SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING:
1. This product is intended for outside use (Use of this equipment without
proper ventilation could result in asphyxiation).
2. Read these instructions carefully before assembling the hose and
regulator units.
3. Wear protective gloves, protective glasses and heat-proof clothing
when using the furnace to avoid burns.
4. Leaking gas can be extremely dangerous.
5. Maintain good ventilation around the equipment to prevent accumulated
smoke and harmful gases from causing damage to the human body.
6. Clean the work area to ensure that there is no debris or flammable
material around.
7. Failure to follow the Cautions and Warnings contained in this assembly
Instruction may result in serious bodily injury or death, or may result in a
fire or an explosion causing damage to property.
8. WARNING-Improper assembly of forge may be dangerous. Follow the
assembly instructions carefully.
9. WARNING-Do not use the forge unless all parts are in place. The forge
must be properly assembled according to the assembly instructions by a
qualified professional.
10. CAUTION! Never under any circumstances should the exhaust ports
be closed off completely on the doors or open endports. This could cause
serious damage and possible body injury.
11. Avoid standing or moving to the front of openings and exhaust ports.
Extremely high temperatures extend approximately two feet from any
openings while in operation. When retrieving obiects from a hot forge
approach it from the side or bottom. A little practice will heln vou acquire a
skill for this procedure.
12. Station the anvil approximately four to five feet to the side of the forge
opening to avoid heat when the forge is in operation.

13. The unit will heat large objects to forging temperature with the door
open, but it will take a little longer.
14. Never leave the line pressure on when not in use. Always cut the ball
valve and tank valve off for storage.
15. Propane gas has a strong odor. Never continue to run the unit if the
smell of gas is present. Shut the unit down and check all connections with
soapy water for leaks. NEVER use flame to check for gas leaks. Do not
resume use until proper repairs are made by a qualified gas company or
until you contact the manufacturer for assistance.
16. Do not allow the hose to come in contact with hot steel or flames.
17. During operation, the user should always stay in the immediate vicinity
of the forge. Never leave fired forge unattended.
18. When operating your product:Keep handshair and clothing away from
chamber,Do not touch the furnace while in use or until sufficient cooling
time has passed, The forge generates extremely high temperature that can
cause severe burns or afire.
19. Burn Hazard: When using the forge, the surface temperature of the
forge and components will reach up to 600°F. Do not touch any part of the
forge while the forge is heating up or hot. Do not place the forge near a wall
or flammable material. Allow for the forge to fully cool down before
handling.
20. Personal Protection Equipment is required when handling Rigidizer,
Satanite Refractory, and Insulation Blanket during installation.

NOTE:
1. It is not necessary to force these fittings to the extreme, however, it is
important to use the proper wrench size when tightening the parts. Once
the unit is assembled, turn the gas pressure on from the tank to the ball
valve and use soapy water to check for leaks on all joints.
2. Please adjust the insulation blanket at the muzzle of the musket to the
shown in the picture before using, ensure that the high-temperature cotton
does not block the muzzle of the musket at all. Incorrect operation may
result in damage to the furnace body and danger.

OPERATION STEPS
① Attach the copper nozzle to one
end of the regulating valve.
② Insert the burner into each opening
at the top of the forging.
③ Secure the burner in place using
screws.
④ Place and secure the copper nozzle
into the burner with a set screw.
⑤ Connect the regulator to the
propane tank.
⑥ Turn on the propane tank switch,
adjust it to achieve proper air
pressure, and ignite it using a grill
lighter.
⑦ Fine-tune the flame by adjusting
the air intake inside the burner.
Install the copper nozzle to the burner.
NOTE: Screw the nozzle to the red line.
Then tighten the screws above.

WARNING
Please note that the closing and opening operations are performed in the
following order:
Opening steps: First, open the ball valve of the gas container, then open
the ball valve of the burner(s).
Closing steps: First, close the ball valve of the burner(s), then close the
ball valve of the gas container.
(Please follow the above operation in order. Failure to do so will result in a
dangerous backfire.)
MAINTENANCE
1. All valves, gauges, regulators, and hoses should be checked weekly for
wear. Replace as needed. Good maintenance is a must with gasequi
equipment.
2. When the ceramic fiber liner becomes thinner than one inch, proper
insulation is not achieved. Replacement liners can be purchased from your
local dealer or the manufacturer. Be sure to give model number and style
of forge when ordering. When it is time to reline your forge, you should
wear gloves and a dust mask when handling the used liner. The old liner
should be wet down thoroughly with a spray bottle of water before removal.
After removal, it should be placed in a plastic bag and disposed of
immediately. Complete instructions are included with the purchase of a
new liner.

