GB Safety instructions
Read the instruction manual carefully before using this
device, especially the safety instructions, and keep the
instruction manual for future use. Should you give this
device to another person, it is vital that you also pass on
these instructions for use.
• Users of the following medical devices are not allowed to use this device:
- Users of electronic medical devices that are worn inside the body such as cardiac
pacemaker.
- Users of electronic medical devices for sustaining of life such as articial
cardiopulmonary machine, etc.
- Users of electronic medical devices attached to the body such as electrocardiogram
(ECG) device, etc.
• Patients with the following symptoms or those corresponding to the following should
resume using the product after consultation with medical specialist.
- Those with skin rash or experiencing excessive stinging experience.
- Those with inammation as the result of suppuration of the site of acne.
- Those with particularly sensitive skin with allergic physical constitution.
- Pregnant and menstruating women, and those who are being treated as an outpatient
or has health problems.
- Those taking hormonal medicine. Those with sensitive skin may experience mild skin
troubles upon the use of the device. It such symptom arises,stop using the device for
2-3 days before using the product again.
• Do not use directly on eyes.
• If your skin blisters or burns, stop using the device immediately.
• Make sure to take off all jewelry from the body before using the device.
• Do not store or use in places with high temperature and humidity such as sauna and
bathroom, etc.
• Stop using the device if you feel any abnormality in the device during the usage and turn
off the power. You may make inquiries to the store where you purchased the product.
• Take precaution as there may be situations of erroneous operation of this device when it
comes in contact with other electrical products.
• Stop using the device if there is thunder and lightning.
• Do not use while charging.
• This appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved.
• Do not to overexpose to the sun after use so as not to cause secondary damage to the
skin.
• The following persons shall not use this device: Sunburn patients, healthcare workers with
diseases involving photosensitivity and people receiving photosensitive medications.
• Unexpected side effects, such as itching, within 48 hours of rst use of the appliance
should seek medical advice before further exposure.
About the power supply
• Only charge the unit‘s battery using the USB charging cable supplied. Never leave the unit
unattended when it is connected to the mains (for charging) or in operation.
• Never charge the device in a ammable environment (e.g. ammable objects, gasoline,
ammable gases, paint, etc.)
• Only connect the unit for charging so that the cable and power connector are freely
accessible.
• The built-in batteries are not intended for replacement or removal by the end user. If
problems occur with the power supply, contact the customer service.
• This device must only be supplied at safety extra low voltage (SELV) corresponding to the
marking on the appliance.
• To disconnect the unit from the mains, always pull the plug out of the power connection.

Before using the unit
• Check the device carefully for damage before each use. Do not operate a defective device.
• Do not use the device if any damage is visible, if it is not working properly, if it has been
dropped or if it has become wet. To avoid hazards, send the unit to the service centre for
repair.
• This product has strong light, please purchase qualied goggles, protective glasses can
effectively protect 620nm wavelength of strong light, its light transmittance of 10%.
Maintenance and cleaning
• Children shall not play with the appliance and cleaning. User maintenance shall not be
made by children without supervision.
• Do not store the product in places with high humidity, high temperature, a lot of dust or
direct sunlight.
• After each use, use a dry, clean cloth and a specially formulated cleaner for electronic
equipment to gently wipe the outer shell and the skin contact surface of the device.
• Do not store in places with presence of magnetic or electromagnetic wave.
• Do not drop the main body from high elevation or exert strong impact to the main body. If
such occurs,make sure to have the product inspected before using the product.
• Do not disassemble the main body or attempt to repair at home. If there is breakdown,
stop using the product and contact the store where you purchased the product.
• Dropping or exerting impact may become the cause of damage and breakdown since
precision components have been built in the product.
• Since there is generation of high voltage within the main body,do not disassemble the
main body arbitrarily.
• The LED of this appliance is not replaceable.
Disposal
This product must not be disposed of together with domestic waste.
All users are obliged to hand in all electrical or electronic devices, regardless of whether
or not they contain toxic substances, at a municipal or commercial collection point so that
they can be disposed of in an environmentally acceptable manner. Consult your local
authority or your supplier for information about disposal.

