SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
Gerätespezische Sicherheitshinweise
• Das Heizgerät läuft, wenn es an der Wand montiert wurde, mit einer
Oberächentemperatur von 95 °C. Berühren Sie das Gerät keinesfalls,
während es eingeschlafen ist.
• Ein verlängerter Kontakt kann zu Verletzungen oder Verbrennungen führen.
• Decken Sie das Heizgerät keinesfalls ab. Das Abdecken des Geräts kann zu
Bränden führen.
• Dieses Hybridheizgerät verfügt über Infrarot und Konvektion in einem. Achten
Sie insbesondere darauf, dass Die Lufteinlässe und die Luftauslässe keinesfalls
von Objekten blockiert werden.
• Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht zum Trocknen von Textilien. Platzieren Sie
keine Objekte auf dem Gerät und lehnen Sie keine Gegenstände dagegen.
• Halten Sie einen Mindestabstand von 40 cm zur Vorderseite und von 20 cm zu
sonstigen Objekten, Wänden und dem Boden ein. Missachtung kann zu einem
Hitzestau hinter dem Gerät führen und zum Erlöschen der Garantie führen.
• Dieses Gerät ist für die Wandinstallation ausgelegt, montieren Sie es
keinesfalls an der Decke.
• Dieses Gerät kann, im gleichen WLAN, über ein anderes WLAN oder via
3G/ 4G oder 5G Mobilfunknetzwerk, über Ihr Smartphone bedient werden.
Dadurch kann das Gerät, ohne direkte Überwachung, gesteuert werden.
Stellen Sie dennoch sicher, dass auch beim Fernbetrieb des Geräts alle in der
Bedienungsanleitung angegebenen Sicherheitsmaßnahmen eingehalten
werden.
Gefahren für Kinder und Personen mit eingeschränkten Fähigkeiten
• Dieses Gerät kann von Kindern ab 8 Jahren und von Personen mit
eingeschränkten physischen, sensorischen oder mentalen Fähigkeiten oder

der Verwendung des Geräts beaufsichtigt oder angeleitet wurden, das Gerät

MONTAGE
Wandmontage
Der im Paket enthaltene Bausatz ist für die vertikale Montage an einer festen
Wand vorgesehen. Für die Montage an anderen Wänden benötigen Sie geeignete
Befestigungsmittel (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten). Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass
die Wand für die Montage sicher ist. Es wird dringend empfohlen, das Paneel von
einem qualizierten Elektriker oder autorisierten Installateur installieren zu lassen.
Das Heizgerät muss mindestens 20 cm von allen Gegenständen, Wänden etc.
entfernt sein; der Abstand zum Boden muss mindestens 20 cm betragen.
Beachten Sie, dass die 500 W/ 750 W und 1000 W Modelle nur horizontal an der
Wand montiert werden dürfen, nicht vertikal. Das 900 W Modell muss vertikal und
nicht horizontal montiert werden.

Schritt 1: Markieren Sie mithilfe der im Lieferumfang enthaltenen Vorlage die
Positionen der Löcher an der Wand.
Schritt 2: Bohren Sie mit einem 8 mm Bohrer Löcher in die Wand.
Schritt 3: Stecken Sie die Dübel in die Löcher.
Schritt 4: Schrauben Sie die im Lieferumfang enthaltenen Schrauben in die Löcher.
Schritt 5: Heben Sie das Paneel auf die Schrauben.
Schritt 6: Bewegen Sie das Paneel nach links und nach unten, bis es gesichert ist.

BEDIENUNG
Allgemeine Einweisung in die Bedienelemente
Die La Palma Smart - Reihe verfügt über eine integrierte WLAN-Steuereinheit,
was bedeutet, dass kein zusätzliches Thermostat zur Steuerung des Heizgeräts
erforderlich ist. Sobald das Heizgerät mit der APP verbunden ist, übernimmt
das Smartphone die Steuerung und kommuniziert mit der Steuereinheit. Wenn
das Internet zu Hause nicht funktioniert, kann die Heizung immer noch über die
Fernbedienung oder die Taste an der Steuereinheit bedient werden. Sobald das
Heizgerät wieder mit dem WLAN verbunden ist, übernimmt das Smartphone
wieder die Steuerung.

Oene Fenstererkennung
Dieses Heizgerät ist mit einer Funktion zur Erkennung oener Fenster
ausgestattet. Wenn das Steuerungssystem feststellt, dass die Raumtemperatur in
einem kurzen Zeitraum drastisch sinkt, während die Heizung in Betrieb ist, wird
festgestellt, dass ein Fenster geönet ist. Das Fensterzeichen auf dem Bildschirm
beginnt zu blinken und das Heizgerät schaltet sich für 30 Minuten aus. Nach 30
Minuten kehrt das Gerät automatisch zur vorherigen Einstellung zurück.
Sie können diese Funktion deaktivieren oder aktivieren, indem Sie 5 Sekunden
lang die Taste - drücken, woraufhin das Zeichen für ein oenes Fenster auf dem
Bildschirm entsprechend erscheint oder verschwindet.
Temperaturanpassung
Schalten Sie das Heizgerät ein und halten Sie die Taste + 5 Sekunden lang
gedrückt, um in die Temperaturanpassung zu gelangen. Passen Sie die
Temperatur durch Drücken der Tasten – oder + an. Der Kalibrierungsbereich liegt
zwischen -5 und +5 Grad.
WLAN zurücksetzen
Schalten Sie das Heizgerät ein und halten Sie 5 Sekunden lang die Taste WIFI
gedrückt, bis die WLAN-Anzeige zu blinken anfängt und die WLAN-Verbindung
zurückgesetzt wird.
WLAN-Funktion aktivieren/ deaktivieren
Schalten Sie das Heizgerät ein und halten Sie die Taste TIMER circa 10 Sekunden
lang gedrückt, um die WLAN-Funktion des Geräts zu deaktivieren. Das WLAN-
Symbol wird dann nichtmehr auf dem Bildschirm angezeigt. Wenn Sie die Taste
TIMER erneut 10 Sekunden lang gedrückt halten, wie die WLAN-Funktion wieder
aktiviert.
Manuelle Bedienung
Um in den manuellen Modus zu gelangen, schalten Sie den Netzschalter ein
und drücken Sie die Taste Ein/Aus, um die Heizung einzuschalten. Stellen Sie die
gewünschte Temperatur ein, indem Sie die Taste - oder + drücken. 2 Sekunden
später wird auf dem Bildschirm die aktuelle Raumtemperatur angezeigt.
Wenn Sie den Timer einstellen möchten, drücken Sie die Timer-Taste. Auf dem
Bildschirm erscheint „00H“und Sie können den Timer einstellen, indem Sie die
Tasten - und + drücken, um den Countdown zu starten.
Sie können Ihr Heizgerät auch mit der Fernbedienung manuell bedienen.
Achten Sie jedoch bei der Verwendung der Fernbedienung darauf, dass Sie die
Fernbedienung auf das Bedienfeld auf der Rückseite des Heizgeräts richten.

