GLASS RINSER
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Place stainless plate on top
of Glass Rinser valve body.
Install small stainless spray
head into hole and tighten
using 2 wrenches.
Install the plastic straight
water line connector on
threaded section and tighten
properly. Thread sealant is
not required on this fitting.
(OPTIONAL) If a 90° elbow
is required for the water line
installation insert the 90°
plastic elbow into the plastic
straight water line connector.
Insert 3/8” ID water line feed into
the fitting and slide the red plastic
locking ring in place between the
two shades of grey to secure. Turn
water source on and check for leaks.

plastic locking ring in place between
the two shades of grey to secure.
Turn water source on and check for
leaks.
STRAIGHT FITTING ELBOW FITTING
Place the second rubber
sealant washer underneath
the bottom of the glass rinse
station.

(OPTIONAL) If the stainless
plate height needs to be
higher, use the optional hard plastic
black spacer. When checking to see
if the additional spacer is required,
it is important to include the rubber
seal washer that is required for the
installation step #4 for
required height.
Place rubber sealant washer
on the threaded section and
install the complete glass rinser
into the glass rinse station you are
working on. A 7/8” hole is required
for installation in new applications.
Place the thin white plastic
washer and brass locknut on
threaded section and tighten properly.
The thin white washer allows you
to tighten the brass locknut without
damaging the rubber sealant washer.
