applications and limitations, as well as the specic potential hazards related to this
tool. Following this rule will reduce the risk of electric shock, re or serious injury.
• Do not use outdoors. This spotlight is intended for indoors use only. Using it
outdoors may increase the risk of electric shock or re.
• Do not expose to rain or wet conditions. Water entering a power tool will increase the
risk of electric shock.
• Do not work with the cordless spotlight in hazardous areas.

SAFETY INFORMATION
• Avoid direct eye exposure. Do not direct the light beam at persons or animals and do
not stare into the light beam yourself (not even from a distance). The spotlight can
cause ash blindness.
• Do not use the spotlight in road trafc. The cordless spotlight is not approved for
illumination in road trafc.
• Do not permit children to use the spotlight; it is not a toy. Children can unintentionally
blind themselves or other persons.
• Store idle power tools out of the reach of children and do not allow persons
unfamiliar with the power tool or these instructions to operate the power tool. Power
tools are dangerous in the hands of untrained users.
• The lens gets very hot during use. To reduce the risk of burns, do not touch hot lens.
To reduce the risk of re, keep away from combustible materials while in operation.
• The spotlight is ruggedly constructed. It should, however, be handled with care.
• Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the off-position before
connecting to battery pack, picking up or carrying the appliance. Carrying the
appliance with your nger on the switch or energizing appliance that have the switch
on invites accidents.
• Disconnect the battery pack from the appliance before making any adjustments,
changing accessories, or storing appliance. Such preventive safety measures reduce
the risk of starting the appliance accidentally.
• Recharge battery packs only with the charger specied by the manufacturer. A
charger that is suitable for one type of battery pack may create a risk of re when
used with another battery pack.
• Use appliances only with specically designated battery packs. Use of any other
battery packs may create a risk of injury and re.
• When battery pack is not in use, keep it away from other metal objects, like paper
clips, coins, keys, nails, screws or other small metal objects, that can make a
connection from one terminal to another. Shorting the battery terminals together may
cause burns or a re.
• Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery; avoid contact. If
contact accidentally occurs, ush with water. If liquid contacts eyes, additionally seek
medical help. Liquid ejected from the battery may cause irritation or burns.
• Do not use a battery pack or appliance that is damaged or modied. Damaged or
modied batteries may exhibit unpredictable behavior resulting in re, explosion or
risk of injury.
• The battery can be damaged by pointed objects such as nails or screwdrivers or by
force applied externally. An internal short circuit can occur and the battery can burn,
smoke, explode or overheat.
• Do not expose a battery pack or appliance to re or excessive temperature. Exposure
to re or temperature above 265°F (130°C) may cause explosion.
• Follow all charging instructions and do not charge the battery pack or appliance
outside of the temperature range specied in the instructions. Charging improperly or
at temperatures outside of the specied range may damage the battery and increase
the risk of re.
• Have servicing performed by a qualied repair person using only identical
replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the product is maintained.
• Do not modify or attempt to repair the appliance or the battery pack except as
indicated in the instructions for use and care.

PREPARATION
Know Your Spotlight
Before attempting to use the spotlight, familiarize yourself with all of its operating features and
safety requirements.
WARNING
• Do not allow familiarity with the tool to cause carelessness. Remember that one careless
moment is enough to cause severe injury. Before attempting to use any tool, be sure to
become familiar with all the operating features and safety instructions.
• Do not attempt to modify this tool or create accessories not recommended for use with this
tool. Any such alteration or modication is misuse and could result in a hazardous condition
leading to possible serious personal injury.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. To Attach Battery Pack
a. Align the raised portion on the battery pack
with the grooves on the bottom of the tool, then
slide the battery pack onto the tool, as shown.
b. Make sure that the battery-release buttons on
the battery pack snap into place and the battery
pack is secured to the tool before beginning
operation.
NOTICE: When placing the battery pack on the
tool, be sure that the raised rib on the battery pack
aligns with the groove on the tool and the latches
snap into place properly. Improper assembly of
the battery pack can cause damage to internal
components.
To Detach Battery Pack
a. Press the battery-release buttons to release the battery pack.
b. Pull forward on the battery pack to remove it from the tool.
WARNING
• Battery-operated tools are always in operating condition. Be careful when the tool is not in
use or when carrying it at your side.
2. ON/OFF Switch
a. To turn the spotlight ON, press the ON/OFF
switch (D). The spotlight will be turned on at
maximum brightness.
b. To reduce the brightness, press the ON/OFF
switch (D) again.
c. To turn it OFF, press the ON/OFF switch (D)
the third time.
WARNING
• Do not continue to press the ON/OFF switch
after the light has been automatically switched
off. The battery can be damaged.
When the battery capacity is low, the light will blink
cycling from maximum brightness to lower brightness, back to maximum brightness and then
turn off. Charge the battery to avoid battery damage.
Red light mode
Press the ON/OFF switch for about 3 second, light will only illuminate the red light. To exit this
mode, press the ON/OFF switch once, the light will return to previous status.