GERÄTESTEUERUNG PER SMARTPHONE
Wenn Sie Ihr Klarstein-Gerät in Ihr heimisches WLAN einbinden, können Sie es
ganz bequem über die dazugehörige Klarstein-App bedienen. Die App ermöglicht
es Ihnen, nicht nur das Gerät über Ihr Smartphone fernzusteuern, sondern bietet
Ihnen zudem Zugang zu Rezepten und weiterführenden Informationen.
Gehen Sie folgendermaßen vor, um Ihr Smartphone mit Ihrem Klarstein-Gerät zu
verbinden:
1 Laden Sie zuerst die Klarstein-App herunter, indem Sie mit Ihrem Smartphone
den QR-Code scannen (siehe unten) oder laden Sie diese direkt aus dem App
Store oder bei Google Play herunter.
2 Versichern Sie sich, dass Ihr Smartphone mit demselben WLAN-Netzwerk
verbunden ist, mit dem Ihr Klarstein-Gerät verbunden werden soll.
3 Önen Sie die Klarstein-App.
4 Melden Sie sich mit Ihrem Konto an. Wenn Sie noch keinen Account haben,
registrieren Sie sich in der Klarstein-App.
5 Folgen Sie den Anweisungen der App.
App-Download
Verwenden Sie die Scan-Funktion Ihres Handys, um den QR-Code zu scannen, und
speichern Sie die App auf Ihrem Smartphone.
Hinweis: Weitere Hinweise zur Bedienung der App und Hilfestellungen zur
Herstellung der Verbindung mit Ihrem Gerät liefert Ihnen die App, sobald Sie sie
das erste Mal önen.

Fehlerbehebung bei Verbindungsproblemen
Wenn Ihr Klarstein-Gerät im WLAN nicht gefunden werden kann, überprüfen Sie
Folgendes:
1 Das Gerät ist nicht eingesteckt. Stellen Sie sicher, dass Ihr Gerät an eine
Steckdose angeschlossen ist.
2 Das Gerät bendet sich nicht im Kopplungsmodus. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die
WiFi-Anzeige (LED) auf dem Bedienfeld des Smart-Geräts blinkt, wie in der
Anweisung „WiFi-Einstellungen zurücksetzen“ Ihres Smart-Geräts beschrieben
(Anweisungen nden Sie in der Regel unter Geräteanschluss).
3 Der WiFi-Zugangspunkt arbeitet nicht auf 2,4 GHz. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass
Ihr Zugangspunkt auf dem 2,4-GHz-Band arbeitet und Sie eine eigene SSID
auf dem 2,4-GHz-Band haben. Wenn Sie sich über das Betriebsband Ihres
Access Points unsicher sind, wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren Internet-Provider.
Wichtig: Bitte beachten Sie, dass, wenn Ihr WiFi-Router über ein Dualband
verfügt - also sowohl im 2,4-GHz- als auch im 5-GHz-Band arbeitet - Sie die SSIDs
für jedes Band trennen und die 2,4-GHz-SSID für die Verbindung verwenden
müssen.
4 Überprüfen Sie die Firewall-Einstellungen Ihres WiFi-Netzwerks. Die Firewall-
Einstellung Ihres WiFi-Netzwerks erlaubt der Klarstein-App möglicherweise
nicht, die WiFi-Einstellungen auf Ihrem Smart-Gerät zu kongurieren. Bitte
stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie kein öentliches WiFi-Netzwerk nutzen, z. B.
Flughäfen, Wohnheime, Firmen, etc.
5 Unterschiedliche Anmeldedaten im Smartphone und in der App. Stellen Sie
sicher, dass die in der Klarstein-App eingegebenen WiFi-Anmeldedaten mit
denen übereinstimmen, mit denen Ihr Smartphone verbunden ist.

WARTUNG
Reinigung
Ziehen Sie vor der Reinigung immer den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose und
lassen Sie das Gerät vor der Reinigung vollständig abkühlen. Tauchen Sie das
Gerät niemals unter Wasser und besprühen Sie es nicht mit Wasser. Reinigen
Sie das Heizgerät mit einem feuchten Tuch. Verwenden Sie bei Glasmodellen ein
weiches Tuch und einen Glasreiniger. Verwenden Sie niemals ein nasses Tuch
und stellen Sie sicher, dass das Gerät nach der Reinigung mit einem trockenen
Tuch trockengerieben wird. Verwenden Sie keine aggressiven Materialien,
Lösungen oder Reinigungsschwämme, da die Geräteoberäche dadurch zerkratzt
und irreparabel beschädigt werden könnte. Bevor das Gerät wieder in Betrieb
genommen werden kann, muss es vollständig trocken sein.
Verwendung
Beachten Sie, dass das Heizgerät bei häuger Verwendung an Farbe verlieren
kann. Dies liegt an der Luftverschmutzung und weist nicht auf eine Fehlfunktion
hin. Sollten Sie Lärm, Gerüche, sichtbare Schäden oder ungewöhnlich hohe
Temperaturen feststellen, unterbrechen Sie die Verwendung und wenden Sie sich
an den Hersteller oder den Kundendienst.
Reparatur
Reparaturen dürfen ausschließlich von einer hierfür qualizierten Person
durchgeführt werden.

