always use the USB-C power adapters recommended in the user manual.

Never leave the device unattended while it is switched on. The device must not be used by individuals with reduced

Allow the LIVATY Lume to cool for at least 10 minutes between treatments if the ambient temperature exceeds 35°C
(95°F).

Please take a few moments to read this user manual carefully before
using your LIVATY Lume for the rst time. This will help ensure every-
thing runs smoothly, prevent any mishaps – and guarantee full warran-
ty coverage for your device.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Please do not use the device if you …
• are taking prescription or over-the-counter medications known to increase
photosensitivity (e.g., certain antibiotics, acne treatments, or St. John’s
Wort)
• have skin conditions that may be worsened by light and/or heat exposure
• have suspicious or cancerous skin lesions
• suffer from photosensitivity disorders or inherited eye conditions
• are pregnant or breastfeeding
• have injured or compromised skin, including open wounds, blisters, local
inammation, infections, bruising, or tumors
Do not use the device on moles, tattoos, or permanent makeup.
If you have recently undergone any aesthetic or medical skin treatments that
may have irritated the skin, we recommend pausing use for at least 72 hours.
When in doubt, consult a qualied professional.
If you experience any unusual reactions (e.g., pronounced redness, pain, or a
burning sensation), stop using the device immediately.

SENSITIVITY SELF-TEST
If you have very sensitive skin, we recommend testing the Lume & Care Set rst
on a small area, such as your arm.
If you notice any unusual reactions (e.g., pronounced redness, burning, or itch-
ing), stop using the device and, if necessary, consult a healthcare professional.
Switch on the LIVATY Lume (two short turns to the left or right).
Place the LIVATY Lume on your arm (see Figure 3) and carry out one complete
4-minute treatment. Then apply a small amount of serum to the treated area.
After use, check the treated area visually. If redness is present and persists for
more than two hours, this may be a sign of heightened photosensitivity. Please
consult a healthcare professional to assess your reaction.

AREAS OF APPLICATION
The RED Early Care Serum is intended for daily use on the face,
neck, and décolleté to help soften the appearance of ne lines
and early signs of aging. With regular use, it can leave the skin
feeling smooth and well cared for, while promoting a radiant,
even-toned complexion that looks visibly more balanced.
When used together with the LIVATY Lume light applicator and
the “RED” program, the serum can deliver its full cosmetic ben-
ets. The serum supports a rened complexion and a smooth,
rm, and well-nourished appearance – even without the use of
the LIVATY Lume applicator. Apply morning and evening after
cleansing.
The LIVATY RED – Early Care Serum also works as an effective
booster as part of your daily skincare routine. Afterward, simply
apply your usual skincare products and makeup as normal.
Early Care Serum
LIVATY Lume is a cosmetic wellness device that supports your daily skincare routine. It
features three different light programs, each tailored to the corresponding LIVATY serum,
to enhance their cosmetic benets and elevate your personal care experience. Used
regularly, the device may help promote a fresher complexion and a more even skin tone,
while also leaving your skin feeling pleasantly supple. For best results, use the device
together with the specially formulated LIVATY serums, available exclusively in the LIVATY
Lume & Care Set.
The LIVATY serums are formulated with carefully selected ingredients and are designed
to target specic skincare needs.
Note: The exact ingredients can be found on the package inserts included with each
serum.

