WEELMOTO™ Headlight Assembly

Before
Installation
- Professional installation is recommended.
- Do not touch the bulb with bare hands. Oil can affect the lifespan of the bulb. If you
accidentally touch the bulb, please clean it with rubbing alcohol and a soft cloth before
installation.
Installation
Steps
Step 1
Use a screwdriver to remove the five
clips on the top and others on the
bottom (two are located in front of the
wheel).
Step 2
Remove one screw on each side in front
of the wheel.
Step 3
To remove the bumper, take out the
four 10mm bolts from the bottom and
pull the bumper out from the sides
(there are two clips in the middle; make
sure to pull upward to release them).
Step 4
Remove the five 10mm bolts to take off
the old headlamp assembly. Unplug all
lights, insert the WEELMOTO headlight,
insert the bulbs, twist to seal, plug in all
the lights, and reinstall all the bolts.