SPEZIELLE ENTSORGUNGSHINWEISE FÜR
VERBRAUCHER IN DEUTSCHLAND
Entsorgen Sie Ihre Altgeräte fachgerecht. Dadurch wird gewährleistet, dass die
Altgeräte umweltgerecht verwertet und negative Auswirkungen auf die Umwelt
und menschliche Gesundheit vermieden werden. Bei der Entsorgung sind
folgende Regeln zu beachten:
• Jeder Verbraucher ist gesetzlich verpichtet, Elektro- und
Elektronikaltgeräte (Altgeräte) sowie Batterien und Akkus
getrennt vom Hausmüll zu entsorgen. Sie erkennen die
entsprechenden Altgeräte durch folgendes Symbol der
durchgestrichene Mülltonne (WEEE Symbol).
• Sie haben Altbatterien und Altakkumulatoren, die nicht vom Altgerät
umschlossen sind, sowie Lampen, die zerstörungsfrei aus dem Altgerät
entnommen werden können, vor der Abgabe an einer Entsorgungsstelle vom
Altgerät zerstörungsfrei zu trennen.
• Bestimmte Lampen und Leuchtmittel fallen ebenso unter das Elektro- und
Elektronikgesetz und sind dementsprechend wie Altgeräte zu behandeln.
Ausgenommen sind Glühbirnen und Halogenlampen. Entsorgen Sie
Glühbirnen und Halogenlampen bitte über den Hausmüll, sofern Sie nicht das
WEEE Symbol tragen.
• Jeder Verbraucher ist für das Löschen von personenbezogenen Daten auf dem
Elektro- bzw. Elektronikgerät selbst verantwortlich.
Rücknahmepicht der Vertreiber
Vertreiber mit einer Verkaufsäche für Elektro- und Elektronikgeräte von
mindestens 400 Quadratmetern sowie Vertreiber von Lebensmitteln mit einer
Gesamtverkauäche von mindestens 800 Quadratmetern, die mehrmals im
Kalenderjahr oder dauerhaft Elektro- und Elektronikgeräte anbieten und auf dem
Markt bereitstellen, sind verpichtet,
1 bei der Abgabe eines neuen Elektro- oder Elektronikgerätes an einen Endnutzer
ein Altgerät des Endnutzers der gleichen Geräteart, das im Wesentlichen die
gleichen Funktionen wie das neue Gerät erfüllt, am Ort der Abgabe oder in
unmittelbarer Nähe hierzu unentgeltlich zurückzunehmen und
2 auf Verlangen des Endnutzers Altgeräte, die in keiner äußeren Abmessung
größer als 25 Zentimeter sind, im Einzelhandelsgeschäft oder in unmittelbarer
Nähe hierzu unentgeltlich zurückzunehmen; die Rücknahme darf nicht an den
Kauf eines Elektro- oder Elektronikgerätes geknüpft werden und ist auf drei
Altgeräte pro Geräteart beschränkt.

• Bei einem Vertrieb unter Verwendung von Fernkommunikationsmitteln
ist die unentgeltliche Abholung am Ort der Abgabe auf Elektro- und
Elektronikgeräte der Kategorien 1, 2 und 4 gemäß § 2 Abs. 1 ElektroG, nämlich
„Wärmeüberträger“, „Bildschirmgeräte“ (Oberäche von mehr als 100 cm²)
oder „Großgeräte“ (letztere mit mindestens einer äußeren Abmessung

die Webseite auszuwählen.
• Batterien können überall dort kostenfrei zurückgegeben werden, wo sie
verkauft werden (z. B. Super-, Bau-, Drogeriemarkt). Auch Wertsto- und
Recyclinghöfe nehmen Batterien zurück. Sie können Batterien auch per Post
an uns zurücksenden. Altbatterien in haushaltsüblichen Mengen können Sie
direkt bei uns von Montag bis Freitag zwischen 07:30 und 15:30 Uhr unter der

• Wichtig zu beachten ist, dass Lithiumbatterien aus Sicherheitsgründen vor der
Rückgabe gegen Kurzschluss gesichert werden müssen (z. B. durch Abkleben
der Pole).
• Finden sich unter der durchgestrichenen Mülltonne auf der Batterie zusätzlich
die Zeichen Cd, Hg oder Pb ist das ein Hinweis darauf, dass die Batterie
gefährliche Schadstoe enthält. (»Cd« steht für Cadmium, »Pb« für Blei und
»Hg« für Quecksilber).

Indem Sie die Lebensdauer Ihrer Altgeräte verlängern, tragen Sie dazu bei,
Ressourcen ezient zu nutzen und zusätzlichen Müll zu vermeiden. Die
Lebensdauer Ihrer Altgeräte können Sie verlängern indem Sie defekte Altgeräte

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Product related safety warnings
• The infrared heaters operate at a surface temperature of around 95°C when
wall mounted.
• Do NOT touch the heater when switched on.
• Prolonged contact may cause injuries or burns.
• Do NOT cover the heater with anything. Covering may cause overheating and
can result in re.
• This hybrid heater is having infrared and convection in one heater, please pay
special attention to make sure the air inlet and outlet are not covered by any
objects in any cases.
• The heater should NOT be used to dry textiles and no objects shall be placed
or leaned against the heater.
• Keep a distance of at least 40cm in the front and 20cm on the sides to any
object, wall, oor. Failure to do so will cause heat to build up behind the
heater and will void your warranty.
• This heater is designed to be wall mounting, please don’t mount them on the
ceiling.
• This heater can be easily operated using your smartphone, via the same
WLAN, via a dierent WLAN, or via a 3G/4G or 5G mobile network. This makes
it possible to operate your heater remotely, without your direct supervision.
However, please make sure that all safety precautions stated in this manual
must be taken even with remote operation.
Dangers for children and persons with limited abilities
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and
persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved. Children shall not play with the appliance.
• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without
supervision.
• Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously
supervised.
• Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/o the
appliance provided that it has been placed or installed in its intended normal
operating position and they have been given supervision or instruction

Electric safety directions
• When installing, repairing or servicing the heater it must be turned o and
disconnected from power. Before installation please check if the heater is free
of damages.
• If the heater or the power cord is damaged in any form do NOT use the
heater. Repairs, maintenance or any changes must be carried out by an
authorized dealer.
• DO NOT attempt to repair the heater by yourself, this will void your warranty.
• • If the heater has been dropped do NOT operate it and contact your dealer to
make sure it is free of any damages.
• This heater is designed to operate at 220V-240V, 50Hz AC. If your supply mains
do not comply with this, do NOT use the heater.
• The heater must not be located immediately below a socket-outlet
• WARNING: The glass heater must not be used if the glass surface is damaged.
• WARNING: Do not use this heater in small rooms when they are occupied
by persons not capable of leaving the room on their own, unless constant
supervision is provided.
INSTALLATION
Wall mount
The kit supplied in the package is designed for mounting vertically on a solid
wall. If mounted onto other types of walls, you will need appropriate xings (not
supplied). Please make sure the wall is safe to mount. We highly recommend
to have the panel installed by a qualied electrician or authorized installer. The
heater must be at least 20 cm removed from all objects, walls, etc.; the distance to
the oor must be at least 20 cm.
Please be noted that the 500W/750W and 1000W are designed to be mounted
horizontally on the wall, please don’t mourn vertically. 900W model is designed to
be mounted vertically, please do not mount horizontally.