The AMBER Timeless Skin Serum is formulated to provide daily
anti-aging care. Apply morning and evening to the face, neck, and
décolleté after cleansing.
When used together with the LIVATY Lume light applicator and
the “AMBER” program, the serum can deliver its full cosmetic
benets. With regular use – even without the LIVATY Lume light
applicator – the serum helps visibly reduce the appearance of
ne lines and wrinkles, leaving the skin feeling smooth and pro-
moting a fresher, more youthful-looking complexion.
The LIVATY AMBER Timeless Skin Serum can be used on its own
or as an extra layer beneath your regular day or night cream.
Makeup can be applied as normal after use.
Timeless Skin Serum
The BLUE Recovery Serum is formulated for daily use to support
a clear, smooth, and even-looking complexion. Apply morning
and evening to the face, neck, and décolleté after cleansing.
When used with the LIVATY Lume light applicator and the
“BLUE” program, the formula’s cosmetic benets can be further
enhanced. With regular use, the serum helps promote balanced,
well-cared-for skin, a more even tone, and a radiant, refreshed
look – even when used on its own without the LIVATY Lume light
applicator.
The LIVATY BLUE Recovery Serum also works as an effective
booster as part of your daily skincare routine. Afterward, you can
apply your usual skincare products and makeup as normal.

After selecting your light program, move the LIVATY Lume gently over
your face, keeping it in contact with the skin at all times. Spend about
one minute on each facial zone, moving the device slowly in circular
motions. After one minute, the device will vibrate softly – time to move
to the next zone. After four minutes, the LIVATY Lume will switch off
automatically.
Avoid looking directly into the LED light during
use and keep your eyes closed. For added
comfort, you can wear the included goggles.
Tip: If you would like to continue the treatment on your neck and décolleté,
simply restart the device.

The LIVATY Lume contains a rechargeable battery designed to last for approximately one
week of use. Fully charge the LIVATY Lume before rst use.
• Place the LIVATY Lume on the LIVATY Lume Qi-Charger.
• Plug the USB-C charging cable from the Qi-Charger into a USB-C mains adapter (not
included), then plug the adapter into a power outlet. Use a USB-C charger with a
minimum output of 15 watts. Using a charger with a higher wattage will not harm the
device – it will only draw the amount of power it needs. Always use a charger from a
trusted manufacturer.
• During charging, the center indicator pulses and the battery level is displayed.
Once the battery is fully charged, the center LED turns green and the battery level
indicator (the central ring of orange LEDs) lights up completely.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Twist the upper section of the LIVATY
Lume to separate it from the lower
housing shell. Overcome the magnetic
resistance and gently pull the two halves
apart. This allows you to easily access and
clean hard-to-reach areas.
After each use, wipe all exterior
surfaces of the LIVATY Lume with
a damp cloth or rinse the device
under running water to remove
any skin oil residue. Do not use
chemical or alcohol-based clean-
ing agents on the outer surfaces,
as harsh substances may discolor
the metal components.
For occasional disinfection, mild
cleaning agents or alcohol-free disinfectants (e.g., screen cleaning
wipes) can be used.
Switch off the LIVATY Lume and disconnect it from the LIVATY Lume
Qi-Charger if it is currently charging.
These cleaning instructions apply only to the Lume and not to the
Qi-Charger (which must be cleaned using a dry cloth only).
Allow the device to dry completely before using it again.

TROUBLESHOOTING
• Check that the device is fully charged.
The center LED light ring should remain steadily lit when the device is switched
on.
• Make sure the LIVATY Lume Qi-Charger is rmly connected to the USB power supply
unit via the USB-C plug.
The center light should pulse and the battery level should be displayed.
• Ensure the adapter is securely plugged into the wall outlet.
• Try a different outlet to determine whether the original outlet may be faulty.
• The system is designed to switch off automatically after four minutes.
• It may shut off earlier after repeated use if the device exceeds its intended operating
temperature. In this case, allow it to cool down for a few minutes, then try again.
• Infrared (IR) light is invisible to the human eye. These lights may appear to be off, but
they are functioning correctly. As long as the red, visible lights are illuminated, the
device is operating as intended.

Do not dispose of in household waste!
This product and the included Qi-Charger must not be disposed of with regular
household waste. Please take the complete device and Qi-Charger to an autho-
rized collection point for electrical and electronic equipment or return them to
your retailer.
This device contains a built-in lithium-ion battery, which will be properly re-
moved and recycled at the collection site. Do not open, damage, or incinerate
the device or Qi-Charger!
