Installation Instructions for
SS Series Stainless Steel
Deluxe Drawers
Contents:
(2) Drawer Angles
(4) Self Tapping Screws
Tools Required:
Drill with 1/8” Drill Bit
3/8” Socket
TA-90 Drawer Adapter
Step 1:
Turn table top upside down - Position Drawer Adapter (TA-90)
at desired location.
NOTE: Position Drawer Adapters 21-1/2” apart (outside angle to outside
angle) and 3” from front edge of table - mark holes and drill with 1/8”
drill (Figure 2). NOTE: Slotted hole located 3” from end of 30” & 36”
TA-90 Angles OR 1” from end of 24” TA-90 Angles - to be positioned
towards front of table (Figure 1).
Step 2:
Secure TA-90 Drawer Adapter with
Self Tapping Screws provided
(Figure 3).
Step 3:
Install Drawer per referenced instructions. See Page 2 or 3.

SS & GZ Series Drawers
Contents:
(1) Drawer Body
(2) Drawer Slides
(4) 1/4 - 20 x 1/2” Bolts with Nuts
Tools Required:
(2) 7/16 open end wrenches
Step 1:
Remove rubber sleeve from alignment pin
as shown (Figure 1) - Front of Slide shown.
Step 2:
Install roller bearing slides to underside of
table using 1/4 - 20 x 1/2” bolt and nuts
provided. NOTE: Drawer slide must be
positioned to inside of drawer angles.
Alignment pin must be positioned towards
front of table (Figure 2) - Left Drawer Slide
shown.
Step 3:
Fully extend drawer slides towards front
of table and install drawer body between
drawer slides. Align hole (Top front
flange of drawer body) with alignment pin
(Figure 3).
Step 4:
Install rubber sleeves onto alignment pins
(Figure 4).

FS & FG Series Drawers
Contents:
(1) Drawer Body
(2) Friction Drawer Slides
(4) 1/4 - 20 x 1/2” Bolts with Nuts
(1) Drawer Retainer Clip
Tools Required:
(2) 7/16 open end wrenches
Step 1:
Install friction slides underneath table top using 1/4 - 20 x 1/2”
bolts and nuts provided. NOTE: Drawer slide must be positioned
to outside of drawer angles (Figure 1) - Left Drawer Slide shown.
Step 2:
Attach drawer retainer clip loosely to front hole of right drawer slide
(Figure 2). DO NOT TIGHTEN.
Step 3:
Pivot retainer clip up - insert drawer body into friction slide.
Reposition clip as shown and tighten all bolts (Figure 3).