Warranty and repair terms
Please contact your dealer or the service centre in case of a claim under the warranty. If you
have to return the unit, please enclose a copy of your receipt and state what the defect is.
The following warranty terms apply:
1. The warranty period for medisana products is one year from date of purchase. In case of
a warranty claim, the date of purchase has to be proven by means of the sales receipt or
invoice.
2. Defects in material or workmanship will be removed free of charge within the warranty
period.
3. Repairs under warranty do not extend the warranty period either for the unit or for the
replacement parts.
4. The following is excluded under the warranty:
a. All damage which has arisen due to improper treatment, e.g. non-observance of the
user instructions.
b. All damage which is due to repairs or tampering by the customer or unauthorised third
parties.
c. Damage which has arisen during transport from the manufacturer to the consumer or
during transport to the service centre.
d. Accessories which are subject to normal wear and tear.
5. Liability for direct or indirect consequential losses caused by the unit are excluded even if
the damage to the unit is accepted as a warranty claim.

Intended Use
The medisana Radiance Trio LED Facial Device RF 300 is a portable home beauty
instrument designed for skincare. Enjoy spa-like treatments in the comfort of your home to
enhance your natural beauty effortlessly.
• RF, EMS and Gentle red-light: Embrace skin radiance
Items supplied and packaging
Please check rst of all that the device is complete and is not damaged in any way.
In case of doubt, do not use it and contact your supplier or your service centre.
The following parts are included:

• 1 USB-C charging cable
• 1 instruction manual
• 1 charging stand
Charging the battery
• Use a 5V main adapter and connect the supplied USB charging cable to the USB-C port of
the charging stand

. Put the device on the charging stand and make sure the connector

on the device is aimed at the charging port

• During charging, the charging indicator

on the device will be lighted up in red. The
charging time is about 2.5 hours. The device cannot be used during the charging process.
When the battery is fully charged, the charging indicator

will turn blue.
• The device can also be charged directly without the stand by connecting the USB-C cable
to the USB-C charging port

Using the device
• Clean and dry your skin before using the device. To avoid stinging, wipe moisture off your
face.
• Press and hold the Power/Mode button

for 2 seconds to switch on the device. The
device starts working at RF mode. The RF mode indicator

will be lighted up in blue.
• Press the Power/Mode button
6
again to enter RF+EMS mode. The EMS mode indicator
5
will be lighted up in blue. During RF+EMS mode, press the EMS level button

to switch the EMS intensity level between Level 1, 2, 3. The corresponding EMS level
indicator

will be lighted up in blue.
• After selecting the mode, apply the RF and EMS head

to the skin and slowly slide it.
After 5 minutes of constant use, the device will stop and switch off automatically.
• Apply skin moisturizer on your face after the treatment.
CAUTION
Do not store or use the device in places with high temperature and humidity
such as sauna and bathroom, etc.
WARNING
• When the device comes into contact with the skin, red light

will be
activated. Please do not use this product on the eyes!
• Do not stay in the same place for too long, RF itself will be hot. If stay too
long, it is easy to cause skin burns
• If the device does not stop automatically after 5 minutes of use, do not
use it and contact after-sales treatment.
Troubleshooting
• Skin becomes reddened or trouble occurs after using the product.
- Sensitive skin may experience some problems after using the product which may
only be temporary. It is recommended to discontinue use for 2-3 days before use. If
the redness and swelling do not improve after sufcient rest,please consult a specialist
before using.
• Can the device also be used while charging?
- It will be locked automatically in the state of charging and can not be used.
• I experience warmth while using the product.
- It is completely normal to experience warmth while using, there may be difference in
the temperature you feel depending on the skin type and sensitivity. However, if you
experience inconvenience due to excessive heat, please stop using the product and
seek consultation from the customer service center.
