PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
1. Description
Sublimation tumblers are a creative product that allows for the transfer of
personalized designs onto the surface of a tumblers using heat transfer technology.
With special sublimation ink and paper, designs are transferred under high
temperatures to create a unique mug.

2. How to transfer
Step 1: Design and Print. Select your design and print it on sublimation paper using a
sublimation printer and ink.
Step 2: Wrapping the Sublimation tumblers
Remove the lid, and attach the printed paper to the tumbler's surface with heat-resistant
tape. (or wrap it with a shrink bag if you are going to use Heat gun or oven)
3. Heat Press Machine Transfer Method:
A. Preheat the machine press to 175°C (347°F).
B.Place the Sublimation tumblers in the machine.

C. Set the time for 50 seconds and start the heat transfer.
D. After the transfer, carefully remove the mug to avoid burns.
4. Heat Gun or Oven Transfer Method:
A. Using a heat gun: Evenly heat the shrink wrap until it tightens around the mug and
transfers the design.
B. Using an oven: Place the mug in a preheated oven at 302-392°F (150-200°C) and bake
for 5-8 minutes.

5. Beskrivning

PRODUKTEINFÜHRUNG
21. Beschreibung
Sublimationsbecher sind ein kreatives Produkt, das die Übertragung
personalisierter Designs auf die Oberfläche eines Bechers mithilfe der
Wärmeübertragungstechnologie ermöglicht. Mit spezieller Sublimationstinte und
Papier werden die Designs bei hohen Temperaturen übertragen, um eine
einzigartige Tasse zu schaffen.

22. So übertragen Sie
Schritt 1: Entwerfen und drucken. Wählen Sie Ihr Design aus und drucken Sie es mit
einem Sublimationsdrucker und Tinte auf Sublimationspapier.
Schritt 2: Einwickeln der Sublimationsbecher
Nehmen Sie den Deckel ab und befestigen Sie das bedruckte Papier mit hitzebeständigem
Klebeband an der Oberfläche des Bechers. (oder wickeln Sie es in einen Schrumpfbeutel
ein , wenn Sie eine Heißluftpistole oder einen Ofen verwenden möchten )
23. Übertragungsmethode der Heißpressmaschine:
A. Heizen Sie die Maschinenpresse auf 175 °C (347 °F) vor.
B. Stellen Sie die Sublimationsbecher in die Maschine.

M. Stellen Sie die Zeit auf 50 Sekunden ein und starten Sie die Wärmeübertragung.
N. Nehmen Sie den Becher nach dem Transfer vorsichtig heraus, um Verbrennungen zu
vermeiden.
24. Transfermethode mit Heißluftpistole oder Ofen:
K. Mit einer Heißluftpistole: Erhitzen Sie die Schrumpffolie gleichmäßig, bis sie sich um die
Tasse legt und das Motiv überträgt.
L. Verwendung eines Ofens: Stellen Sie die Tasse in einen vorgeheizten Ofen bei 150–
200 °C (302–392 °F) und backen Sie sie 5–8 Minuten lang.

PRÉSENTATION DU PRODUIT
25. Description
Les gobelets à sublimation sont un produit créatif qui permet le transfert de motifs
personnalisés sur la surface d'un gobelet grâce à la technologie de transfert de
chaleur. Avec de l'encre et du papier de sublimation spéciaux, les motifs sont
transférés à haute température pour créer une tasse unique.

26. Comment transférer
Étape 1 : Conception et impression. Sélectionnez votre motif et imprimez-le sur du papier
de sublimation à l'aide d'une imprimante à sublimation et de l'encre.
Étape 2 : Emballage des gobelets à sublimation
Retirez le couvercle et fixez le papier imprimé à la surface du gobelet avec du ruban adhésif
résistant à la chaleur. (ou enveloppez-le dans un sac rétractable si vous comptez utiliser un
pistolet thermique ou un four )
27. Méthode de transfert de machine de presse à chaud :
A. Préchauffer la machine-presse à 175°C (347°F).
B. Placez les gobelets à sublimation dans la machine.

O. Réglez le temps sur 50 secondes et démarrez le transfert de chaleur.
P. Après le transfert, retirez délicatement le mug pour éviter les brûlures.
28. Méthode de transfert au pistolet thermique ou au four :
M. À l'aide d'un pistolet thermique : chauffez uniformément le film rétractable jusqu'à ce
qu'il se resserre autour de la tasse et transfère le motif.
N. À l'aide d'un four : placez la tasse dans un four préchauffé à 302-392°F (150-200°C) et
faites cuire au four pendant 5 à 8 minutes.

PRODUCT INTRODUCTIE
29. Beschrijving
Sublimatiebekers zijn een creatief product waarmee gepersonaliseerde ontwerpen
op het oppervlak van bekers kunnen worden overgebracht met behulp van
warmteoverdrachtstechnologie. Met speciale sublimatie-inkt en papier worden
ontwerpen onder hoge temperaturen overgebracht om een unieke mok te creëren.

30. Hoe over te dragen
Stap 1: Ontwerp en print. Selecteer uw ontwerp en print het op sublimatiepapier met
behulp van een sublimatieprinter en inkt.
Stap 2: Het inpakken van de sublimatiebekers
Verwijder het deksel en bevestig het bedrukte papier met hittebestendige tape op het
oppervlak van de beker. (of wikkel het in een krimpzak als je een warmtepistool of oven
gaat gebruiken )
31. Warmtepersmachine Overdrachtmethode:
A. Verwarm de machinepers voor op 175°C (347°F).
B.Plaats de sublimatietuimelaars in de machine.

Q. Stel de tijd in op 50 seconden en start de warmteoverdracht.
R. Verwijder na het overbrengen de mok voorzichtig om brandwonden te voorkomen.
32. Warmtepistool of ovenoverdrachtmethode:
O. Met behulp van een warmtepistool: verwarm de krimpfolie gelijkmatig totdat deze strak
rond de mok zit en het ontwerp overbrengt.
P. Met behulp van een oven: Plaats de mok in een voorverwarmde oven op 150-200 °C
(302-392 °F) en bak gedurende 5-8 minuten.