Step 1. Use the supplied template to mark the position of the holes on the wall.
Step 2. Drill holes using a 8-mm drill.
Step 3. Insert the dowels into the holes.

OPERATION
General introduction of the control system
The La Palma Smart series has an integrated WIFI control box, meaning there is
no other additional thermostat needed to control the heater. Once the heater has
been connected to the APP, the smartphone will take control and communicate
with the control box. If your home internet is not working, it is still possible to
operate the heater via the remote controller or button on the control box. Once
the heater is re-connected to the WIFI, the smart phone will take control again.

Open window detection:
This heater is equipped with an open window detection function. If our control
system detects that the room temperature decreases dramatically in short period
when the heater is in the heating status, it will recognize that a window is open.
The window sign on the screen will start to ash and the heater will power o for
30 minutes and get back to the previous setting automatically after 30
minutes.
You can deactivate and activate this function by long pressing for 5 seconds the “-”
button, and the
open window sign on the screen will disappear and appear accordingly.
Temperature calibration
Long press “+” button for 5 seconds to enter the temperature calibration, adjust
the number by pressing “-” or “+” button, the calibration ranges from -5 to +5
degrees.
WIFI reset
Turn on the heater and long press “WIFI” button for 5 seconds until the WIFI
indicator starts to ash to reset the Wi connection.
WIFI function ON/OFF
Turn on the heater and long press “Timer” button for 10 seconds to deactivate the
WIFI function of this heater and the WIFI sign on the screen will disappear, long
press “Timer” button for 10 seconds to activate it on again.
Manual control
To enter the manual mode, activate the power switch, press power button to
power on the heater.
Adjust your desired temperature by pressing “-” or “+” button, 2 seconds later the
screen will retain to the reading of current room temperature.
If you would like to set up the timer, press timer button and “00H” will appear on
the screen and you can set the timer by press “-” and “+” button to start the count-
down timer.
You can also use the remote controller to operate your heater manually. However,
when using the remote controller, make sure you are pointing the remote
controller to the control box on the back

DEVICE CONTROL BY SMARTPHONE
If you integrate the device into your home WiFi, you can conveniently operate it via the associated
Klarstein app. The app not only allows you to remotely control the device via your smartphone, but
also gives you access to recipes and additional information.
Follow these steps to connect your smartphone to your Klarstein device:
1 Download the Klarstein app rst by scanning the QR code with your
smartphone (see below), or download it directly from App Store or Google
Play.
2 Make sure your smartphone is connected to the same WiFi network that your
Klarstein device is to be connected to.
3 Open the Klarstein app.
4 Sign in to your account. If you do not have an account, sign up in the Klarstein
app.
5 Follow the instructions from the app.

Use the scan function of your smartphone to scan the QR code and save the app
on your smartphone.
Note: The app provides further information on how to use the app and help on
how to connect to your device as soon as you open it for the rst time.

Troubleshooting connection problems
If your Klarstein device cannot be found in the WLAN, check the following:
1 The device is not plugged in. Make sure that your device is plugged into an
electric socket.
2 The device is not in pairing mode. Make sure that the WiFi indicator (LED)
on the smart device control panel is blinking as described in the ‘Reset WiFi
settings‘ instruction of your smart device (instructions are usually available on
device connection process).
3 The WiFi access point does not operate on 2.4 GHz. Make sure that your
access point operates on 2.4 GHz band and you have a separate SSID on 2.4
GHz band. If you are not sure about the operating band of your access point,
please contact your internet provider company.
Important: please note that if your WiFi router is dual band - operating on both
2.4 GHz and 5 GHz band - you need to separate the SSIDs for each band and use
the 2.4 GHz SSID for connection.
4 Firewall settings of your WiFi network; the rewall setting of your WiFi network
may not allow the Klarstein app to congure the WiFi settings on your smart
device. Please make sure that you are not using a public WiFi network, e.g.
airports, dormitories, companies, etc.
5 Dierent credentials used in smartphone and the app. Make sure that the WiFi
credentials entered in the Klarstein app are the same as the ones that your
smartphone is connected to.

MAINTENANCE
Cleaning
Always unplug your heater and let it cool down completely before cleaning.
Never dip into water and never splash water on it. Clean the heater with a soft
damp cloth. For glass models use a soft cloth and glass cleaner. Never use a wet
cloth and make sure to dry the heater when clean with a dry cloth. Do not use
any abrasive materials, solvents or harsh cleaning sponges as this could cause
scratches or other irreparable damage. Before operating the heater again it must
be completely dry.
Using/Working
Please note that the heater may discolour with use. This is due to airborne
pollution and is not a fault. If you notice any noise, smells, visible changes or
exceptionally high temperatures please discontinue use and contact an authorised
dealer.
Repair
Repairs must be carried out by authorised dealer. If you attempt to alter the
product or to proceed with any repairs yourself it will void your warranty.

Instructions de sécurité spéciques de l'appareil
• Le radiateur fonctionne à une température de surface de 95 °C lorsqu'il est
monté sur le mur. Ne touchez jamais l'appareil allumé.
• Un contact prolongé peut provoquer des blessures ou des brûlures.
• Ne couvrez en aucun cas le radiateur. Couvrir l'appareil peut provoquer un
incendie.
• Ce radiateur hybride combine l'infrarouge et la convection. Veillez à ce que les
entrées et sorties d'air ne soient en aucun cas bloquées par des objets.
• N'utilisez pas l'appareil pour sécher du linge. Ne posez aucun objet sur
l'appareil et ne vous appuyez pas contre lui.
• Gardez une distance minimale de 40 cm de l'avant et de 20 cm des autres
objets, des murs et du sol. Le non-respect de cette consigne peut entraîner
une accumulation de chaleur derrière l'appareil et invalider la garantie.
• Cet appareil est conçu pour une installation murale, ne le montez en aucun

MONTAGE
Montage mural
Le kit inclus dans l'emballage est conçu pour un montage vertical sur un mur
solide. Pour le montage sur d'autres murs, il vous faudra d'autres éléments de
xation appropriés (non inclus dans la livraison). Veuillez vous assurer que le
mur est sûr pour le montage. Il est fortement recommandé de faire installer le
panneau par un électricien qualié ou un installateur agréé. Le radiateur doit être
éloigné d'au moins 20 cm de tous les objets, murs, etc. Il doit aussi se trouver à au
moins 20 cm du sol.
Notez que les modèles 500 W/ 750 W et 1000 W ne peuvent être montés
qu'horizontalement sur le mur, et non verticalement. Le modèle 900 W doit être
monté verticalement et non horizontalement.

