Install bracket
Step 1: Place the drill template on a clean,
at surface.
Step 2: For cement/brick/stone walls, drill
holes as per the template for the anchors.
Step 3: Insert anchors.
Step 4: Secure the bracket with three screws.
Install solar panel
Step 1: Mount the solar panel onto the
bracket.
Step 2: Tighten the solar panel.
Step 3: Adjust the solar panel angle as
needed.
Note:
• Avoid placing the solar panel
completely parallel to the ground to
prevent dust buildup.
• The recommended tilt angle is
25°–40° for optimal solar radiation.
Connect to your Wireless Spotlight
Camera
Step 1: Open the back panel of the camera,
click the panel with the elevation into the
deepening part, and nd the charging
entrance.
Step 2: Plug the type-C connector into the
camera’s type-C port entrance.
Step 3: Use a velcro strap to tie the cable
together if it is too long.

your devices directly from your phone.
Simply connect to your home Wi-Fi and enjoy total control.
1. Important information
If the solar panel housing is damaged in any way, do not use.
2. Getting started
The solar panel is compatible with the Philips Home Safety Wireless Spotlight Camera.
To install the solar panel, it is recommended you rst install and set up your camera.
3. Where to place it
To maximize solar panel eciency, consider the following factors that can aect its
performance:
Temperature control:
• Maintain a working environment temperature of 0–45°C for camera charging,
adhering to safety and regulatory requirements
• Operate within an optimal performance temperature range of –20°C to +60°C.
Solar Panel maintenance:
• Clean the solar panel surface promptly to prevent dust and dirt accumulation,
ensuring optimal power generation eciency.
Wireless Spotlight Camera connection:
• Ensure the type-C connector is fully inserted into the camera.
Factors aecting Solar Panel eciency:
• Weather conditions: Energy production may vary based on weather conditions.
• Panel cleanliness: Accumulated dirt or debris can hinder sunlight absorption.
• Sunlight exposure: The amount of sunlight the solar panel receives is crucial.
• Ensure the solar panel and camera are within 13 ft/4 m of each other for optimal
eciency.
• Position the solar panel to face south (Northern Hemisphere) or north (Southern
Hemisphere) and tilt it at a 30° angle.
4. Electromagnetic elds (EMF)
This appliance complies with the applicable standards and regulations regarding
exposure to electromagnetic elds.
5. Recycling
• This symbol means that this product shall not be disposed of with normal
household waste (201219//EU).
• Follow your country’s rules for the separate collection of electrical and