MAINTENANCE

51. Vermeiden Sie es, vor Öffnungen und Abluftöffnungen zu stehen oder
sich dort aufzuhalten. Extrem hohe Temperaturen erreichen während des
Betriebs etwa zwei Fuß von allen Öffnungen entfernt. Wenn Sie Objekte

53. Große Gegenstände erhitzt das Gerät bei geöffneter Tür auf
Schmiedetemperatur, allerdings dauert dies etwas länger.
54. Lassen Sie den Leitungsdruck niemals eingeschaltet, wenn er nicht
verwendet wird. Schließen Sie bei der Lagerung immer das Kugelventil
und das Tankventil.
55. Propangas hat einen starken Geruch. Lassen Sie das Gerät niemals

56. Achten Sie darauf, dass der Schlauch nicht mit heißem Stahl oder
Flammen in Berührung kommt.
57. Während des Betriebs sollte sich der Benutzer immer in unmittelbarer
Nähe der Esse aufhalten. Lassen Sie die befeuerte Esse nie
unbeaufsichtigt.
58. Beim Betrieb Ihres Produkts: Halten Sie Hände, Haare und Kleidung
von der Kammer fern. Berühren Sie den Ofen nicht während des Betriebs
oder bis eine ausreichende Abkühlzeit vergangen ist. Die Schmiede
erzeugt extrem hohe Temperaturen, die schwere Verbrennungen oder
einen Brand verursachen können.
59. Verbrennungsgefahr: Bei Verwendung der Schmiede kann die
Oberflächentemperatur der Schmiede und ihrer Komponenten bis zu
315 °C erreichen. Berühren Sie keine Teile der Schmiede, während diese
sich aufheizt oder heiß ist. Stellen Sie die Schmiede nicht in die Nähe einer
Wand oder eines brennbaren Materials. Lassen Sie die Schmiede vor der
Handhabung vollständig abkühlen.
60. Beim Umgang mit Rigidizer, Satanite Refractory und Isolierdecken

NOTIZ:

MAINTENANCE

Wenn es an der Zeit ist, Ihre Schmiede neu auszukleiden, sollten Sie beim
Umgang mit der gebrauchten Auskleidung Handschuhe und eine
Staubmaske tragen. Die alte Auskleidung sollte vor dem Entfernen
gründlich mit einer Sprühflasche mit Wasser angefeuchtet werden. Nach
dem Entfernen sollte sie in eine Plastiktüte gelegt und sofort entsorgt

73. L'appareil chauffera les gros objets à la température de forgeage avec
la porte ouverte, mais cela prendra un peu plus de temps.
74. Ne laissez jamais la pression de la conduite allumée lorsqu'elle n'est
pas utilisée. Coupez toujours le robinet à bille et le robinet du réservoir
pour le stockage.
75. Le gaz propane a une forte odeur. Ne continuez jamais à faire

NOTE:

MAINTENANCE

WAARSCHUWING:

91. Vermijd staan of bewegen naar de voorkant van openingen en
uitlaatpoorten. Extreem hoge temperaturen reiken tijdens bedrijf tot
ongeveer 60 cm uit openingen. Wanneer u voorwerpen uit een hete
smederij haalt, benader deze dan vanaf de zijkant of onderkant. Een beetje

OPMERKING:
9. Het is niet nodig om deze fittingen tot het uiterste te forceren, maar het

MAINTENANCE

10.Wanneer de keramische vezelvoering dunner wordt dan 2,5 cm, wordt

bestellen het modelnummer en de stijl van de smederij vermeldt. Wanneer
het tijd is om uw smederij opnieuw te bekleden, moet u handschoenen en

pressure, and ignite it using a grill

Then tighten the screws above.

MAINTENANCE