UTILISATION
Instruction générale pour les éléments de commande
La gamme La Palma Smart est dotée d'une unité de contrôle Wi intégrée, ce
qui signi e qu'aucun thermostat supplémentaire n'est nécessaire pour contrôler
le chau age. Dès que le radiateur est connecté à l'APP, le smartphone prend le
contrôle et communique avec l'unité de contrôle. Si l'Internet ne fonctionne pas à
la maison, le radiateur peut toujours se commander par télécommande ou avec le
bouton de l'unité de commande. Dès que le radiateur est à nouveau connecté au
Wi , le smartphone reprend le contrôle.

Détection des fenêtres ouvertes
Ce radiateur est équipé d'une fonction de détection de fenêtre ouverte. Si le
système de contrôle détecte que la température de la pièce chute radicalement
dans un court laps de temps alors que le chauage est en marche, il conclut
qu'une fenêtre est ouverte. Le témoin de fenêtre commence à clignoter sur l'écran
et le radiateur s'éteint pendant 30 minutes. Après 30 minutes, l'appareil reprend
automatiquement le réglage précédent.
Vous pouvez désactiver ou activer cette fonction en appuyant sur la touche -
pendant 5 secondes, après quoi le témoin de fenêtre ouverte apparaît ou disparaît
de l'écran.
Réglage de la température
Allumez le radiateur et appuyez sur la touche + pendant 5 secondes pour accéder
au réglage de la température. Réglez la température en appuyant sur les touches -
ou + . La plage d'étalonnage est comprise entre -5 et +5 degrés.
Réinitialisation du Wi
Allumez le radiateur et appuyez sur la touche de WIFI pendant 5 secondes jusqu'à
ce que le voyant Wi clignote et que la connexion Wi soit réinitialisée.
Activer/désactiver la fonction Wi
Allumez le radiateur et appuyez sur la touche TIMER pendant environ 10 secondes
pour désactiver la fonction Wi-Fi de l'appareil. Le témoin de Wi n'apparaît plus
à l'écran. Appuyez à nouveau sur la touche TIMER pendant 10 secondes pour
réactiver la fonction Wi.
Fonctionnement manuel
Pour passer en mode manuel, allumez l'interrupteur principal et appuyez sur
la touche On/O pour mettre le radiateur en marche. Réglez la température
souhaitée en appuyant sur la touche - ou +. 2 secondes plus tard, l'écran ache la
température ambiante actuelle.
Pour régler la minuterie, appuyez sur la touche de la minuterie. "00H" apparaît à
l'écran et vous pouvez régler le minuteur en appuyant sur les touches - et + pour
lancer le compte à rebours.
Vous pouvez également commander votre radiateur manuellement à l'aide de
la télécommande. Toutefois, lorsque vous utilisez la télécommande, veillez à la
diriger vers le panneau de commande situé à l'arrière de l'appareil.

CONTRÔLE DE L'APPAREIL PAR SMARTPHONE
Si vous intégrez votre appareil Klarstein à votre Wi-Fi domestique, vous pouvez
le contrôler confortablement à l'aide de l'application Klarstein associée.
L'application vous permet non seulement de contrôler l'appareil à distance sur
votre smartphone, mais vous donne également accès à des recettes et à d'autres
informations.
Procédez comme suit pour connecter votre smartphone à votre appareil Klarstein :
1 Téléchargez d'abord l'application Klarstein en scannant le code QR avec votre
smartphone (voir ci-dessous) ou téléchargez-la directement depuis l'App Store
ou Google Play.
2 Assurez-vous que votre smartphone est connecté au réseau Wi-Fi auquel vous
voulez connecter votre appareil Klarstein.
3 Ouvrez l'application Klarstein.
4 Connectez-vous à votre compte. Si vous n'avez pas encore de compte,
enregistrez-vous dans l'application Klarstein.
5 Suivez les instructions dans l'application.
Téléchargement de l'application
Utilisez la fonction scan de votre téléphone portable pour scanner le code QR et
enregistrer l'application sur votre smartphone.
Remarque : au premier démarrage, l'application vous fournit des informations
supplémentaires sur son utilisation et une assistance pour établir une
connexion avec votre appareil.

Résolution des problèmes de connexion
Si votre appareil Blumfeldt est introuvable sur le Wi, vériez les points suivants :
1 L'appareil n'est pas branché. Vériez que votre appareil est branché à une
prise.
2 L'appareil ne se trouve pas en mode d'appairage. Vériez que le voyant WiFi
(LED) du panneau de commande de l'appareil intelligent clignote comme
décrit dans les instructions "Réinitialiser les paramètres WiFi" pour votre
appareil intelligent (les instructions se trouvent généralement sous Connexion
de l'appareil).
3 Le point d'accès WiFi ne fonctionne pas sur 2,4 GHz. Assurez-vous que votre
point d'accès fonctionne sur la bande 2,4 GHz et que vous disposez de votre
propre SSID sur la bande 2,4 GHz. Si vous n'êtes pas sûr de la bande de
fonctionnement de votre point d'accès, veuillez contacter votre fournisseur
d'accès Internet.
Important : veuillez noter que si votre routeur WiFi a une double bande - c'est-
à-dire qu'il fonctionne à la fois dans les bandes 2,4 GHz et 5 GHz - vous devez
séparez les SSID pour chaque bande et les 2,4 GHz Utilisez le SSID GHz pour
vous connecter.
4 Vériez les paramètres du pare-feu de votre réseau WiFi. Le paramétrage de
pare-feu de votre réseau Wi-Fi peut ne pas permettre à l'application Klarstein
de congurer les paramètres Wi-Fi sur votre appareil connecté. Veuillez vous
assurer que vous n'utilisez pas un réseau WiFi public, par ex. aéroports,
dortoirs, entreprises, etc.
5 Diérentes données de connexion dans le smartphone et dans l'application.
Vériez que les données de connexion WiFi saisies dans l'application Klarstein
correspondent à celles de votre smartphone.

