Please read this manual carefully and use the polisher only according to
this manual.
Dispose of used packaging material carefully or store it out of the reach
of children. There is a danger of suffocation!
Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities are not allowed
to use the unit, unless they are supervised and briefed for their safety by
a qualified personnel.
The unit does not belong in the hand of children. Keep the polisher out of
the reach of children.
Do not turn the polisher on before it contacts the surface you intend to
polish.
Do not operate the polisher if any parts are missing or damaged.
Do not operate the unit in areas with solvent fumes, flammable gases,
liquids or solids.
Do not use the polisher in wet conditions or rain. Do not expose the
charger to moisture.
Do not wear loose-fitting clothing or jewelry; these may get caught by
moving parts.
Maintain the unit and the battery in good condition.
Make sure the polisher is switched off before inserting the battery into
the unit.
Only use original parts.

The battery charger is designed for charging the battery of the polisher
only. Do not charge other batteries with this charger. Do not charge the
battery of the polisher with other chargers.
When not in use and before cleaning and servicing, disconnect the battery
charger from power supply.
If the charger becomes damaged, do not use it any further.
Keep the polisher and the charger in a safe, dry location, out of reach of
children, where the temperature will not exceed 140°F/60°C.
Before undertaking maintenance work on the polisher, remove the battery.
WARNING! The battery contains harmful substances. Handle the battery
with care. Avoid dropping it onto any hard surface and do not expose it
to pressure or any other form of mechanical stress. Keep the battery away
from extreme heat and cold.
Only charge the battery at an ambient temperature between 32°F/0°C
and 131°F/55°C.
The unit is designed for operation in altitudes of up to 2,000 meters above
sea level.
Attention, risk of injury! Never short-circuit the battery or expose it to
moisture. Do not store it together with any metal parts which could
short-circuit the contacts. The battery could overheat, start burning or
explode.
Do not disassemble the polisher and do not attempt to repair it yourself.
It does not contain any parts serviceable by you. Do not attempt to
disassemble the battery.
Please follow the instructions from the manufacturer of the polishing
agent.
Failure to follow these instructions can result in death, serious injury, or
equipment damage.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Before first Use
Remove the polisher and all accessories from the packaging. Keep packaging
materials out of the reach of children. There is a risk of suffocation!
Polishing dust particles can be harmful to
your health. Wear a dust protection mask
if necessary and protect your eyes with
safety goggles. Always wear ear
protection while working with the polisher.
Operation
1. Polishing accessories are attached to the hook and loop disc by Velcro
fastener. Select an appropriate accessory for the job and press it firmly
to the hook and loop disc.
2. Adjust the speed controller to the desired speed. Always start with the
lowest rotation speed to prevent splashes when applying polish on the
surface.
CHARGING THE BATTERY PACK
This battery pack may arrive partially charged from the manufacturer. It is
recommended to fully charge the battery pack immediately after purchasing
and before first operation of the unit.
To prolong the battery life of the Cordless Polisher, ensure that you fully recharge
the battery after each operation and at least charge the battery once a month
even if the unit is idling for a long time period.
Charging Instructions:
1. Remove the battery pack from the polisher by pressing both sides of the
latches inwards.
2. Plug the battery charger core into an electric wall outlet.
3. Insert the battery into the charger. The battery fits only a certain position to
the charging slot. Rotate battery pack to find the correct angle to insert the
battery pack and press it firmly down to ensure the charging conductivity is
working properly.
4. There are 2 LED indicators on the battery charger to show the charging
status. Red LED light on indicates the battery is charging and the Green
LED light on indicates the charging is complete.
5. The battery was shipped in a low state of charge. The normal charging
time takes about 1 hour, but charging battery for the first time will take
longer time to fully charge it.

CHECKING BATTERY STATUS ON POLISHER
There are 3 LED battery capacity indicators located on the left side of the
polisher handle slightly above the speed controller. The number of LED lights
on indicates the remaining capacity of the battery.
• 1 LED light on → 30% +/- 5% battery capacity remaining
• 2 LED lights on → 60% +/- 5% battery capacity remaining
• 3 LED lights on → 90% +/- 5% battery capacity remaining
ON/OFF SWITCH AND SPEED CONTROLLER
Use the ON/OFF switch which is located on the top of the polisher handle to
turn the unit ON and OFF.
Use the speed controller which is located at the left side of the polisher handle
to adjust polishing disc rotation speed as required. The speed control rotary
switch is marked with numbers from 1 to 6. The lower number indicates lower
disc rotation speed while the higher number indicates a higher disc rotation
speed. The rotation speed runs from 2500 to 5000 RPM.

