INSTRUCTIONS

- Please read all of the instructions before using it. The information will help
you achieve the best possible results.
The products carried in this catalog may be different in color than the actual
item.
WARNING:
1. Operate in a safe work environment. Keep your work area clean, well-lit,
and free of distractions.
2. Wear heavy-duty work gloves during assembly.
3. Over-loading is strictly forbidden.
4. Clean off the dirt on the chain hoist. Lubricate its parts with grease after
use and store it in a dry place.
5. Maintenance and inspection should be done by a skilled hand. Never
allow any layman to disassemble or assemble the hoist.
6. Align the "O"marks of the two gears while assembling as shown in
Section View RIGHT.
7. While assembling the brake mechanism,care should be taken to mesh
the slanting teeth of the ratchet disc and the pawl.Make sure that the spring
and pawl work sensitively and reliably.Then turn the hand wheel
clockwise.it must press the disc and the plates on the brake seat.Turning it
counter-clockwise.there should be clearances between the disc and the
plates.
8. After cleaning and repairing the hoist should be subjected to no-load
test and heavy load test.A chain hoist can be put into operation after it has
been tested and found under reliable brakes and in good condition.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
Please inspect the hooks and body,the brake device and the lubrication of
transmitting parts and load chain in good condition,and try to die motion
carefully.Please read and understand the following warming clauses in
detail.
Don't use two or more

No overloading.

1. Check screw fastening regularly.
2. Keep the friction surfaces of the brake clean. The brake mechanism

dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre, il doit y avoir des espaces
entre le disque et les plaques.
14.Après le nettoyage et la réparation, le palan doit être soumis à une
charge nulle. Un palan à chaîne peut être mis en service après avoir été
testé et trouvé sous des freins fiables et en bon état.
