PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Ratchet PVC cutters are available with an outside diameter of 2-1/2 inch
(63 mm), perfect for cutting a variety of plastic pipes and pipes
(PVC,CPVC,PP-R,PE, rubber hose, etc.). It is an essential cutting tool for
home artisans, plumbers, electricians and vehicle mechanics.

3. Store unused tools properly in a safe and dry location to prevent rust or
damage. Lock tools away and keep out of the reach of child
PERSONAL SAFETY
WARNING! Always Wear personal protective equipment. Broken
materials may fly.
PERSONA L PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
1. Always wear impact safety goggles that provide front and side
protection for the eyes. Eye protection equipment should comply with CSA
Z94.3-07 or ANSI Z87.1 standards based on the type of work performed.
2. Wear gloves that provide protection based on the work materials or to
reduce the effects of tool vibration.
3. Wear protective clothing designed for the work environment and tool.
4. Non-skid footwear is recommended to maintain footing and balance in
the work environment.
PERSONAL PRECAUTIONS
Control the tool, personal movement and the work environment to avoid
personal injury or damage to tool.
1. Do not operate any tool when tired or under the influence of drugs,
alcohol or medications.
2. Avoid wearing clothes or jewelry that can become entangled with the

moving parts of a tool. Keep long hair covered or bound.
SPECIFIC SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
1. Use the correct tool for the job. This tool was designed for a specific
function. Do not modify or alter this tool or use it for an unintended
purpose.
2. Children are not allowed to operate this product unless accompanied by
an adult
3. Pay attention to safety during use to avoid crushing fingers.

rules. If you use this tool unsafely or incorrectly, you can suffer serious

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
Open the safety lock on the bottom of the PVC cutter.
Pull out the handle to each side to release the blade.
Put the pipe under the blade and squeeze the handle to cut.

HOW TO EXCHANGE THE BLADE
Push the button.The blade can be easily removed by drawing out the
fixing screw.
When installing the blade, insert the spare blade with the three points
aligned.
Insert the fixing screw and lock the button
TIPS ON CUTTING PIPES
Please make sure that the pipe is perpendicular to the blade before
cutting, as it helps to ensure cut the pipe straight.
When cutting a thin PVC pipe, please rotate the pipe a little bit after the
pipe has been fixed by the V-shape part of the blade, and then do the
cutting job. As the thin PVC pipe could be broken if you directly cut it
without rotating it.

CAUTION
Please warm up the pipe and the cutter blade before the cutting if
it is at a low temperature.
It is not suggested that cut cold pipes as the plastic pipes can be
very fragile in cold temperatures.
Please note that the blade is consumables. Spare blades can be
purchased separately.
It is recommended that apply anti-corrosion coating (oil etc.,) to the blade
after use. Please note that the pipe cutter is suitable for most plastic
pipes, PVC pipes, PPR pipes, PP pipe, and PE pipes but it may be not
suitable for plastic pipe if metal layer inside.
Please wear safety goggles when using the pipe cutter.
Please keep the PVC cutter in the place away from children.
MAINTENANCE/ SERVICE
Have your tool serviced by a qualified repair person using only identical
replacement parts.
This will ensure that the safety of the tool is maintained.
A dusty, damp or corrosive environment can cause damage to the mini
pipe Cutter.
In order to prevent any possible failure or fault of this mini pipe Cutter,
clean the dust regularly with clean and dry cleaning cloth.
Please note that: Lack of maintenance may result in warranty cancellation.
The guarantee of this tool will be void if the machine has been modified, or
you attempt to take apart the machine or open the factory-made sealing of
the machine without the consent of an authorized representative of the
manufacturer.
DISPOSAL
This products should be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
If you are unsure how to proceed, contact your local authority.
Only qualified technicians are authorized to undertake the repair of mini
pipe Cutter.

2. This warranty covers faults in the products due to manufacturing defects
within 1 year from date of purchase.After inspection by sales
representative, defective products will be replaced or repaired with
equivalent goods free of charge.
3. Any warranty claim made during warranty period shall not extend the
overall period of warranty coverage.
4. We don't repair consumable parts like blade.Please contact your local
representative to purchase new replacements.
