When using the heater, necessary precautions including the followings
should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and
injury to persons.
Read all the instructions before using the heater.
1. The heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surface.
Use the handle when moving the heater.
2. Keep the heater at least 3 feet away from combustible materials, such as furniture,
pillows,bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains
3. Do not use the heater when explosive or flammable such as fuel, spray cans and paint
are around.
4. Make sure that the power supply conforms to the electrical requirement of the heater.
5. Do not overload circuits. Never use extension cords or multiple plugs with a space
heater, and make sure the unit is not plugged into the same circuit as other electric
appliances. Plug space heaters directly into a wall outlet.
6. Tight connection between the plug and socket to avoid overheating the plug and
make it malfunction.
7. Unplug the heater by grasping the plug and pulling it from the socket gently. Never
pluck the power cord.
8. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or our service
agent or a similar qualified person to avoid danger.
9. Do not insert any objects through the grille into the interior of the appliance.
10. To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhausts in any manner. Do not
place on soft surfaces like a bed, where openings may be blocked. In addition, be
sure that the heater is placed on a hard, level surface.
11. It is intended for use on floors, table tops and desktops, not in wet or damp locations
such as bathrooms and laundry areas.
12. Do not run cord under carpet. Do not cover it with throw rugs or similar coverings.
Do not route it under furniture or appliances. Keep The Heater out of high-traffic
areas such as doorways where they will be more at risk of being knocked over.
13. Do not use the heater outdoors.
14. The heater can be used by children aged from 8 years and above. People with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge should
be supervised when using heater.
15. Keep children and pets away from the heater. Cleaning and maintenance shall not be
made by children without supervision.
16. Use this heater only as described in this manual. Deviations are not recommended
by OPOLAR, because they may cause the fire, electric shock, or injury to people.

appliance) that disconnects it when it is tilted or tipped. NOTE: Please make the carpet
FLAT via putting something on there. If not, this device would stop working as the auto

PRECAUTIONS
1. What is the power of the unit?
On the low heat, it’s 800W; on the high temperature, it is 1500W. Besides, to avoid
danger, it should be supplied with the 120V wall outlet.
2. What is the range of heating?
The heating area is 10-15 square meters, and the unit is perfect for small and medium
rooms. Moreover, to increase the heating area, oscillation is equipped.
3. Will the cover melt when the device is set on a high temperature?
No. The cover is made from the alloy which is a high strength and high-temperature-
resistant material. Besides, the heating unit is totally insulted by the cover.
4. There is smell when switching on the machine.
At the point of switching on, the slight smell may be emitted. Please ensure sufficient
ventilation so that the smell disappears.
5. Why no hot air emits and only the fan is working?
It might because the temperature set manually reaches to the ambient temperature.
Move knob to clockwise until the hot air is emitting.
6. Is this heater safe?
There are two safety settings in this heater. One is tip-over protection, and the other is
overheating protection. When the unit is used according to this manual, there will be
no danger.
7. Is this heater noisy?
It is less than 60 Db and will not disturb your work and sleep.
8. Can this heater be used in the bathroom?
This heater cannot be used in bathroom or wet and damp locations, which may cause
danger like the electric shock and damage the heater.

Before cleaning the appliance, ensure it is disconnected from the power supply and has
cooled down completely.
To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not immerse it into the water and wipe the unit with
a slightly damp cloth.
If necessary, clean dust particles accumulated in the air outlet openings with a vacuum
cleaner.
CLEAN & CARE
If the heater fails to operate:
1. Turn the heater OFF and Unplug it.
2. Make sure the electrical outlet or circuit breaker is working.
3. Check for obstructions. If you find an obstruction, turn the heater OFF and unplug it.
Then carefully remove the obstruction.
4. The temperature may be set too low. Turn the thermostat control clockwise until the
heater restarts.
5. Or, the unit is overheated and power off automatically. It will return to work when it
backs to a safe temperature very quickly.
6. It also might because the heater tilts or falls which triggers the tip-over protection.
Just put it in place, and it will work again.

TROUBLE SHOOTING
1. Thermostat Knob
It will kick on and maintain consistent heat according to its thermostat setting according
to the room’s ambient temperature.
Note: If the room is warmer than the thermostat setting, the heater will not turn on.
PLEASE ALWAYS ADJUST THE THERMOSTAT KNOB CLOCKWISE TO THE MAX.