3. Swiveling the Light Head
The spotlight head can be swiveled a maximum
200° for suitable applications as shown in Fig. 3.
4. Carry Handle
Your spotlight is equipped with a carry handle (C).
It can be carried or hung on a hook or a hook-like
object.
To prevent the risk of injury or product damage,
make sure that the hook is sturdy enough to hold
the weight of the spotlight with attached battery
pack.
5. Mounting on a Tripod
The spotlight can be mounted on a tripod with 1/4”-
20 threaded screw.
To attach the spotlight to a tripod, securely thread
the screw of the tripod into the tripod mount
opening (F) on the back of the spotlight.
WARNING
• Ensure that the spotlight is securely mounted on
the tripod. Unsecured spotlight may fall resulting
in personal injuries and/or property damage.

6. 12 Volt Adaptor
The spotlight could be connected to a 12 Volt
power source, such as a cigarette lighter receptacle
or automotive power port.
Refer to the operator’s manual for the vehicle or
contact the vehicle manufacturer for the proper
power receptacle.
The vehicle may have to be running or the ignition
key must be in ‘Accessory” position to supply
power. For instructions, refer to the operator’s
manual for the vehicle.
This product may not be suitable for being powered
through the auxiliary power outlet(s) available in
some vehicles.
NOTE:
• If the vehicle’s battery voltage drops to ~ 11.5V,
the spotlight will shut down to prevent over-
draining the battery.
• The power supply can only supply power to the
light and cannot charge the battery pack.
a. Remove the battery pack.
b. Insert the small plug into the adaptor port (E).
c. Hold the 12 Volt adaptor rmly and insert
connector into the automotive power outlet
(cigarette lighter receptacle).

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
All maintenance should only be carried out by a qualied service technician.
Cleaning
Before cleaning or performing any maintenance, remove battery from the tool. For safe and
proper operation, always keep the tool and its ventilation slots clean.
Always use only a soft, dry cloth to clean the plastic transparent cover, never use detergent or
alcohol. Always wear safety goggles when cleaning tools with compressed air.
Changing the Fuse
The 12 Volt adaptor contains a 250 Volt, 6.3
Amp, Ø5 x 20 mm fuse to protect the adaptor and
spotlight from unexpected power surges.
To replace the fuse:
a. Unscrew the fuse cap on the end of the 12 Volt
adaptor.
b. Install the replacement fuse. If the spring
comes out, be sure to reinsert it before
installing the new fuse.
c. Thread the fuse cap back onto the adaptor.
Tighten securely.
TROUBLESHOOTING
WARNING
Press the ON/OFF button to switch off the spotlight and remove battery from the tool before
performing troubleshooting procedures.

INSTRUCCIONES DE FUNCIONAMIENTO
1. Para jar el paquete de baterías
a. Alinee la parte elevada del paquete de baterías
con las ranuras de la parte inferior de la
herramienta y luego deslice el paquete de
baterías en la herramienta, como se muestra.
b. Asegúrese de que los botones de liberación de
la batería del paquete de baterías encajen en
su lugar y que el paquete de baterías quede
jo a la herramienta antes de comenzar la
operación.
AVISO: cuando coloque el paquete de baterías en

