BLUETOOTH PAIRING
Take out the earbud from the charging case, and
the earbud will automatically turn on.
Turn on your phone's Bluetooth and find the device
name "Groovz" in the Bluetooth list.
Click on the connection button, and a voice reminder
will be given after the connection is successful.
Note: lf there is existing pairing information, the
headset will automatically connect to the device. lf
the headset is not connected to any device, it will
automatically turn off after 3 minutes of standby.

TURN OFF
Put the left and right earphones into the charging
compartment, and the earphones will automatically
shut down and begin charging.
Press and hold the left or right earbud for 5 seconds
while the headphones are connected to turn off the
device.
TURN ON
Open the top cover of the charging compartment
and remove the headphones.
At this time, the headphones will automatically
turn on and pair, waiting to connect to the
phone.
lf the earphones are not in the charging
compartment and are turned off, press and
hold the left or right earbud for 3 seconds to
turn them on.

06. HOW TO USE QI WIRELESS CHARGING
SAFETY TIPS
Make sure your Groovz earbuds and charging case
support Qi wireless charging. For best results, use a
Qi-certified pad-like the Groovz Wireless Charging
Pad, designed to pair perfectly with your device.
Plug the charging pad into a power source and place
it on a flat, stable surface,
Put the earbuds in the case, close the lid, and center
the case on the pad. Align it properly for charging to
begin.
Confirm Charging: Look for the LED on the case-it
should light up or blink. Some pads may also have
an indicator light.
Let the earbuds charge fully. Charging time varies
by pad and battery level. Refer to the pad
manufacturer's guidelines if needed.
Once charged, remove the case from the pad.
Your earbuds are ready to use.
Don't place metal objects between the pad
and case.
Avoid charging in extreme heat, cold, or
humidity.
If issues arise, check the troubleshooting
section or contact support.

HAVING TROUBLE PAIRING YOUR GROOVZ EARBUDS?
RE-PAIRING STEPS:
Ensure Bluetooth Is On: Confirm Bluetooth
is enabled on your smartphone, tablet,or
computer.
Check Earbud Battery: Place the earbuds in
the case and check the LED indicators to
ensure they are charged.
Charge the Case: Connect the charging case
to power if the battery is low.
Restart Your Devices: Restart your device
(phone, tablet, etc.).
Forget the Device: Remove the earbuds
from your device's Bluetooth list (this is
often called “forget" or “unpair").
Restart Bluetooth:Turn Bluetooth off and
back on again on your device.
Re-Pair the Earbuds: Place the earbuds in
pairing mode and attempt to pair again.

Store headphones in a cool, dry, ventilated
environment, Avoid contact with oil, water
vapor, and steam as this can void the warranty.
Avoid cleaning with irritating, organic solvents
or materials containing these ingredients.
Use the headphones according to the provided
specifications, and avoid exposing it to environments
that could affect performance like moisture, dust, or
extreme heat.
Do not use soap or household cleaners to clean
earbuds.
To ensure smooth connection, it is recommended
that the distance between the mobile phone and
the headphones be within 10 meters.
If the headphones fail to connect or communicate
properly, do not dismantle the headphones without
permission. The device and its accessories are not
guaranteed otherwise.
To charge the headphones, please use the standard
Type-C charging cable or the one specified by our
company.
Keep the headphones sufficiently charged to ensure
normal operation.
