2. Product Functions
2.1 Motor Up/Down Function
Short press the corresponding key for jog operation. Long press for 1 second for
continuous running; the green LED is on during operation. Short press any key to stop
running.
2.2 Power On/Off Function
Power off: Press Up and Down keys together for 5 seconds until red LED is on, then
short press Down key. Red LED stays on for 1 second.
Power on: Press Up and Down keys together for 5 seconds until red LED is on, then
short press Up key. Green LED stays on for 1 second.
No operation within 10 seconds exits setting mode. After power off, motor cannot be
controlled and red LED stays on for 3 seconds.
2.3 Low Voltage Indication
When voltage is low, red LED flashes quickly 3 times.
2.4 Type-C Charging Indication
Charging: Green LED steady on.
Abnormal: Green LED flashes every 0.5 second.
Fully charged: Green LED off.
2.5 Solar Panel Detection
Press Up and Down keys at the same time.
Solar panel normal: Green LED steady on for 1 second.
Solar panel abnormal: Red LED steady on for 1 second.
2.6 Serial Port Upgrade
Bootload mode:
Baud rate: 460800
Waiting for upgrade: Green LED flashes
Upgrading: Red LED flashes
APP mode:
Baud rate: 9600

Force entry to bootload: Power on while holding Up key until green LED flashes, then
release.
2.7 Demo Mode
Automatically runs up and down for 3 minutes every 10 minutes.
Enter/exit demo mode with a dedicated tool.
2.8 Aging Test Program
Sequence: Down 90s → Pause 20s → Up 90s → Pause 20s
Start/exit aging test with dedicated aging tool.
2.9 Motor Short Circuit Protection
When short circuit occurs at motor side, motor stops output and red LED flashes quickly
6 times.

3.1 Discharge Protection
High temperature: 63°C Recovery: 60°C
Low temperature: -12°C Recovery: -9°C
Low voltage: 3.70V Recovery: 3.78V
Low voltage alert: 3.78V Recovery: 3.80V
3.2 Charge Protection
High temperature: 52°C Recovery: 49°C
Low temperature: -5°C Recovery: -2°C
Over voltage: 4.1V Recovery: 4.0V
Note: For 5V charging, only temperature protection is applied.