MAINTENANCE
Nettoyage
Avant le nettoyage, débranchez la che de la prise et laissez l'appareil refroidir
complètement. Ne plongez jamais l'appareil dans l'eau et ne l'aspergez pas d'eau.
Nettoyez le radiateur avec un chion humide. Pour les modèles en verre, utilisez
un chion doux et un nettoyant pour vitres. N'utilisez jamais un chion mouillé
et veillez à ce que l'appareil soit essuyé avec un chion sec après le nettoyage.
N'utilisez pas de matériaux, de solutions ou d'éponges de nettoyage agressifs, car
cela pourrait rayer la surface de l'appareil et l'endommager irrémédiablement.
Avant de remettre l'appareil en service, il doit être complètement sec.
Utilisation
Notez que l'élément chauant peut perdre sa couleur en cas d'utilisation
fréquente. Cela est dû à la pollution de l'air et n'indique pas un
dysfonctionnement. Si vous remarquez des bruits, des odeurs, des dommages
visibles ou des températures anormalement élevées, arrêtez d'utiliser l'appareil et
contactez le fabricant ou le service clientèle.

INDICACIONES DE SEGURIDAD
Instrucciones de seguridad especícas del aparato
• El calefactor funciona a una temperatura supercial de 95 °C cuando está
montado en la pared. No toque nunca el aparato mientras esté encendido.
• El contacto prolongado puede causar lesiones o quemaduras.
• No cubra el calefactor bajo ninguna circunstancia. Cubrir el aparato puede
provocar un incendio.
• Este calefactor híbrido dispone tanto de infrarrojos como de un sistema por
convección. Preste especial atención a que las entradas y salidas de aire no
estén bloqueadas por objetos en ningún caso.
• No utilice el aparato para secar prendas textiles. No coloque ni apoye ningún
objeto sobre el aparato.
• Mantenga una distancia mínima de 40 cm de la parte delantera y de 20 cm
con respecto a otros objetos, paredes y suelo. Si no lo hace, puede producirse
una acumulación de calor detrás de la unidad, lo que supondría la expiración
de la garantía.
• Este aparato está diseñado para su instalación en la pared, no lo monte en el
techo bajo ninguna circunstancia.
• Este aparato, empleando la misma red wi, se puede manejar a través de
otra red wi o, mediante la red móvil 3G/4G o 5G, a través de su smartphone.
Esto permite controlar el aparato sin necesidad de una supervisión directa.

MONTAJE
Montaje en pared
El kit incluido en el paquete está diseñado para el montaje vertical en una
pared ja. Para el montaje en otras paredes, se necesitan elementos de jación
adecuados (no incluidos en el suministro). Asegúrese de que la pared sea segura
para el montaje. Se recomienda encarecidamente que el panel sea instalado por
un electricista cualicado o un instalador autorizado. El calefactor debe estar al
menos a 20 cm de distancia de todos los objetos, paredes, etc. la distancia al suelo
debe ser de al menos 20 cm.
Tenga en cuenta que los modelos de 500 W/ 750 W y 1000 W sólo pueden
montarse horizontalmente en la pared, no verticalmente. El modelo de 900 W
debe montarse en vertical y no en horizontal.

FUNCIONAMIENTO
Instrucciones generales sobre los elementos de control
La gama La Palma Smart cuenta con una unidad de control wi integrada, lo
que signi ca que no se necesita ningún termostato adicional para controlar el
calefactor. En cuanto la estufa se conecta a la APP, el smartphone toma el control
y se comunica con la unidad de control. Si no hay Internet en casa, la calefacción
puede seguir funcionando a través del mando a distancia o del botón de la unidad
de control. En cuanto el calefactor se conecte de nuevo al wi , el smartphone
vuelve a tomar el control.

Detección de ventanas abiertas
Este calefactor está equipado con una función de detección de ventana abierta.
Si el sistema de control detecta que la temperatura de la habitación desciende
drásticamente en un corto periodo de tiempo mientras la calefacción está en
funcionamiento, se determina que una ventana está abierta. El indicador de la
ventana comienza a parpadear en pantalla y el calefactor se apaga durante 30
minutos. Después de 30 minutos, el aparato vuelve automáticamente al ajuste
anterior.
Puede desactivar o activar esta función pulsando la tecla - durante 5 segundos,
donde el indicador de ventana abierta aparece o desaparece en la pantalla.
Ajuste de la temperatura
Encienda el calefactor y mantenga pulsado el botón + durante 5 segundos para
acceder al ajuste de temperatura. Seleccione la temperatura con los botones - o +.
El rango de calibración se sitúa entre -5 y +5 grados.
Restablecer el wi
Encienda el calefactor y mantenga pulsado el botón WIFI durante 5 segundos
hasta que el indicador wi comience a parpadear y se restablezca la conexión wi.
Activar/desactivar la función wi
Encienda el calefactor y mantenga pulsado el botón TIMER durante unos 10
segundos para desactivar la función wi del aparato. El símbolo del wi deja de
aparecer en la pantalla. Si mantiene pulsado de nuevo el botón TIMER durante 10
segundos, la función wi se reactiva.
Funcionamiento manual
Para acceder al modo manual, conecte el interruptor principal y pulse el botón de
encendido/apagado para encender el calefactor. Ajuste la temperatura deseada
pulsando el botón - o +. 2 segundos después, la pantalla muestra la temperatura
ambiente actual.
Si quiere ajustar el temporizador, pulse el botón del temporizador. Aparece "00H"
en la pantalla y podrá ajustar el temporizador pulsando los botones - y + para
iniciar la cuenta atrás.
También puede hacer funcionar su calefactor manualmente con el mando a
distancia. Sin embargo, cuando utilice el mando a distancia, asegúrese de apuntar
al panel de control situado en la parte trasera del calefactor.

CONTROL DEL APARATO A TRAVÉS DEL
SMARTPHONE
Si conecta su aparato Klarstein a la red wi de su casa, podrá manejarlo
cómodamente a través de la aplicación «Klarstein». La aplicación no solo permite
controlar el aparato a distancia a través del teléfono inteligente, sino que también
da acceso a recetas y a más información.
Siga los siguientes pasos para conectar su teléfono inteligente al aparato Klarstein:
1 En primer lugar, descargue la aplicación Klarstein escaneando el código QR
con su teléfono inteligente (véase más abajo) o descárguela directamente
desde la App Store o Google Play.
2 Asegúrese de que el teléfono inteligente está conectado a la misma red wi a
la que desea conectar el aparato Klarstein.
3 Abra la aplicación de Klarstein
4 Inicie sesión con su cuenta. Si aún no tiene una cuenta, regístrese en la
aplicación de Klarstein.