• Lacquer Cleaner (contains abrasive ingredients)
Lacquer cleaners should only be used for very weathered lacquered
surfaces, as they contain "coarse" abrasive particles.
• Polish (contains abrasive ingredients)
Many different kinds of polish are available on the market, e.g. for newly
lacquered surfaces, for matte finish and "weathered" lacquers. Combination
products with hard wax (for protection) are all available.
• None of these products should be used too frequently as they contain
abrasive particles, which remove parts of the existing lacquer layer with
each use.
HINTS FOR CAR LACQUER CARE
The WAGAN Corporation warranty is limited to products sold only in
the United States.
Warranty Duration:
Product is warranted to the original purchaser for a period of one (1) year from
the original purchase date, to be free of defects in material and workmanship.
WAGAN Corporation disclaims any liability for consequential damages. In no event
will WAGAN Corporation be responsible for any amount of damages beyond the

nt paid for the product at retail.
Warranty Performance:
During the warranty period, a product with a defect will be replaced with a
comparable model when the product is returned to WAGAN Corporation with an
original store receipt. WAGAN Corporation will, at its discretion, replace or repair
the defective part. The replacement product will be warranted for the balance of the
original warranty period. This warranty does not ex
tend to any units which have
been used in violation of written instructions furnished.

INSTRUCCIONES DE USO
Antes del primer uso
Retire la pulidora y todos los accesorios del empaque. Mantenga los materiales
de empaque fuera del alcance de los niños. ¡Existe riesgo de sofocación!
Las partículas de polvo generadas durante el
pulido pueden ser dañinas para su salud. Use
una máscara de protección contra el polvo si
es necesario y proteja sus ojos con gafas de
seguridad. Siempre use protección auditiva
mientras trabaja con la pulidora.
Funcionamiento
1. Los accesorios de pulido se fijan al disco de cierre por gancho y velcro
mediante este sistema de sujeción. Seleccione un accesorio adecuado
para la tarea y presiónelo firmemente contra el disco de cierre por
gancho y velcro.
2. Ajuste el control de velocidad a la potencia deseada. Siempre comience
con la velocidad de rotación más baja para evitar salpicaduras al
aplicar el agente de pulido sobre la superficie.

CARGA DE LA BATERÍA
Esta batería puede llegar parcialmente cargada desde el fabricante. Se
recomienda cargarla inmediatamente después de la compra y antes del
primer funcionamiento de la unidad.
Para prolongar la vida útil de la batería de la pulidora inalámbrica, asegúrese
de cargarla completamente después de cada uso y de cargarla al menos una
vez al mes, incluso si la unidad permanece inactiva durante un largo período
de tiempo.
Instrucciones de carga:
1. Retire la batería de la pulidora presionando hacia adentro ambos lados
de los pasadores de sujeción.
2. Conecte el cable del cargador de batería a un enchufe eléctrico de pared.
3. Inserte la batería en el cargador. La batería solo encaja en una posición
específica de la ranura de carga. Gire la batería para encontrar el ángulo
correcto de inserción y presiónela firmemente hacia abajo para garantizar
que la conductividad de carga funcione correctamente.
4. El cargador de batería tiene 2 indicadores LED para mostrar el estado de
carga. El LED Rojo encendido indica que la batería está cargando, y el
LED Verde encendido indica que la carga ha finalizado.
5. La batería llega con un nivel de carga bajo. El tiempo de carga normal
es de aproximadamente 1 hora, la primera carga de la batería
tardará más tiempo para cargarla completamente.

VERIFICACIÓN DEL ESTADO DE LA BATERÍA
EN LA PULIDORA
Hay 3 indicadores LED de capacidad de la batería ubicados en el lado

INTERRUPTOR DE ENCENDIDO (ON)/APAGADO (OFF)
Y CONTROL DE VELOCIDAD
Utilice el interruptor de encendido/apagado (ON/OFF) ubicado en la parte
superior del mango de la pulidora para encender y apagar la unidad.
Utilice el control de velocidad ubicado en el lado izquierdo del mango de la
pulidora para ajustar la velocidad de rotación del disco de pulido según sea
necesario. El interruptor rotatorio de control de velocidad está marcado con
números del 1 al 6. Un número menor indica una menor velocidad de rotación
del disco, mientras que un número mayor indica una mayor velocidad de
rotación del disco. La velocidad de rotación varía entre 2500 y 5000 RPM.

• Limpiador de barniz (contiene ingredientes abrasivos)
El limpiador de barniz solo debe usarse en superficies barnizadas
con mucho desgaste por la intemperie, ya que contiene partículas
abrasivas "gruesas".
• Pulidor (contiene ingredientes abrasivos)
En el mercado hay diferentes tipos de pulidores, por ejemplo, para
superficies recién barnizadas, para acabados mates y acabados brillantes
"con desgaste por la intemperie". También existen productos combinados
con cera dura (para protección).
• Ninguno de estos productos debe usarse con demasiada frecuencia, ya
que contienen partículas abrasivas que eliminan parte de la capa de
barniz existente con cada uso.