Para retirar el paquete de baterías

2. Interruptor de ENCENDIDO/APAGADO
a. Para encender la luz direccional, presione el
interruptor de encendido/apagado (D). La luz
direccional se encenderá al brillo máximo.
b. Para reducir el brillo, vuelva a presionar el
interruptor de encendido/apagado (D).
c. Para apagarla, presione el interruptor de
encendido/apagado (D) por tercera vez.
ADVERTENCIA
• No siga presionando el interruptor de encendido/
apagado luego de que la luz se haya apagado
automáticamente. La batería puede dañarse.
Cuando la capacidad de la batería es baja, la luz
titilará y cambiará del brillo máximo al brillo mínimo y nuevamente al brillo máximo, para luego
apagarse. Cargue la batería para evitar dañarla.
Modo de luz roja
Si presiona el interruptor de encendido/apagado durante aproximadamente 3 segundos, solo
se iluminará la luz roja. Para salir de este modo, presione el interruptor de encendido/apagado
una vez. La luz volverá al estado anterior.

3. Para girar el cabezal
El cabezal de la luz direccional se puede girar un
máximo de 200° para aplicaciones adecuadas,
como se muestra en la Fig. 3.
4. Manija de transporte
La luz direccional está equipada con una manija de
transporte (C). Se puede transportar o colgar de un
gancho o de un objeto con forma de gancho.
Para evitar el riesgo de lesiones o daños al
producto, asegúrese de que el gancho sea lo
sucientemente resistente para sostener el peso
de la luz direccional con el paquete de baterías
insertado.
5. Para montar en un trípode
La luz direccional se puede montar en un trípode
con un tornillo roscado de 1/4”-20.
Para colocar la luz direccional en un trípode,
enrosque rmemente el tornillo del trípode en la
abertura del montaje del trípode (F) en la parte
posterior de la luz direccional.
ADVERTENCIA
• Asegúrese de que la luz direccional esté
instalada de forma segura en el trípode. Una
luz direccional suelta puede caerse y provocar
lesiones personales y/o daños materiales.

6. Adaptador de 12 voltios
La luz direccional se puede conectar a una
fuente de alimentación de 12 voltios, como un
tomacorriente para el encendedor de cigarrillos o
un puerto de alimentación de un automóvil.
Consulte el manual del operador del vehículo
o comuníquese con el fabricante del vehículo
para conocer el tomacorriente de alimentación
adecuado.
Es posible que el vehículo tenga que estar en
marcha o que la llave de encendido deba estar
en la posición “Accesorio” para suministrar
alimentación. Para obtener instrucciones, consulte
el manual del operador del vehículo.
Es posible que este producto no sea adecuado
para recibir alimentación a través de los
tomacorrientes auxiliares disponibles en algunos
vehículos.
NOTA:
• Si el voltaje de la batería del vehículo disminuye
a ~ 11,5 V, la luz direccional se apagará para
evitar que la batería se agote en exceso.
• El suministro de electricidad solo puede
suministrar electricidad a la luz y no puede
cargar el paquete de baterías.
a. Retire el paquete de baterías.
b. Inserte el enchufe pequeño en el puerto del adaptador (E).
c. Sostenga rmemente el adaptador de 12 voltios e inserte el conector en el tomacorriente
del automóvil (tomacorriente del encendedor de cigarrillos).

CUIDADO Y MANTENIMIENTO
Todo el mantenimiento debe estar a cargo solo de un técnico de servicio calicado.
Limpieza
Antes de limpiar o realizar cualquier mantenimiento, retire la batería de la herramienta. Para
un uso seguro y adecuado, siempre mantenga limpias la herramienta y sus ranuras de
ventilación.
Siempre use solamente un paño suave y seco para limpiar la cubierta de plástico
transparente, nunca utilice detergente ni alcohol. Siempre use gafas de seguridad al usar
herramientas de limpieza con aire comprimido.
Cambio del fusible
El adaptador de 12 voltios contiene un fusible
de 250 voltios, 6,3 amperios, Ø5 x 20 mm para
proteger el adaptador y la luz direccional de
subidas de tensión inesperadas.
Para reemplazar el fusible:
a. Desatornille la tapa del fusible en el extremo
del adaptador de 12 voltios.
b. Instale el fusible de repuesto. Si se sale el
resorte, asegúrese de volver a insertarlo antes
de instalar el fusible nuevo.
c. Vuelva a enroscar la tapa del fusible en el
adaptador. Apriétela rmemente.
SOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS
ADVERTENCIA
Presione el botón de encendido/apagado para apagar la luz direccional y retire la batería de la
herramienta antes de realizar cualquier procedimiento de solución de problemas.
