#1 What is the internal diameter of the drain hose tube?

It comes with a drain hose that has an internal diameter of 5/16 inches (8mm).

#2 What's its footprint really? It can't be 6.3" high!!

This product is a small dehumidifier with a size of 10.1*6.3*15.4 inches.

#3 How low an RH can it dry the air?

This dehumidifier is set to operate continuously by default. Once turned on, it will continue to dehumidify efficiently until the ambient humidity is below 30%RH. Please note that the most comfortable humidity range for the human body is between 40-60%.
For daily use, we recommend keeping the humidity at 45-55% to avoid an overly dry environment.

#4 Well units shut off if the water tank gets full

Yes! This product comes with a full water automatic stop function.
When the water tank is full, the dehumidifier will automatically stop and the red light will turn on.
