Operating Instructions For

Auto-Fill for Hot Food Tables
Water Sensor
STEP 1:
Close the Quarter Turn Valve on
the Drain Outlet located on the
underside of the unit (Figure 1).
STEP 2:
Activate the Auto Fill by turning
switch to on position located
on the front panel of the unit.
(Figure 2)
STEP 3:
Once water reaches the sensor
level & stops (Figure 3), turn on
the heating elements (Figure 4).
Water will auto fill as the demand
requires.
NOTE: Water sensor will be only
in one basin but will control water
levels in all wells.
If water does not begin to fill,
check to be sure drain valve is
closed and water supply is turned
on.

STEP 1:
Turn off heating elements
(Figure 1).
STEP 2:
Turn off Auto Fill.
(Figure 2).
STEP 3:
Open the Quarter Turn Valve
on the Drain Outlet located
on the underside of the unit to
drain the water (Figure 3).
NOTE: be certain Auto Fill
power is off before opening
drain line. Water will run contin-
uously directly down the drain if
this step is skipped.
