Installation Instructions for
KNOCK DOWN PAN RACKS
CHECK FOR CONCEALED DAMAGE

STEP 5:
a) Stand rack up right on flat level surface.
b) Make sure all casters are touching surface.
c) Firmly tighten all bolts.
DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN TO
AVOID STRIPPED THREADS.
STEP 1: Check to ensure all parts are accounted for.
STEP 2:
a) Insert the (4) 3/4” dia. cross braces into the holes of one side of frame.
b) Insert the 1/4-20 x 1” hex bolts through the “U” washers
(figure 1).
c) Thread 1/4-20 x 1" hex bolts into the ends of 3/4” cross braces, hand tighten.
STEP 3:
a) Lay frame on floor with (4) cross braces facing up (figure 2).
b) Position the opposing side frame onto cross braces, aligning holes
(figure 3).
c) Thread into the ends of 3/4” cross braces, hand tighten.
STEP 4:
a) Insert (4) casters into bottom of side frames. Make sure the holes in
the casters line up with the holes in the frame
(figure 4).
b) Align 1" diameter cross brace with bottom hole of side frame and thread
3/8”-16 x 1 3/4” bolts through frame and into end of 1" cross brace
(figure 5).
