the operator's manual supplied with your Vevor sling. If you are

healthcare professional before attempting to use your sling. Using
your sling without properly understanding the instructions and the

General Guidelines for Using the Sling:

Use an appropriate Patient Sling that is recommended by the individual's
doctor,nurse,or medical assistant for the comfort and safety of the individual
being lifted and their specific medical need.
DO NOT use any kind of material (such as a plastic back incontinence pad or
seating cushion)between the patient and any patient sling as this may cause the
patient to slide out of the sling during transferring.
The loops of the sling are color coded and can be used to place the patient in
various positions.The colors make it easy to connect both sides of the sling
equally.Make sure that there is sufficient head support when lifting a patient.

Using a Divided Leg Sling,U-Sling,or Toileting Sling
Note:Please make sure the patient's weight does not exceed the
weight capacity for the patient sling or lift before you attempt to lift
the patient.
Note:Use the following method to easily move the patient and
avoid strain to yourself.

Note:The following method assumes a caregiver and an
assistant.
WARNING:If the patient is in a wheelchair, secure the wheel
locks in place to prevent the wheelchair from moving forward or
back-
wards
1. Lock both rear wheel locks on the wheelchair. Refer to
Figure 1.

2. With the patient sitting in a wheelchair one assistant is in front of the
wheelchair and the other assistant in the back of the wheelchair,lean
the patient forward.Refer to Detail"A"in Figure 2.
Note:The front assistant will be supporting the weight of the patient.
Note:Toileting slings have a waist buckle which helps hold the sling in

place during positioning.
3. Place the sling behind the patient (with “grab handle”on the
outside) and bring the flaps out alongside the patient's legs.
Refer to Detail"B"in Figure 2.
Note:For the Divided Leg sling and U-Sling: the back of the sling
should be parallel to the patients upper arms and be positioned
between the top of the patients head and the base of the spine

4. With the back of the sling positioned properly,push the bottom of the
back section to the seat.
5. Lean the patient back into the wheel-chair with the assistant in the
rear supporting his/her weight.
Note:For the Toileting Sling:the back of
the sling should be parallel to the
patient's
upper arms and be positioned between
the top of the patient's
mid back and the base of the spine
6. Lift the patient's legs (one at a time) and reach under the patient's leg
to pull the front of the sling until it is behind the patient's knees
(about 3 inches).The back of the sling should remain in
position.Refer to Details“C”to"F"in Figure 3.
Note:The straps may be around,crossed between or underneath the
patient's legs.

Washing Instructions:
Machine wash in warm water or cold water at normal cycle. Maximum
water temperature of 120°F (48°C). Air dry or tumble dry at cool or very
low temperature. DO NOT use bleach or wash with other colors.
Inspect after each wash. DO NOT dry clean.

WARNING: Inspect patient slings for wear prior to each use. If
signs of tearing, fraying or wear are found,discard the sling
immediately; worn out slings are not safe for use and may result in
injury or death. Do not alter slings in any way.
Lifetime Limited Warranty
Your Vevor sling is warranted to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This
warranty is extended only to the original purchaser/user of our Vevor
slings. If within such warranty period any such product shall be
proven to be defective, such product shall be repaired or replaced, at
Vevor’s option. This warranty does not include any labor or shipping
charges incurred in replacement or repair of any such product.
Vevor’s sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this warranty
shall be limited to such repair and/or replacement. Useful life of this
product is 6 months from date of purchase under normal use,
however, heavy use or excessive washing may reduce the useful life
of the product. This warranty does not cover device failure due to
owner misuse or negligence, or normal wear and tear, or incorrect
washing and drying at temperatures higher than 120°F (48°C), or
failure to adhere to the instructions in this manual. Vevor shall not be
liable for any consequential or incidental damages whatsoever.
Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damage, or limitation on how long an implied warranty
lasts, so the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you.

1. Verrouillage les deux roue arrière serrures sur le fauteuil roulant . Se

2. Avec le patient assis dans un fauteuil roulant, l'assistant est devant le fauteuil
roulant et le autre assistant à l'arrière du fauteuil roulant, penchez le patient vers
l'avant. Reportez-vous au détail « A » de la figure 2.
Remarque : l'assistant principal assistera le poids dele patient.
Remarque : les écharpes de toilette ont une boucle de taille lequel aide à maintenir
l'élingue en place pendant le positionnement.
3. Lieu le fronde derrière le patient (avec "saisir poignée”sur le dehors) et
faire sortir les rabats le long du patients jambes. Se référer à Détail "B"

dans Figure 2.
Remarque : pour le Divisé Jambe élingue et Élingue en U : l'arrière de l'écharpe
doit être parallèle à le bras supérieurs des patients et être positionné entre le
sommet des patients tête et la base de la colonne vertébrale

4. Avec le dos de l’élingue correctement positionné, poussez le bas de la partie
arrière vers le siège.
5. Inclinez le patient vers l'arrière du fauteuil roulant avec l'assistant à l'arrière
supporter son poids.
Remarque : pour le porte-bébé : le dos de
l'élingue doit être parallèle à le du patient
bras supérieurs et être positionné entre
le haut du patient milieu dos et le base de
la colonne vertébrale
6. Soulever les jambes du patient (une à la fois) et atteindre sous la jambe du
patient pour tirez l'avant de l'élingue jusqu'à ce qu'elle soit derrière les genoux

Lavage en machine à l'eau tiède ou à l'eau froide au cycle normal. Maximum
eau température de 120°F (48°C). Air sec ou chute sec à cool ou très faible

Inspecter après chaque laver . FAIRE PAS sec faire le ménage .