Solución de problemas de conexión
Si el aparato de Klarstein no puede conectarse a la red wi, compruebe lo
siguiente:
1 El aparato no está enchufado. Asegúrese de que su dispositivo esté conectado
a un enchufe.
2 El aparato no se encuentra en modo sincronización. Asegúrese de que el
indicador de WiFi (LED) parpadea en el panel de control del dispositivo
inteligente, tal y como se describe en las instrucciones "Restablecer la
conguración de WiFi" de su dispositivo inteligente (las instrucciones en
general se encuentran en el apartado "Conexión del dispositivo").
3 El punto de acceso WiFi no funciona en 2,4 GHz. Asegúrese de que su punto
de acceso funcione en la banda de 2,4 GHz y que tenga su propio SSID en la
banda de 2,4 GHz. Si no está seguro de la banda operativa de su punto de
acceso, comuníquese con su proveedor de Internet.
Importante: tenga en cuenta que si su enrutador WiFi tiene una banda dual, es
decir, si funciona tanto en la banda de 2,4 GHz como en la de 5 GHz, separe los
SSID para cada banda y use el SSID de 2,4 GHz para conectarse.
4 Supervise los ajustes Firewall de su red WiFi. Es posible que la conguración
del Firewall de su red WiFi no permita que la aplicación Klarstein congure
los ajustes de WiFi en su dispositivo inteligente. Asegúrese de que no está
usando ninguna red WiFi pública, como por ejemplo de aeropuertos, otros
hogares, empresas, etc.
5 Los diferentes datos de inicio de sesión en el teléfono inteligente y en
la aplicación le aseguran de que los datos de inicio de sesión WiFi de la
aplicación de Klarstein coincidan con los que está conectado su teléfono
inteligente.

MANTENIMIENTO
Limpieza
Desenchufe el aparato de la toma de corriente y deje que se enfríe totalmente
antes de limpiarlo. No sumerja nunca el aparato en agua ni lo rocíe con ella.
Limpie la carcasa del calefactor únicamente con un paño húmedo. Para los
modelos de cristal, utilice un paño suave y un limpiacristales. No utilice nunca
un paño húmedo y asegúrese de secar el aparato con un paño seco después de
limpiarlo. No utilice materiales, soluciones o esponjas de limpieza agresivas, ya
que podrían rayar la supercie del aparato y dañarlo de un modo irreversible.
Antes de volver a poner el aparato en funcionamiento, debe estar completamente
seco.
Utilización
Tenga en cuenta que el calefactor puede perder color con el uso frecuente. Esto se
debe a la suciedad del aire y no indica un mal funcionamiento. Si observa ruidos,
olores, daños visibles o temperaturas inusualmente altas, deje de utilizarlo y
póngase en contacto con el fabricante o el servicio de atención al cliente.
Reparación
Las reparaciones sólo deben ser realizadas por una persona cualicada para ello.

AVVERTENZE DI SICUREZZA
Istruzioni di sicurezza speciche del dispositivo
• Il riscaldatore funziona a una temperatura di supercie di 95 °C quando è
montato sulla parete. Non toccare mai il dispositivo mentre è a riposo.
• Il contatto prolungato può causare lesioni o ustioni.
• Non coprire il riscaldatore in nessun caso. Coprire il dispositivo può causare
un incendio.
• Questo riscaldatore ibrido dispone di raggi infrarossi e di convezione in un
unico dispositivo. In particolare, assicurarsi che i condotti di scarico e di
aspirazione non siano bloccati da alcun oggetto.
• Non utilizzare il dispositivo per asciugare la biancheria. Non mettere oggetti
sul dispositivo e non appoggiarsi ad esso.
• Mantenere una distanza minima di 40 cm dalla parte anteriore e di 20 cm
da altri oggetti, dalle pareti e dal pavimento. In caso contrario, potrebbe
vericarsi un accumulo di calore dietro il dispositivo e invalidare la garanzia.
• Questo dispositivo è progettato per l'installazione a parete, non montarlo
assolutamente sul sotto.
• Questo dispositivo può essere utilizzato dal proprio smartphone, sullo
stesso Wi-Fi, tramite un altro Wi-Fi o tramite rete mobile 3G/4G o 5G. Questo
permette di controllare il dispositivo senza monitoraggio diretto. Assicurarsi
comunque che tutte le misure di sicurezza specicate nelle istruzioni per l'uso
siano rispettate anche quando si utilizza il dispositivo a distanza.
Pericoli per i bambini e le persone con capacità ridotte
• Questo dispositivo può essere utilizzato dai bambini maggiori di 8 anni e dalle
persone con capacità siche, sensoriali e mentali ridotte o con mancanza
di esperienza e conoscenze a condizione che siano state fornite istruzioni
e supervisione in merito a un uso sicuro del dispositivo, accertandosi del
fatto che siano stati compresi i rischi associati all'uso del dispositivo stesso. Il
dispositivo non è un giocattolo. Pulizia e manutenzione non possono essere
realizzate da bambini senza la dovuta supervisione.
• I bambini tra i 3 e gli 8 anni possono accendere e spegnere il dispositivo solo
se è stato collocato/installato nella posizione di funzionamento prevista e se

utilizzarlo se la presa di corrente non soddisfa questi requisiti.
• Il riscaldatore non deve essere posizionato direttamente sotto una presa di
corrente.
• ATTENZIONE: non utilizzare il dispositivo se la supercie del vetro è
danneggiata.
• ATTENZIONE: non usare il dispositivo in stanze piccole se ci sono persone
all'interno che non possono lasciare la stanza con le proprie forze, a meno che
non sia garantita una supervisione costante.
MONTAGGIO
Montaggio a parete
Il kit incluso nella confezione è progettato per il montaggio verticale su una
parete ssa. Per il montaggio su altre pareti, sono necessari elementi di ssaggio
adeguati (non inclusi nella fornitura). Si prega di assicurarsi che la parete sia
sicura per il montaggio. Si raccomanda vivamente di far installare il pannello da
un elettricista qualicato o da un installatore autorizzato. Il riscaldatore deve
essere ad almeno 20 cm di distanza da tutti gli oggetti, pareti, ecc.; la distanza dal
pavimento deve essere di almeno 20 cm.
Notare che i modelli 500 W/ 750 W e 1000 W possono essere montati solo
orizzontalmente sulla parete, non verticalmente. Il modello 900 W deve essere
montato verticalmente e non orizzontalmente.

UTILIZZO
Istruzioni generali sui comandi
La gamma La Palma Smart ha un'unità di controllo Wi-Fi integrata, il che signi ca
che non è necessario un termostato aggiuntivo per controllare il riscaldatore.
Non appena il riscaldatore è collegato all'APP, lo smartphone prende il controllo e
comunica con l'unità di controllo. Se a casa non funziona Internet, il riscaldamento
può ancora essere azionato tramite il telecomando o il pulsante sull'unità di
controllo. Non appena il riscaldatore è di nuovo collegato al Wi-Fi, lo smartphone
riprende il controllo.

