1. Rotate the convection oven onto
the le side as shown to access the
threaded holes on the bottom.
2. Install caster supports to oven.
3. Install casters to supports/oven.
4. Rotate oven onto casters.

5. Loosen screws from the rear of the top cover of
the convection oven approx 1/4".
6. Place support plate on the top of the
convection oven ensuring flanges fit over the
screws on the rear of the convection oven.
7. Tighten screws on rear of the convection oven
onto the support plate.
8. Install the Chef'sCombi oven onto the support
plate. The inner pins are for the CHEF-61 model
and the outer pins are for the CHEF-62 model.
9. Place oven in location and connect per
provided oven instructions.
