To Whom It May Concern:
The manuals submitted for certification (FCC ID: S5H-CAP) are DRAFTs – the final
version is available when the device is marketed to the USA. The applicant confirmed
that following statements will be included in a prominent location of the final manual:
CFR 47, §15.21: The title “CAUTION TO USERS” or “FCC WARNING”: “NOTE” or
relevant title and “Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party
responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the
equipment.”
CFR 47, §15.19(a)(3):

following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and
