WARNING:
1. Used as intended only. Do not exceed the allowable load during use.
2. Intermittent use below walking speed on flat roads, please do not use
power traction (except for some casters) or continuously use in hot
conditions.
3. The wear and damage caused by long-term use may unconsciously
reduce the function of the stopper. Please be aware.
4. Considering the safety of the product, please use other means (wheel
stoppers, brake parts) under particularly necessary conditions.

Installation method
1. Please try to keep the installation surface level as much as possible.
2. When installing the universal casters, the rotation axis should be in a
vertical position.
3. When installing fixed casters, they should be kept parallel to each
other.
4. Please confirm the installation holes and use appropriate bolts and
nuts for reliable installation to avoid loosening.
5. When installing the screw in type casters, please tighten the hexagon
of the thread with appropriate torque. If the tightening torque is too
large, it will cause stress concentration in the shaft and cause fracture
Maintenance and upkeep
1. Regularly check if the wheel rotates flexibly
2. Is there any looseness in the nuts and bolts
3. Check if the equipment has structural deformation of the casters due to
overload or violent impact. Uneven distribution of heavy objects on one or two
universal casters may cause deformation of the casters and prevent the wheels
from rotating.
4. Regularly add lubricating oil to the caster bearings.

Méthode d'installation
1. Veuillez essayer de maintenir la surface d'installation aussi plane que

Maintenance et entretien
1. Vérifiez régulièrement si la roue tourne de manière flexible

Installationsmethode

Método de instalación

Metoda instalacji

deformację kółek i uniemożliwić obracanie się kółek.

niet tijdens gebruik.
32. Gebruik de fiets af en toe op vlakke wegen met een snelheid lager
dan de wandelsnelheid. Gebruik geen elektrische tractie (behalve bij
enkele zwenkwielen) en gebruik de fiets niet continu bij warm weer.
33. De slijtage en schade die door langdurig gebruik worden veroorzaakt,
kunnen onbewust de functie van de stopper verminderen. Wees u
hiervan bewust.

Installatiemethode
1. Probeer het installatieoppervlak zoveel mogelijk waterpas te houden.
2. Bij het monteren van de universele wielen dient de rotatieas verticaal
te staan.
3. Bij het monteren van bokwielen moeten deze parallel aan elkaar
worden geplaatst.
4. Controleer de installatiegaten en gebruik de juiste bouten en moeren
voor een betrouwbare installatie om losraken te voorkomen.
5. Bij het monteren van de schroefwielen, dient u de zeskant van de
schroefdraad met het juiste koppel vast te draaien. Als het
aanhaalmoment te groot is, zal dit spanningsconcentratie in de as
veroorzaken en breuk veroorzaken
Onderhoud en verzorging
1. Controleer regelmatig of het wiel soepel draait
2. Zit er speling in de moeren en bouten?
3. Controleer of de apparatuur structurele vervorming van de wielen heeft door
overbelasting of een heftige impact. Ongelijke verdeling van zware objecten op
een of twee universele wielen kan vervorming van de wielen veroorzaken en
voorkomen dat de wielen draaien.
4. Voeg regelmatig smeerolie toe aan de zwenkwiellagers.

Installationsmetod
1. Försök att hålla installationsytan så jämn som möjligt.
2. Vid montering av universalhjulen ska rotationsaxeln vara i vertikalt
läge.
3. Vid montering av fasta hjul bör de hållas parallella med varandra.
4. Kontrollera installationshålen och använd lämpliga bultar och muttrar
för en tillförlitlig installation för att undvika att lossna.
5. Vid montering av skruven i hjul av typ, vänligen dra åt gängans
sexkant med lämpligt vridmoment. Om åtdragningsmomentet är för
stort kommer det att orsaka spänningskoncentration i axeln och
orsaka brott
Underhåll och skötsel
1. Kontrollera regelbundet om hjulet roterar flexibelt
2. Finns det någon löshet i muttrar och bultar
3. Kontrollera om utrustningen har strukturell deformation av hjulen på grund av
överbelastning eller våldsam stöt. Ojämn fördelning av tunga föremål på ett eller
två universalhjul kan orsaka deformation av hjulen och förhindra att hjulen roterar.
4 . Tillsätt regelbundet smörjolja till hjullagren.
