1. Warranty Term
This product is covered under a 1-Year OR 30,000-Mile Limited
Manufacturer Warranty, whichever comes first. The warranty expires
immediately upon either reaching the 12-month period after retail
purchase, or the vehicle accumulating 30,000 driving miles on this blower
motor assembly. Once either limit is reached, the warranty coverage
terminates, even if the other condition has not been met.
2. What Is Covered
Tnyeobae warrants to the original purchaser that the AC Heater Blower
Motor Assembly shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship
under normal daily street driving use during the warranty period. Covered
manufacturing defects include:
Abnormal motor stalling or power failure under normal operation
Factory defects on fan cage, bearing and wiring harness
Assembly malfunction caused by original production flaws
If the fault is confirmed as a manufacturing defect within valid warranty
term, Tnyeobae will provide a free replacement blower motor unit.
3. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does NOT cover any of the following situations, even within
the time/mileage limit:
Damage from improper installation, wiring error, vehicle circuit overload or
unauthorized modification
Use for racing, off-road, commercial heavy-duty fleet vehicles beyond daily
passenger driving
Water intrusion, collision damage, foreign object clogging inside the blower
housing
Normal wear and tear from long-term aging, dust accumulation
Secondary losses including vehicle repair labor, rental car fees, lost revenue
Units installed on incompatible vehicle models or right-hand-drive vehicles
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To apply for warranty replacement, customers must submit all below
materials:
1. Original Amazon order screenshot as proof of purchase date
2. Clear photos and short video recording proving the blower motor malfunction
3. Current vehicle mileage reading photo for mileage verification
