Introduction
Thank you for purchasing this Eagle Group product. Before using this product,
you should read through the instructions in this manual. This will help you enjoy
eective, trouble-free results from using the product. Keep the instructions in a
safe place for future reference.
Eagle Group will not accept liability for product failures in the event that:
• The instructions in this manual have not been followed correctly.
• Unqualified personnel have adjusted the Sneeze Guard.
• Non-OEM spare parts are used.
Packaging
All products are inspected and tested prior to packing.
This product consists of the following parts:
• Frame Assembly—2 pieces
• Cover—1 piece
• Cross Frame—1 piece
• Attachment Screws—8 pieces
If any of these parts are found to be missing or damaged after transit, you must
contact your supplier immediately.

Food Shield for Hot Dog Roller Grill
Step 2 —
• Place Cover on the top of the Side Frame Assemblies and aix with screws—
two at each end.
Step 1 —
• Put the two Side Frame Assemblies on the table.
Step 3 —
• Place the Cross Frame under the Cover and aix with screws—
two at each end.
Step 4 —
• Tighten all screws and ensure the Food Shield is balanced.
Installation
Remove the Food Shield from the packaging, ensuring that all protective packaging, plastic and residues are cleaned from its surface. Lay out all
components of the Food Shield on the floor. You will need a screwdriver.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
Eagle Hot Food Tables, Cold Pan Units, Portable Warming Equipment, Heated Drawers, and Transport Holding Cabinets
Eagle will warrant for 12 months from the date of shipment from the factory or 6 months from the date first placed into service (whichever
comes first). Eagle will replace any defective part or component material upon demonstration to its satisfaction that a breach of warranty did
not exist. This warranty does not cover any cost associated with maintenance, misuse, abuse, improper installation, pilot light adjustments,
pilot outage, improper ventilation, adjustments, alteration, calibration, wrong voltage, wrong gas, voltage or gas conversions, resetting of circuit
breakers, or safety controls, overtime charges, mileage in excess of 100 miles, operation contrary to the installation and operating instructions,
damage caused by flood, fire or acts of God. The warranty shall not apply if the nameplate has been removed or altered.
Eagle Cooking Equipment—including but not limited to all Gas and Electric Griddles, Charbroilers, Hot Plates and Fryers
Eagle will warrant for 12 months from the date of shipment from the factory or 6 months from the date first placed into service (whichever
comes first). Units intended for other than household use. These commercial appliances must be installed within surroundings and ventilation
requirements as dictated by National and/or local code. This warranty does not cover any cost associated with maintenance, misuse, abuse,
improper installation, pilot light adjustments, pilot outage, improper ventilation, adjustments, alteration, calibration, wrong voltage, wrong gas,
voltage or gas conversions, resetting of circuit breakers, or safety controls, overtime charges, mileage in excess of 100 miles, operation contrary
to the installation and operating instructions, damage caused by flood, fire or acts of God. The warranty shall not apply if the nameplate has
been removed or altered.