Rilevamento nestre aperte
Questo riscaldatore è dotato di una funzione di rilevamento di nestre aperte. Se il
sistema di controllo rileva che la temperatura della stanza scende drasticamente in
un breve periodo di tempo mentre il riscaldamento è in funzione, si determina che
una nestra è aperta. Il simbolo della nestra sullo schermo inizia a lampeggiare
e il riscaldatore si spegne per 30 minuti. Dopo 30 minuti il dispositivo ritorna
automaticamente all'impostazione precedente.
E' possibile disattivare o attivare questa funzione premendo il tasto - per 5 secondi,
dopodiché il simbolo della nestra aperta appare o scompare sullo schermo di
conseguenza.
Regolazione della temperatura
Accendere il riscaldatore e tenere premuto il tasto + per 5 secondi per accedere
alla regolazione della temperatura. Regolare la temperatura premendo i tasti - o +.
L'intervallo di calibrazione è compreso tra -5 e +5 gradi.
Resettare il Wi-Fi
Accendere il riscaldatore e tenere premuto il tasto Wi-Fi per 5 secondi nché
l'indicatore Wi-Fi non inizia a lampeggiare e la connessione Wi-Fi viene ripristinata.
Attivare/disattivare la funzione Wi-Fi
Accendere il riscaldatore e tenere premuto il pulsante TIMER per circa 10 secondi
per disattivare la funzione Wi-Fi del dispositivo. L'icona del Wi-Fi scompare dallo
schermo. Se si tiene premuto nuovamente il pulsante TIMER per 10 secondi, la
funzione Wi-Fi viene riattivata.
Utilizzo manuale
Per entrare in modalità manuale, accendere l'interruttore di rete e premere
il pulsante On/O per accendere il riscaldatore. Impostare la temperatura
desiderata premendo il pulsante - o +. 2 secondi dopo lo schermo visualizza la
temperatura ambiente attuale.
Se si desidera impostare il timer, premere il tasto timer. "00H" appare sullo
schermo e si può impostare il timer premendo i pulsanti - e + per iniziare il conto
alla rovescia.
E' possibile anche far funzionare manualmente il riscaldatore con il telecomando.
Tuttavia, quando si usa il telecomando, assicurarsi di puntarlo verso il pannello di
controllo sul retro del riscaldatore.

CONTROLLO DEL DISPOSITIVO CON SMARTPHONE
Se si collega il dispositivo Klarstein con la rete Wi-Fi di casa, è possibile utilizzarlo
comodamente con l’apposita app di Klarstein. La app non permette solo di
controllare il dispositivo a distanza con lo smartphone, ma ore anche accesso a
utili informazioni.
Procedere in questo modo per collegare lo smartphone al dispositivo Klarstein:
1 Scaricare la app di Klarstein scansionando il codice QR (v. sotto) con lo
smartphone o scaricandola direttamente dall’App Store o da Google Play.
2 Assicurarsi che lo smartphone sia collegato alla stessa rete Wi-Fi con cui si
desidera connettere il dispositivo Klarstein.
3 Aprire la app di Klarstein.
4 Accedere con il proprio account. Se ancora non si dispone di un account,
eettuare la registrazione nella app di Klarstein.
5 Seguire le istruzioni della app.
Download della app
Utilizzare la funzione di scansione dello smartphone per scansionare il codice QR e
salvare la app sullo smartphone.
Nota: ulteriori informazioni sull’utilizzo della app e supporto per stabilire la
connessione con il dispositivo vengono fornite dalla app non appena la si apre
per la prima volta.

Correzione degli errori in caso di problemi di connessione
Se non è possibile trovare il dispositivo Klarstein nella rete Wi-Fi, controllare i
seguenti punti:
1 La spina non è collegata. Assicurarsi che il dispositivo sia collegato a una presa
elettrica.
2 Il dispositivo non si trova in modalità di accoppiamento. Assicurarsi che
l'indicazione Wi-Fi (LED) sul pannello di controllo del dispositivo smart
lampeggi come descritto alla voce "Resettare le impostazioni Wi-Fi" del
dispositivo smart in questione (indicazioni a riguardo possono essere
normalmente trovate alla voce "Connessione dei dispositivi").
3 Il punto di accesso Wi-Fi non opera sulla banda da 2,4 GHz. Assicurarsi che il
punto di accesso utilizzato operi sulla banda da 2,4 GHz e che sia disponibile
un SSID personale sulla banda da 2,4 GHz. Se non si è sicuri del tipo di banda
del punto di accesso, rivolgersi al fornitore di Internet.
Importante: tenere presente che se il router Wi-Fi è dotato di dualband e opera
dunque sia sulla banda da 2,4 GHz che su quella da 5 GHz, è necessario dividere
gli SSID per ogni banda e utilizzare per il collegamento l'SSID della banda da 2,4
GHz.
4 Controllare le impostazioni del rewall della rete Wi-Fi. L'impostazione
del rewall della rete Wi-Fi potrebbe non permettere alla app Klarstein di
congurare le impostazioni Wi-Fi sul dispositivo smart. Assicurarsi di non
utilizzare reti Wi-Fi pubbliche, come ad es. presso aeroporti, hotel, aziende,
ecc.
5 Diversi dati di registrazione su smartphone e app. Assicurarsi che i dati di
registrazione Wi-Fi inseriti nella app Klarstein corrispondano a quelli con cui è
collegato lo smartphone.

MANUTENZIONE
Pulizia
Prima della pulizia staccare la spina e lasciar rareddare completamente il
dispositivo. Non immergere mai il dispositivo in acqua o spruzzarlo. Pulire il
riscaldatore con un panno umido. Per i modelli in vetro usare un panno morbido
e un detergente per vetri. Non usare mai un panno bagnato e assicurarsi che il
dispositivo venga asciugato con un panno asciutto dopo la pulizia. Non utilizzare
materiali aggressivi, soluzioni o spugne sintetiche, poiché ciò potrebbe graare la
supercie del dispositivo e danneggiarlo irreparabilmente. Prima che il dispositivo
possa essere rimesso in funzione, deve essere completamente asciutto.
Utilizzo
Tenere presente che il riscaldatore può perdere colore con un uso frequente. Ciò è
dovuto all'inquinamento dell'aria e non indica un malfunzionamento. Se si notano
rumori, odori, danni visibili o temperature insolitamente alte, interrompere l'uso e
contattare il produttore o il servizio clienti.
Riparazione
Eventuali riparazioni devono essere realizzate solo da personale qualicato.
