1. SAFETY

9 Maintain the dolly in good condition (use an authorised service agent).
9 Replace or repair damaged parts. Use genuine parts only. Unauthorised parts may be dangerous and will invalidate the warranty.
9 Locate the dolly in a suitable work area.
9 Keep area clean, tidy, and free from unrelated materials.
9 Ensure there is adequate lighting.
9 Ensure that the oor is level and strong enough (preferably concrete) to take the weight of the dolly and the motorcycle.
8 DO NOT use the dolly on tarmacadam, as the surface may be unstable.
9 Keep the dolly clean for best and safest performance.
8 DO NOT exceed the rated capacity of the motorcycle dolly.
9 Pull rather than push the motorcycle when manoeuvring on the dolly to reduce the risk of pushing the motorcycle o its side stand.
9 Maintain correct balance and footing.
8 DO NOT overreach.
9 Ensure the oor is not slippery and wear non-slip shoes.
9 Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the work area.
8 DO NOT use the dolly for a task it is not designed to perform.
8 DO NOT use the dolly if it is damaged.
8 DO NOT use the dolly when you are tired, or under the inuence of alcohol, drugs, or intoxicating medication.
8 DO NOT allow untrained persons to use the dolly.
8 DO NOT make any modications to the dolly.
9 Before storing in safe area, ensure that all parts are clean and free of grease and oil.
2. INTRODUCTION
Motorcycle dolly holds a single motorcycle with a side stand, weighing up to 565kg. Reposition around the workshop or garage quickly and
efficiently. Front and rear lever operated wedge gates allow for easy loading and unloading to the 2300 x 200 x 50mm (L x W x H) loading
track. 5-Position side stand platform to fit varied side stand locations. Features front/rear steel pins, to keep the motorcycle on the dolly
during moving, and smooth-rolling dual castor wheels. Front and rear lever operated wedge gates allow for easy loading and unloading to
the loading track.

3. SPECIFICATION
4. OPERATION
4.1. Assemble as per the attached parts list.
WARNING! Ensure that you read, understand and apply the safety instructions before use.
WARNING! DO NOT attempt to overload the dolly.
4.2. LOADING
4.2.1. Position the dolly in a suitable area, checking that the surface on which the dolly will be used is solid and at (preferably concrete).
4.2.2. Lower both wedge gates at either end to hold the dolly in position.
4.2.3. Remove the stop pin from the frame assembly at the end of the dolly the motorcycle is to be loaded.
4.2.4. Push the motorcycle onto the dolly. Support with the side stand on the platform. Replace the stop pin.
4.2.5. Lift the wedge gates to allow the dolly to be manoeuvred.
4.3. UNLOADING
4.3.1. Lower both wedge gates at either end to hold the dolly in position.
4.3.2. Remove the stop pin from the frame assembly at the end of the dolly the motorcycle is to be unloaded.
4.3.3. Lift the side stand and remove the motorcycle from the dolly.
4.3.4. Replace the stop pin.
5. MAINTENANCE
9 Before use, check the frame assembly and platform for cracks and damage.
9 Regularly check that all fasteners are tight.
9 Periodically lubricate the castors.
9 Store the dolly in a safe, dry, childproof location with the wedge gates lowered.

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be
sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When
the product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any uids (if applicable) into approved
containers and dispose of the product and uids according to local regulations.
