Important note: Insert a 3/8” Brass
Plug Fitting (Not included) into the
bottom right inlet of the Valve. This inlet
will NOT be used when using a K-425
thermostatic Mixing Valve.
These instructions are for connecting to an Advance Tabco Foot Valve: K-103 or 7-PS-39 or
Knee Valve K-104 or 7-PS-32 (Purchased separately or may be included with certain Advance Tabco Sinks).
Advance Tabco offers optional Mixing Valve Model K-425 as shown below.
Instructions are similar if a Thermostatic Mixing Valve from another source is used.

Adjusting The Mixing Valve Temperature
1. Let water flow for at least 2 minutes to allow temperature to stabilize.
2. To adjust setting, loosen cap screw with hex wrench (Included). See Figure 1.
Cap must be lifted 1/4” to adjust temperature.
3. Adjust temperature by turning knob counterclockwise to the increase temperature,
turn knob clockwise to decrease temperature. See Figure 2.
4. Calibrate water temperature by placing a thermometer in the mixed water stream. Adjust as
needed. Once desired temperature has been reached, lower handle and tighten screw.
